Use Case: We have the following use case, we have an array of objects in AEP as part of a profile schema. Each object contains the following attribute: Status -> can have values: Active or Pend or CancelledIndicator 1: BooleanIndicator 2: BooleanSome Other attributes So to conceptualize, our data would look something like this within AEP for the array of objects in the details array for a given profile. Sample data:details : [{ Status: Active, Indicator 1: true, Indicator 2: false …},{ Status: Pend, Indicator 1: false, Indicator 2: true …},{ Status: Cancelled, Indicator 1: true, Indicator 2: false …}] We want to create a filter to capture all profiles in our CJA dashboard that have an object in the array where all the following conditions are met:1. Status = Active2. Indicator 1 = True That is the general use case. When we create a calculated filter with these conditions, the filter picks up profiles who in some object have Status set to Active and

I'm setting up a virtual reporting suite for an external vendor however, when I try to create the required dashboard for their use case, I'm presented with the error message that select components (marketing channel, marketing channel details and return frequency are not components I'm able to grant permission to/share with this VRS. What am I missing or where should I troubleshoot next? Thank you in advance!

Questions 1) Once we create a Adobe Analytics Dataflow using source connector in AEP. Do we need to rename all the events/dimensions in dataview stage in CJA. I dont see the event names populated automatically. Do you know what could be the possible reasons?2) If we have multiple domains and 1 report suite for each domain. What is the best dataview settings to bring in all the report suites data to create like a global report suite. Running into some issues for classification dimensions and not sure how to import them for each report suite and use it in CJA Dataview. Please throw some light on the multiple report suite <> global report suite scenario as well.

Hi Everyone,Is there any way I can hide/or block search engine crawlers to access the assets (PDFs, white papers, etc) within the Marketo platform?Since the assets are gated via Marketo forms...so I don't want anyone to get the direct access to them.

I am trying to create a segment to group the last touch channels into an Organic Group and a Paid Channel. For the organic group, I tried two different rules to test the segments. In the first segment, I included all the organic channels like SEO, Direct, and Referral Domains, and for the second segment, I excluded the paid channels like SEM, Paid Social, etc. When I test both segments, I get different numbers for SEO and Direct. I am attempting to create a segment that will group the last touch channels into either Organic or Paid. To test the segment for Organic channels, I created two different rules. The "Make date range components relative to panel calendar" has stopped working. When this option is selected, I can no longer access the date comparison menu. Usually, this is a right-click on the metric title. The menu pops up and I select my comparison type. Now I have to deselect the "Make date range components relative to panel calendar" option to add a date comparison. That date comparison is of course not relative to the panel which was the point of the component relative feature.

Can anyone share how they are capturing and reporting the total number of deliverables on a single project? Our custom form is built so a person can request multiple asset types (print, digital, promo, language translation...) on single project. However, within each asset type, they could have multiple deliverables. They could have a poster, flyer, rack card, digital ad, digital billboard, hats, shirts, ink pens and a print ad in multiple sizes, possibly resulting in dozens of deliverables. Currently, we're not capturing this. First off, when a project get assigned to a designer, at first glance, the project might look straightforward, even simple. But, once they get into the meat of it, they realize how many deliverables are involved. Now this simple looking project becomes much more. So being able to capture this total number on the front end as well as reporting on it in the back end is something we want/need to do. I am not too sure what to put in the Identifier specific, Identifier Type field, couldn't find the documentation for it. I would like to create a report on which Portfolio does not have a specific custom form attached to it. All our Portfolios ought to have a brief custom form (aswell as Overview, of course) but I am noticing that some do not and therefore would like to run a report to show all of those portfolios that do not have the brief.Would anyone know if this was possible?Thanks so much

I'm trying to calculate the average of projects that achieved the SLA Target. I managed to transform the SLA Achieved field into 100 (achieved) and 0 (not achieved), but when I try to aggregate this column for an average of all projects, I cannot do this. I would like to use this aggregator to use them in a Gauge graph. Hi All,  We are integrating AEM Cloud with Adobe Target using IMS cloud configuration and creating a project in Adobe I/O console to establish JWT connection. We have currently 4 environments - DEV, TEST, ACPT, PROD. If you have made this connection before, do you suggest to create 4 projects with respect to each environment in Adobe I/O to connect with Target API. This is to ensure that each environment has its own public/private key pair. Hello, We are looking at an option to export data from AEP to S3 bucket but in a bit unusual way.The high level process is:1. Using a query service data from a large Event dataset has been aggregated into a small table.2. Using again query service data from point 1 table has been extracted and send for detail reporting.3. Due to the query service expiring credentials this cannot be automated. And we are looking at the option of optimizing this. One of our options we look at is to create a lookup schema+dataset with a identity non customer profile. But lookup dataset is not allowed to be used inside AEP and destinationsWe tried with creating a event schema with only 1 profile and add many events on a single profile but then destination do not allow to export the data as array and would like to export the data as single line since there is only 1 profile on the dataset.We cannot use "Individual Profile" as we cannot create each profile per the aggregated data, since it can be 1

Hi,  I would like to import sama data through UI dataset. Data would part of XDM Individual Profile Class. However I have got some doubts about required fields:a) _id - I might generate some random string of length 20?b) createdByBatchID - if I use API I would be assigned with some batchID. However it is not the same with UI. Should I generate some random string?  Thanks Mike   

I created the schema with 5 field groups and one field in only required. However in a specific batch ingestion I have only data for one field group and required field.May I upload only JSON with data for field group which I have the data for?Or should I include other empty field groups in my JSON with empty data while ingesting? Where is this specified in documentation? Unfortunately error troubleshooting does not work at all..... Thanks Mike 

Is it possible to ingest null email value in AEP using out of box field(personalEmail.address).If not , how can we handle this.

Hi all,This was something I managed to do prior to Web SDK using callbacks, but for AA and attribution to function correctly we need to ensure proper order of events. For example not letting passive custom links fire before the first page view of the visit. Currently, we have Custom Link events that are firing as soon as the page loads which is causing attribution and pathing issues. My approach is then to use the 'On before event send callback' in the Web SDK extension to 'return false' if the event type is not a page view and the session page count is <1. However, where I'm stuck is in the best practice to then fire the custom link(s) after the page view has successfully tracked.One option was to create a queue, and then process that queue (if it exists) after the page view. Another is simply to add a timeout to the custom links when session page count <1, but this has risks of the user navigating away or a slow connection.  Has anyone approached t
