Why do I keep getting the "Page Unresponsive" error when I'm trying to build reports in Workspace? Does anyone know of a fix for this issue? Started happening near the end of last week and now its happening every few minutes as I edit my tables. status.adobe.com doesn't mention any issues.

Is it true that content in Assets like PDFs are not indexed in AEMaaCS?  I can see the tika is being used and pdf's are not filtered out in the ootb config.Why is the content not being searched?  Are we required to use a 3rd party search tool like Elastic/Solr for this functionality?

I need AEM 6.5 service pack 6.5.9 since I am getting errors while installing service pack 6.5.8. I installed the service pack 6.5.8 but the bundles status shows it as Installed instead of Active. So if anyone provides me the service pack 6.5.9 it would help me.  

Hi, I followed the below article and able to create a custom namespace for asset metadata and able to add the properties and save it https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/developing/advanced/custom-namespaces.html?lang=en The custom namespace created is "gmkt" and the property created is ./jcr:content/metadata/gmkt:customerid The issue which I am facing is when we open the asset properties after save, the authored values are not showing and the fields are blank. In CRX, the new property is stored as gmkt%3Acustomerid instead of gmkt:customerid. Is this causing the issue or how to resolve this? Thanks,Selva

We have successfully integrated Facebook with Marketo; however, data is not flowing between the platforms as expected. Marketo support claims this is a Facebook issue, while Facebook support has been unhelpful. Interestingly, when using Zapier to establish the connection, data flows accurately. I am uncertain why the sync between Marketo and Facebook is not functioning properly.   TIA

Hello, I'm trying to segment an audience based on if they clicked a specific link within an email campaign to view a custom landing page.  It doesn't matter to me if the update happens when the link is clicked or when the landing page loads.  I've got a custom field on the profile called "subConfirm" that I would simply like to populate with "YES" if that link is clicked. I do not want to require yet another click / interaction on the landing page in order to save the value. Basically I'm sending to a segment of a large audience giving them the option of "Do you want to continue receiving messages?" => "Yes = takes them to my landing page" or "No = takes them to the unsubscribe page" Thank You

I've been building a webhook to create a new text-type chatter item in SFDC and it has worked perfectly when I manually specify the subjectID. However, If I attempt to replace this with a Marketo token, the webhook fails. Hello,I've been working through the LUMA Web SDK implementation tutorial to familiarize myself with AEP Adobe RTCDP. Following the steps outlined, I've successfully created schemas, tags, data elements, rules, and datasets.However, when utilizing the AEP platform debugger, I encounter an issue where the 'interact?' call in the network consistently displays a 400 Bad Request status, and no data seems to be reflected in the dataset. Could someone provide guidance on how to troubleshoot and debug this problem effectively?"  

I am attempting to exclude profiles from re-entering an audience once they have already been in the audience. In other words, I want to stop any profiles that have been in a specific audience from entering that audience again. What is the best way to accomplish this? I am trying to use the Classification Importer to classify values for a subclassification but after uploading my csv file, it says 'no rows were updated/affected' and when I look in workspace, the values were indeed not classified.  Below is an example of what I'm trying to classify. The Key values include a concatenated value of campaign id & channel. I have a classification rule via classification rule builder to parse out the value for campaign id but I also need to classify the friendly campaign name based on the campaign id. We will be updating our logins from Adobe IDs to Federated IDs.  Many of the Analytics users do not have the same email used for logins that our SSO provider has. When updating via the csv file in the Adobe console, is it possible to change the Identity Type, Username, Email and Last Name (some ladies have remarried) and keep the ID so that they don't lose all their segments and workspaces?

I am starting getting further in my quest to set up a custom connector but now I am getting an error related to hostname can not be parsed.  I am not sure what this means since I don't have a hostname property in the connection spec.  Anyone have any thoughts what I can try to get this issue resolved.  

I have a working connector between Adobe and PowerBI. Trying to fetch more than a few lines of data gets me "waiting for" status for what seems like forever (I have waited I think at least 1.5h or along the lines). I am using the default "Adobe Analytics" option and I think this was developed by Adobe/Microsoft devs together, not sure if it is being updated or to what extent ... Any recommendations how / what can be done to facilitate the data load a bit. I know what filtering is, and to do it early as possible, but perhaps there are some tricks and tips someone might have encountered?

Hello, I would like to display an offer only for example, only each Monday and not the other days but in the offer, I have linked a rules.So in my rules, I have only attributes with data such as data of the customer but not data of the day ?How can I proceed to put for example, days of the week : only Monday to show the offer.I can only drag and drop data from the customer, there is a way to add some extra code and put some code like currentDayOfWeek() = 1, where can I put this code ? Because I can only put drag and drop things...
