I recently bulk edited a batch of metadata on assets that have already been published to the Brand Portal, but I am not seeing these updates in the Brand Portal. Doesn't it automatically update to match the metadata in the authoring environment?

Any support would be very much appreciated.  Background:We are a housing development business, building and selling plots/houses on housing developments in the UK.We have a unique, proprietary CRM that is very difficult to influence hence, the seemingly "roundabaout" solution I am about the explain. Solution summary:When a customer enquired/expresses interest about a housing development, a unique Custom object entry is created in our Marketo instance, linked to the person record. We would like to personalise a range of emails with contextualised information based on these enquiries. Our solution is to use velocity script to populate tokens within a high-level folder, that can then be inherited and utilised within the subsequent emails. This simple script is essentially, updating the token with the information of that specific development based on the "EnquiryOutletName" field. Issue summary:This is working great for us!

When I see the no. of orders report in workspace for date range of 1st jan - 31st jan 2024 When seeing report On Feb 2nd : No of orders = 100When seeing report On Feb 15th : No of orders = 120 what could be the reason?

We are using a Marketo form on our site as our Demo form, and have built it to hide most of the fields until the email address is entered and Clearbit can check before revealing any more unknown fields. This works totally fine when the form is embedded on the site - however when we embed the form as a popup in Elementor we sometimes experience issues where we see two forms render at once or show all the fields without hiding them as expected.When this happens we see the following error:Has anyone else experienced issues when embedding a Marketo form with hidden fields into an Elementor popup?

I'm setting up a virtual reporting suite for an external vendor however, when I try to create the required dashboard for their use case, I'm presented with the error message that select components (marketing channel, marketing channel details and return frequency are not components I'm able to grant permission to/share with this VRS. Questions 1) Once we create a Adobe Analytics Dataflow using source connector in AEP. Do we need to rename all the events/dimensions in dataview stage in CJA. I dont see the event names populated automatically. Do you know what could be the possible reasons?2) If we have multiple domains and 1 report suite for each domain. What is the best dataview settings to bring in all the report suites data to create like a global report suite. Running into some issues for classification dimensions and not sure how to import them for each report suite and use it in CJA Dataview. Please throw some light on the multiple report suite <> global report suite scenario as well.

I am trying to create a segment to group the last touch channels into an Organic Group and a Paid Channel. For the organic group, I tried two different rules to test the segments. In the first segment, I included all the organic channels like SEO, Direct, and Referral Domains, and for the second segment, I excluded the paid channels like SEM, Paid Social, etc. When I test both segments, I get different numbers for SEO and Direct. I am attempting to create a segment that will group the last touch channels into either Organic or Paid. To test the segment for Organic channels, I created two different rules. The first rule included all organic channels such as SEO, Direct, and Referral Domains. The second rule excluded paid channels such as SEM and Paid Social. The "Make date range components relative to panel calendar" has stopped working. When this option is selected, I can no longer access the date comparison menu. Usually, this is a right-click on the metric title. The menu pops up and I select my comparison type. Now I have to deselect the "Make date range components relative to panel calendar" option to add a date comparison. That date comparison is of course not relative to the panel which was the point of the component relative feature.

Can anyone share how they are capturing and reporting the total number of deliverables on a single project? Our custom form is built so a person can request multiple asset types (print, digital, promo, language translation...) on single project. However, within each asset type, they could have multiple deliverables. They could have a poster, flyer, rack card, digital ad, digital billboard, hats, shirts, ink pens and a print ad in multiple sizes, possibly resulting in dozens of deliverables. Currently, we're not capturing this. First off, when a project get assigned to a designer, at first glance, the project might look straightforward, even simple. But, once they get into the meat of it, they realize how many deliverables are involved. Now this simple looking project becomes much more. So being able to capture this total number on the front end as well as reporting on it in the back end is something we want/need to do. I am not too sure what to put in the Identifier specific, Identifier Type field, couldn't find the documentation for it.
