Hi, I want to pass an expression fragment (SMS) as follows:"Hi first name" (first name to be taken from the profile attributes) into the custom action message body. Is this possible?If not, can I copy paste this fragment into the custom action body? Thanks 

I have a situation where a scenario is getting triggered twice whenever the "assignments" field is updated. The first module is "Watch Events" with record type "Assignment". Every time I add 1 or more assignment, the scenario triggers twice for each assignment.I've noticed that the "Exclude events made by this connection" checkbox is not present for the "Assignment" record type. Could someone verify if this is the cause of the issue? or a share potential solution please?

I have been trying to delete the demdex cookie using a JS function and I am not able to delete it. The same JS function deletes other cookies but it won't delete the demdex cookie. I'm trying to create a segment that includes visits to the review page that coming from the product page (previous page name). Is the correct way is adding the product page and after > review page? also after creating segment how should I create the table? is adding the review page name is enough?

Hi,Although I see similar questions have been asked by different users before, but still I'm not able to find a satisfactory answer and I'm not sure if it's a bug specific to workspace analysis?If I just want to see an overall view of avg.time spent on site, I see 'infinity' but if I break it down by months or some other dimension then I can the values being populated. Hi, Using the below code in page layouts, I tried to get the total page count of the PDF.<span data-field="total-pages" data-format="default">1</span>total page count is getting added in pdf. But can't able to fetch the value in JS. When trying to fetch the page count it's giving counter(pages) in console.How to achieve this functionality?

I'd like to somehow automate the creation of Mixed Media Sets in Scene7, but doing it all from AEM when we publish to Scene7.I've looked at the Batch Set Presets in Scene7, which I'm able to get to work, but it looks like I'm limited to Image Sets and Spin Sets. We need Mixed Media Sets so we can incorporate videos.Any suggestions? 

Hello! We are looking into the possibility to change our way of working regarding development in ACC. Today we have a dev and a prod environment and we do releases where we export packages for every change we made in dev and import them as xml files to production.We do not think it is optimal to do so and we would like to do such export-import work just when needed. Do you have input on when we should work with packages and when we can just made manual changes? It feels like we are overcomplicating things right now. Thank you so much!

Hi,In my setup I have two services that are connected to Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android and Apple Push Notifications for iOS version of the app. The setup looks more-or-less like that: Service1:- for iOS is using token-based authentication, with key id, team, bundle id and private key- for Android is using FCM HTTP (legacy) API version and project key Service2:- for iOS is using the same authentication details as Service1- for Android is using FCM HTTP v1 API version with project id and private key HTTP for FCM will be sunsetting soon, so I wanted to simplify the setup the keep only one service - especially that for iOS app both services are connecting to the same project. However, I have doubts before turning off Service1, because I see a different number of active iOS devices in Service1 and Servic2 - even though they are same app and should return the same users.  What would be the best way to keep only one service and make sure that all the users (esp

As a result, I've observed changes in the data for both the Internal category and the Natural marketing channel. Internal marketing channel data have suddenly dropped and Natural have increased. Hi,We are working on a requirement to pull data from Adobe Analytics into Tableau or Power BI and looking if there is an existing API that is available.We are specifically looking for an API that exports the data from Analysis Workspace, data from a specific panel that is configured using required segments, dimensions and metrics. For example, we have a panel in Analysis Workspace for 5XX errors on our website for a time period of last 1 month. and we want to export only this data from panel to be exported into Tableau.We are looking for options other than Tools -> Data Warehouse options for the reason it involves placing a file SFTP location and Tableau needs access to that and read the data; APIs would be real-time. We are considering Tableau over Analysis Workspace visualizations because there is a learning curve for using Adobe Analysis Workspace.Any inputs on the approaches to achieve this would be really appreciated. ThanksSrikanth 

Hi guys,I want to ask maybe a simple question, but I am not sure I got it right.We have 30 30-day Marketing channel expiration in the Report Suite settings. Does it mean that when I check the reporting, it only makes sense to look at the lookback windows of 30 days or less for different attribution models? I am working on building out Email Master Templates, I am trying to find some documentation on what carries down into emails from the Master Template. What modules or items will spider down to existing emails, like what is the criteria. For example, I updated a social image in the template, and it never updated in the email template. Does the module in the template have to be setup a certain way, I understand why general text will not carry down into emails, but what exactly needs to be set to make sure it carries down to ALL emails.

If we enable Email opened and Clicked link in email in our sync options, will we be able to see in Salesforce if a contact that was sent a Marketo email opened and/or clicked the email? If yes, where would we see the information in Salesforce? Are there any prerequisites for this?

I have a campaign that I want to to trigger every time an acceptable action occurs, but once it hits 5pm, I want it to ignore all triggers (not delay them) until 9am the next day, where it will then resume, and trigger based of acceptable actions until 5pm again. How can I achieve this?
