Hello,I'm trying to find a way to manage the segments within partitions in a central way.Let's assume I have 4 different partitions:EUJPUSAPACAll of these partitions need to have 3 different Marketable segments:CustomersProspectsPartnersAll of these segments need to have common and specific criteria to have the correct members inside them. I'd like to achieve a single and central way to manage the common criteria. For example, as of now, I have replicated for each segment for each partition these following conditions - so 12 times:GDPR Optin = trueMarketing Suspended = falseSince I cannot use Smartlist and segments inside Segment filters, how can I manage those criteria in a single point, and avoid replicating these for each segment for each partition? Having a single management point will help avoid manual errors and give us a vision of the "common" filters. Thanks,Gianluca

Hey,I found a problem recently and I want to understand it better.I put a form on a Marketo landing page. Everything is in the same program. I set it up so that when someone fills out the form, a sales rep gets an alert. But there were some contacts who filled out the form, yet their first name, last name, and email address were missing, even though those fields are required and sales owner received blank email.When I checked the program members, I saw this icon:  Can anyone help me what it is actually?

Hello,I've noticed, surprisingly, that the Task Details Overview doesn't show the assignee's information. To address this, I created a custom field in our task forms, but the only available option is "{assignedToID}". I know how to convert an ID to a name in reports, but how can this be done in the Calculated Fields of custom forms?Additionally, how can we display multiple assignments in a custom form using a calculated field?There is an "Assigned To" field in the field library, but it includes an unwanted comment in the instructions area so I cannot use that.Thanks!

Hi,    I am a WF admin trying to solve this issue where a user who is not originally a proof creator - cannot upload a new version of proof. The second user as per below picture was a reviewer and the third user was the one who created the proof.    I took the initiative to assign the 'ownership' to the second user as I understand that the owner will be able to upload new version of proof. However afterwards, that particular user still cannot upload new version of proof. Is there a way that we can fix this so that the owner can upload new version of proof?      Any kind of help is appreciated! Thanks.    Taufiq

We are trying to switch from the enhanced connector to the native integration between AEM and Workfront.  We know OOTB that the new folders that get created all go in one location in AEM. We are trying to use Fusion to create the new folders automatically in AEM which we have been successful in, however we are unable to create a linked folder in the project documents based on the new folders created.  Does someone have any idea on how we can create linked folders to a specific path in AEM that is unique to each project in workfront?

Hi All,I'm new to AEM development and when I'm trying to update this 'Hide in Navigation' property from page properties in my local host then it is not reflecting in the page preview or in edit mode. Hi there, I am looking to configure an event in AJO, for example I am looking for pagename = A OR pagename = B. But I noticed in the editor I can only use AND statement instead of OR. Just wanted to check if there's a way around this or we need to build something higher level to encapsulate these pages and then filter out by Condition in the journey. Thanks. 

hi all,  I am curious how people set up their smart campaigns in the channel campaign.  Is it considered best practice to build an unsubscribe campaign that tracks the people who click the unsub link in that particular email?  Or is the best way to set it up in terms of structure is to not track per campaign since Marketo tracks unsubscribes anyway?Would be solely based on reporting why the additional campaign is set up? I am seeing that this is done in many ways but in terms of best practice, I would love to hear others thoughts. 

I'm trying to fetch the site page path that my AEM component resides in. However when I try it with this following method, I get the top-level path returned (i.e. /content/my-site/us/en) instead of the actual page path. Any suggestions on how to adjust this method? Hello! I can't seem to get projects organized alphabetically within a grouping.  Anyone know how to make that happen?

We are using S_Code H.25.4 on our site currently. We use a JS "on click" command when we have a PDF file download to force those files to report to Analytics. (I do realize that I'm missing the ; in the appropriate spots on these screenshots. When they were in place between each evar definition it has the same results)The struggle we have is that we do not get all our other evars and props that we get with our page views. I tried modifying our OnClick link to add the other evars (and then I'll add sProps after I sort this out), and my link code looks like this nowThe problem we have is... when I load this page, it populates all the correct variables, but when I click to download, it still only populates evar5 (below... Left column is the page load and the right column is the file download click) 

We have a campaign launching that will be pushing data into a custom object. In the past (before I was with the company), we had them come in through one field via JSON string and then parsed out in velocity. We can still do that OR push the info into fields within the custom object. Here are examples of the fields we would create and then push them to:  Tier 5 Join date: {marketplace_tier_change_date}Tier 6 Join date: {marketplace_tier_change_date}Temporary stop sell start date:{temporary_suspension_start_date}Next Evaluation date: {next_evaluation_date}Permanent stop sell date: {permanent_suspension_start_date}I personally think it's easier to push this data into individual fields because it makes it "cleaner" and because it's less work on the velocity side. Just curious if there's a best practice for this? A colleague of mine thinks we should just push to one field and parse it out in velocity but I'm not entirely sure why. Is my approach just lazy?&nbs

I would like to configure and fine-tune our preference center. Can we have an umbrella, or parent, content category with sub-categories underneath? For example:  Marketing □* Monthly Newsletter □* Promotions & Product Updates □* Announcements □ Marketing ☑ * Monthly Newsletter ☑* Promotions & Product Updates ☑* Announcements ☑ If a contact selects "Marketing" they opt-in to all of the subcategories and will display a field on their Info page titled "Marketing Subscribe to All". If they unsubscribe to 1, but leave 2 selected, only those opt-ins would be checked, and the "Marketing Subscribe to All" will be unchecked.  Additionally, if a subscriber visits the preference center, could they see exactly what they are subscribed to in real time? Does anyone have any resources they can share with me that could help me understand how I'd be able to accomplish the above? Thank you!

I need to do a bulk delete operation on a folder with a large amount of nodes as the folder we migrated had a lot more junk in it than was originally expected.  So we want to scrap the folder and re-migrate correctly.  However, I have to go folder by folder essentially using the UI delete button.  Is there a better way that I can do a delete in bulk?  I don't have access or ability to change the code but I can leverage something like Postman to hit an OOTB API if necessary.  Just seeing what options I have here.

Hello,   We are currently utilizing the Edge Decisioning API WebSDK to accurately present customers with the most relevant offers. The ask is to present the offer related to customer's most recently viewed product.   What we did Once a customer views a product on our website, a journey is triggered that updates the profile with the ID of the recently viewed product. Subsequently, in our offer decision-making process, we employ a rule that displays the offer associated with that product if it is found in the customer's profile. This is working fine but it takes sometime before the customer see the correct offer.   Whats the issue We are encountering an issue because the journey updates the customer's profile in the hub, but the Edge Decisioning API retrieves profile data from the Edge. The synchronization between the profile on the Edge and the hub can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 hours, leading to customers receiving incorrect offers.   Question Is it possib
