I am trying to upload a .csv file of email addresses into Marketo and keep getting an "invalid encoding" error message. Not sure why this is?

While trying to update core.wcm.components from 2.17.12 to 2.20.8 i see few component test cases are failing when building the project .  testGetDefaultNewsTileImgSrc Time elapsed: 0.229 s <<< ERROR!java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Lcom/adobe/cq/wcm/spi/AssetDelivery;Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.adobe.cq.wcm.spi.AssetDelivery Please advise if you came across the same issue

We recently ran an event and I'm keeping track of the ROI off the back of it.Our syncing rules from the Marketo program to Marketo Measure are based on having a program success. In our Marketo program I can see 38 successes, but only 32 in Marketo Measure (with status updated 3 days ago), which is one issue.The other issue is one of the contacts I dug in to has a touchpoint for the event, but despite having the same email address that touchpoint isn't associated with the Salesforce Contact for the person. In fact only 2 touchpoints out of 6 for that email address are attached to the contact. The first issue I can imagine something is setup wrong and I can probably do something to resolve it.The second issue I'd like some help with, I thought MM deduped by email address and I'm sure I read that if you have multiple CRM records with the same email address it will show all touchpoints on all CRM records, leading to some duplication.But in this case there's only one person record in C

Hello! On a task within a project template, I have a folder where I have turned off "Inherited Permissions" so that only select users can see the folder. However, when I create a project from a template it doesn't retain those settings - users inherit the permissions. Any thoughts?

VEC Composer is not able to loaded after A4T provision suddenly. Before the provision, VEC composer working fine and created several activities in Target successfully with WebSDK extension. I tried to remove Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome and trying to use Adobe Target v2 extension but also failed to load in the VEC composer. May I seek your idea for this issue?Thank you!!

Hello - Could someone please guide me in converting a column that currently looks up Owner: Home Team ID so that the value it displays the name of the home team rather than the ID? Owner Home Team ID is a natural field for Views but not the name of that Home team. I've tried searching the Advanced Reporting documentation and references in the API Explorer and am not sure there is a relationship that can be established, but tbh I'm still wrapping my head around how to work in Text mode. Can we enable Image map option on Image component which is inheriting Image component (v2+) from core component?We want to have an option to allow text overlay on coordinates specified using image map. Currently it allows hyperlinks but I can see it only in DAM/Assets and also it doesn't reflect on the pages where Image is being used.AEM 6.5thanks.

I checked CJA will charge if create Data View using connection. For example, we have dataset 1, dataset 2 and dataset 3.I create a data view A by dataset 1 and dataset 2, and data view B by dataset 2 and dataset 3. They will charge the total record of event data within the data view. Please correct me if it it wrong. View and manage your Customer Journey Analytics usage | Adobe Customer Journey Analytics If so, Am I just create a data view per dataset or a data view with multiple dataset? Hi All,I'm currently setting up custom actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to send profile attribute details to an external API. However, I need assistance with creating an Audience to exclude members to whom I've already sent data on the same day. Additionally, I plan to use this Audience as entry criteria for the journey. Can I exclude members in the Audience? I didn't see any events happening in the profile after the profile details are sent via custom action, which is why I'm a little confused here. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Running into issues in connecting Workfront Fusion with AEM Assets module. The mapping between the tech account created with the values asked when creating connection in Workfront is not provided in any appropriate article. Hi,  I would like to implement recommendations in Target. In other Marketing Automation tools except for feed OG tags are supposed to be implemented on product pages. It was required because tool need to map which product customer viewed on the www and mapped the to feeds in order to use in Recommendations.  Is it the same with Target or Target needs only Feeds and then using URLs it will recognized which products customer has seen?

Quick question for the community Working on a new Webinar event program template and my Ops team wants to send emails using nested email programs under an event program in order to take advantage of sending for local time zone.  We are a global company and send emails to recipients across multiple regions where there time zones can be drastically different.  My question is would nesting an email program for the invitations like I show in the screenshot below have any negative impacts reporting?  Or do we need to make sure those "email send" programs that are nested get added to the event channel?  Also any chance of double reporting in tools such as  Revenue Explorer, Email Insights or Performance Insights while using nested programs like this?   Would there be any other 'gotchas' that I'm missing?    If there are reporting issues by doing this would anyone have a suggestion for supporting time zone send as part of a

Hi all,  if we want to send an email only once to a user being part of a segment (only the first email will be a welcome, then he will receive other communications) allow re-entrance disabled is not the right way i suppose.  how could we do? we can use a param in the condition to check if he entered the journey and already received the mail?  thanks

Recently, we transitioned our team's Power BI dashboards from SharePoint to Adobe Connector 2.0. This all worked fine, except when we uploaded the desktop Pbix files to the web service version of Power BI.
