Hello Community, I have a requirement to bulk remove custom metadata properties (single-valued) for assets including removal of custom tags for bulk assets in AEM 6.5I know that there is no OOTB means to bulk remove the properties. Can anyone suggest what is the next best approach to deal this? Thank you for your support.

Hi there, We are looking to send our customers a SMS based on their phone numbers in their profile. However, for our org identity structure, a profile can have multiple accounts, the data looks like this: "ContactNumbers": [{"Account": "1","PhoneNumber": "111","AccountType": "Class A"},{"Account": "2","PhoneNumber": "222","AccountType": "Class B"},{"Account": "3","PhoneNumber": "333","AccountType": "Class c"}] Is it possible in the Advanced Mode of an expression, put conditions in there? In English, "return me the phone number in the array position where AccountType is "Class C""  Thanks!

However, we're unsure where to implement this method. We tried adding it here:But it's not effective.Where's the recommended location to add this method? hi  i already read some of the answer provided by @danny-miller but still can not make it work on the the target  schema i have array of objects which i need to ingest data from table (for now it is csv ) i tried to use the * notation but i'm problobly miss some casting options attached is the target schema and the row dataplease advice

We are in the final stages of migrating to Web SDK.  Our data is flowing using the WebSDK and no AA calls are firing.   We now are trying to disable the AA and ECID extensions and the build fails.What should we be looking for to determine why it is failing?

Starting Jan 3, 2024, on Stage we are experiencing delays in receiving 25% of our transactional messages (50 our 200 messages delayed).  Emails are coming 4+ minutes later.  We are on Adobe Campaign v22.3 build 10653.Anyone else experiencing delays on Stage?

Within the AJO Offer Decisioning Engine, is there a way to create the offers (Offer placements, HTML/offer copy) at scale by importing from a CSV or another approach.  Anyone have experience? I have a scenario where we need to create content blocks "Offers" for 250+ variation and creating these manually would be impractical. The structure of each content block would be roughly the same.  Also is there a cap on the number of offers that can be created?

I am trying to run a report filtered according to who the object is shared with (e.g. Shared with X Group or System-Wide) but I do not know how to add that as filter. I have the "shared-with" field in my view so I know I can get at the data but struggling to filter on it. Any help appreciated!   

I recently made a mistake, sending out an email with the text version not matching the HTML version.  The current Email Link Performance Report showed that the top text link received over 22 times the clicks over the top html link.  Thinking we inadvertently found a way to measure bot clicks, we intentionally placed a unique link at the top of the text version of this week's email. Again, it is receiving over 10x the amount of clicks as the next most link.  Is this BOT activity or could there be another explanation?Thanks!

Trying to setup Dynamic Chat Dialogues (ie Triggered automated chats) within my website. I can get the chat to appear on my site and go through the Stream Designer as defined. BUT it only shows the first time the Audience definition criteria is met.> Is there a way to get it to trigger EACH time the criteria is met? Currently defining it to show on specific URLs, when been on page > 3 seconds and if the Inferred Country is one of my target countries, so nothing to complex in the setup. Why is this not showing each time the criteria is met? Surely this would be a popular use case?

Hi, community! I am working on adding Google Analytics 4 tags to our forms to track form submissions per form using this article (https://www.dreweastmead.com/blog/how-to-pass-marketo-form-submissions-through-gtm-into-ga4). The tags work properly on all of our forms except for our forms that we use for downloading content on our site. For these forms, we use known visitor HTML because every form uses the same Marketo form + some custom javascript to redirect to the correct page. It appears that once we implement these tracking tags in tag manager, the known visitor HTML overrides the Javascript and there is no redirect anymore. When I turn off the GA4 tag, the known visitor HTML form redirects successfully. Recently we had an issue with SMS deliveries, and support told us this (see below), how should be this implemented? Further investigation on delivery "stalling". It appears Campaign has container #1 set up for "sms" affinity in the delivery but many of your SMS deliveries have no default typology or affinity, so they default to "default" which sends the SMS traffic to 2nd and 3rd "email only" containers.Usually, we advise customers to keep email and sms separate and this is driven by the typology/affinity. I've attached a .txt.gz that shows all the SMS deliveries that don't have an EXPLICIT "sms' typology/affinity assigned and could be problematic.  Is this something support does, or we can do on our end? Yes, I've implemented typology rules before, just don't understand the affinity part.

Hello,We are in a situation and maybe it's a common problem in AEM Project. So we have specific pages which require user login to be accessed such as payment-summary, wishlist etc.The project is AEM SPA and this condition is written on React components, to redirect to login if user is not logged in when try to access these protected pages. Now, same code is available on Author instance pages as well and it's making a redirection and unable to author the page.How to resolve this issue and Author should be able to author the component on Author instance?  @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @aanchal-sikka

Hi everybody.If you run a webinar in On24, you can send webinar email invitations from either Marketo or On24. What are the benefits and drawbacks of each platform where email invitations are concerned? We send from Marketo, but I realize I can control the look and feel of emails in On24, too, and it sounds like it might be more efficient to send emails from On24. (Our On24 instance is integrated with Marketo). 

The requirement is to have one item in a multifield component as default when we add the component on the page. How can I achieve this? For example, if SKU list is a multifield, the below should be the way it needs to be added with one item already available. 

Hi, I want to send a different pageURL than the current one: Instead of https://example.com/path/x/y, I want to send analytics https://example.com/path, I tried to use the vars pageURL and pagePath, but when I debug with the Chrome Extension Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, I still see the full URL and not the edited one. What should I do in order to not  log the full URL?
