I have a team that uses the issue tab in project to log in objectives and action items. There is a log type field created to tag whether an issue is an "objective" or "action item". I am trying to create a project report in Workfront that shows the total number of issues and number of open issues. However, the total number of issues and number open issues is the sum of all issue entries per project; so it counts both my objective and action items. Is there a way to modified these two columns in text mode (or some other approach) to filter down to only "action item".  I have tried to filter my report by issue type, but the total issue column still shows both objectives and action items. Hi Everyone, I'm at a loss here. In the test webinar I run in GoTo I cannot get the 'Attended' and 'No Show' statuses to pass through to my registered folks in the Marketo event campaigns. I've double check my integration in Launchpoint and everything seems to be set up correctly. Initially the event status gets stuck as 'Waiting for Attendee List' for a while and then becomes 'Attendee List Unavailable' after several days.Some notes:- my Webinar channel does not use the default statuses, my predecessor added some extras that are likely extraneous like clicked and opened. Could this be part of it? Thank you! Chris

Edit: Added as an Idea. Thanks to @jennifer_dungan, for some reason I'm unable to reply to your comment (or mine) Our account was switched over to AA's new Data Warehouse UI. The old UI was buggy, cramped and quite limited. There are many advantages to new DW UI, but I think it needs to be worked on even more.Here are my asks/comments:1. Add calculated metrics.2. Add custom date ranges.3. Add segments to individual dimensions. This is a Workspace staple, it is so necessary.4. Ability to edit/delete created accounts and locations. People make mistakes. 5. Requesting an account name, description and hostname seems unnecessary.6. Ability to save notification emails. 7. The "Save request" button unshaded seems weird and is unhelpful as you navigate the tabs. A Next button until thelast tab (Notification email) would be more helpful. Thoughts?

Hello!As of today, we have noticed that all our journey we have set up in several sandboxes did not execute the first step (Read Audience). They have worked perfectly fine until yesterday. The step is set to be executed daily at 10:00h. Did anyone else experience similar error today? When we go to journey report, it says 0 profiles have entered the journey, despite the fact that target audience has profiles in it. Thanks

When I logged into the Marketo instance of one of my clients today a message popped up that said something about the need to make changes soon (the pop-up disappeared when I clicked for details - sorry to be so vague). Need a bit of clarity on ending experiments.  Can someone explain the differences between "Ended" and "Deactivate".I see "Deactivate" in the context menus - but not "End" -- how does the "Ended" appear in the status column?What's the difference between an experience being "ended" or "deactivated" ? In a 'deactivated" state, new users won't see it, but return users would? (This appears in the Change log as "Deactivated the activity")In an "ended" all users stop seeing the experience?  (There is no reference to an experience ending in the change log.)Correct?Thanks!

Dear Community,we're having an app where we use the mobile SDK and are linking to our website via little ads. As we want to follow the user journey, we need to establish a (kind of) sync of the MCVID so that we recognize the same user tracked on our website which came from the native app. (Somehow similar to web views)We were following these introductions: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/mobile-services/blob/master/docs/ios/reference/hybrid-app.md?lang=en but when looking at the data in AA, we can't see anybody opening the website with an existing App Id. When doing so, we see the query param "adobe_mc" attached. Visitor ID Service is in place. When reading the tracking call, should I expect the MID to be the same as attached in the param? Or is it stitched in the background? I found that pretty tough to debug/analyze.

hi all, I'm currently installing the latest AEM Forms 6.5.18 on a RHEL server ("Experience Manager 6.5.18.0 Forms installer for JBoss EAP and Linux").I already installed java 11.0.21 and made it available in bash and set the JAVA_HOME environment variable. I successfully ran the install.bin script after unpacking the installer zip file.We had to add a JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS environment variable in order to run the install.binexport JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Djdk.util.zip.disableZip64ExtraFieldValidation=true After the successful installation, I unzipped the jboss from the third_party folder.JBoss can startup completly using the bin/standalone.sh The next step is to create the ear files for adobe livecycle, I use the ConfigurationManagerCLI.sh to do this./ConfigurationManagerCLI.sh configureLiveCycle -f cli_aemforms_config.txtI exclude all solutioncomponents except for ALC-LFS-Output.This generates 3 ear files: adobe-livecycle-jboss.earadobe-livecycle-native-jboss

I've been trying to resolve a problem for several days but I think it's just an Adobe limitation. If in doubt, here is my question: Is it possible to put recipient data in the variables of a delivery?Let me explain, I would like my variable (which I am going to call gridVersion) to take the value of one of the fields in my recipient table, but I realize that in the delivery variables I cannot access the recipient table, nor even the temporary table (which would be ideal) as the values of my variable are "0","1" or "2", I thought of a ternary function but here too the conditions are made on the recipients table. Thanks to anyone who can help me, I don't know if I was clear.

Hi, I've tried to upload a document of account IDs matching to our Sales Segmentation. However, I keep getting the error "There was a problem importing your file. Please try again later or use an FTP account to import your data." I would prefer to not use the FTP option (as I don't really know how) but can't figure out WHY I'm getting this error even after looking at all the documentation & troubleshoot help. I've ensured that there aren't any extra tabs/spaces in my file, but the formatting still looks wonky - could this be it? Grateful for any insight you can provide! 

Hi,   I have started a project where the client developed a single website using "regular" (server-side) AEM development. They followed all the best practices. However, a migration opportunity presented itself that involves migrating react components from an old legacy CMS (funny enough happens to be AEM 6.2) to the new 6.5. Since we do not want to re-write all of the components in the 6.5 (which are server side) to react spa, is it possible to keep a suite of server-side components and another suite using AEM react SPA?   Thanks in advance, Sam

Hi All,I am facing an issue in my Local AEM instance where i am trying to run a existing asset archival Schedular from my develop branch. I am getting this Null pointer Exception  and "The provided service user id 'workflow-user' is not a known JCR system user id and therefore not allowed in the Sling Service User Mapper" errors in error.log. I have added the workflow-user to admin user also. Still i am facing the error. Because of this my resource is passing as null and my schedular fails to run the job. Hello there!   Objective: my scheduler is supposed to update my component properties "nome" and "idade" (name and age) to blank/null values every 30 seconds (or any short period of time). I tried to change my code so many times, but I'm lost as I don't get what's the problem here.   For example: now the properties "nome" and "idade" have no values. Then I go to Postman and set the "nome" as "John" and the "idade" as "25". It correctly reflects on the AEM page. However, the scheduler is not clearing those values. I want them to go back go blank/null values every 30 seconds, but I couldn't get it to work. "I'm trying to create a new expense in Adobe Workfront Fusion, but I keep encountering an error message saying '[422] expenseID cannot be null'. I was under the impression that the system would automatically generate the expense ID, so I'm not sure why I'm receiving this error. Can you please guide me through creating a new expense and help me understand why I might be experiencing this issue?"The logic is if the expense description is XYZ do something so a router that goes up ( one path), if not create an expense line with the description, year, and some amount. This can be seen in the attached screenshot below.
