Hi AllI am particularly interested in understanding the workings of Adobe Sensei AI and its background processes. Could you please anyone provide more information or guide me to resources where I can learn more about how Adobe Sensei powers the various AI solutions within Adobe?

When using the Rich Text Editor of the AEM Table component, the ruby and rt tags disappear. Even when I append the ruby and rt tags in inline HTML code and save, the tags I added seem to vanish upon reflection. Can anyone identify the cause of this issue?

Hi all, I did not understand Filevault Checkin/Checkout purpose. Checkin/Checkout is used for a source control system as I understand, to prevent multiple concurrent edits to a file. Filevault is not such a source control system. How does Checkin/Checkout apply to it? Appreciate all your responses. Thanks,RK.

Hi Team,I have a requirement where i want to hide the download button for the expired assets. We already moving the expired assets to the archive folder, now we want to restrict the download access. so we don't want to show the download option in AEM author in all ways around.If anyone knows how to handle this in a better way, please let me know here. Hi I have WebSDK extension added to Launch and have setup XMD Schema, Dataset and Datastream setup. Datastream has mapping created for XDM object and analytics added as a service.  When trying to add a rule in Launch to trigger SendEvent, I am getting the below error:   [alloy] [DataCollector] An error occurred while executing the sendEvent command.Caused by: An identity was not set properly. Please verify that the org ID <my @9818 ID>@AdobeOrg configured in Alloy matches the org ID specified in the edge configuration.   I have checked that the org ID is correctly set. Hello Community..  I am constantly being asked by my clients for PROOF approval delegation. Despite everything I have read I cannot seem to find a way to do this. I understand that we can delegate Documents/Tasks/Issues but not proofs.The Proof module does appear to have an out of office setting, even asking who I would like to delegate my proofs to - but in testing this it doesn't appear to affect anything (maybe a casualty of the proofHQ/Workfront integration?)Could anyone confirm for me that Workfront (in March 2024) does not support PROOF delegation just to stop me looking!  and has anyone come across any workaround solutions ??Many many thanks in advance

Dear Communityonce again its me having a question about XML-Forms.Currently i am using the Live Cycle Designer 3 Version and unfortunately, the generated XML-Formatis not compatible with Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud).I am wondering if there is ANY way to make these files compatible and/or if the newer Software Versions (ES4 or AEM Forms) offer different XML Export Options to have them XML documents compatible with Adobe Sign.Many thanks in advanceAndrea

Hi, I've created a transactional journey. AJO is listening an event and then send an email. The email is kind of "Thank you" email so no need of add Unsubscribe button. I've created a Transactional channel surface but facing a warning about missing opt-out button in email body I've tested and published in stage the journey and it's working fine, the email goes to normal inbox and not to SPAM. But, why if I'm using a transactional channel surface AJO warn that? I'm afraid of affect my email reputation. Maybe I'm missing some steps please if you can guide me to send transactional emails without Unsubscribe button and face no warning would be great. Thanks.

Hi community,I have a question regarding PDF instances data, recently I fetched pdf data in the report builder tool. After getting the data and comparing it with the AA tool, the data did not match. In the report builder tool, data returns zero in some pdfs, but the AA tool shows values.

Hi guys, I am using ACS Commons Redirect Manager for redirections in AEM.It is working fine for non-gated pages. But for gated pages the redirection is not happening via ACS Commons Redirect Manager. The issue is due to login-cookie being set as part of the login via POST request to j_security_check.Removing that cookie sets the redirection correctly but signs us out of the page as well. Is there any way to set the cookie yet allow publish to follow the redirection rules (302) and not let it through (200)? Thanks in advance,@imran__khan, @arunpatidar, @aanchal-sikka, @estebanbustamante, @sureshdhulipudi 

Hi,   I created a journey and included a custom action (which should call an API and get a response). When i am running my journey my custom action always goes in timeout step and ends the journey. However when i hit the same API via postman i get result immediately.   This is what i see in test mode    Is there a way to debug it? Can i somehow see what call is being made by custom action ?  Maybe the system which i am calling needs to whitelist AJO IP range?   Any inputs will be appreciated.   Thanks, Arpan
