Hi everyone , I have loaded the data using Data loading activity and used Update activity to insert records in to visitor table. It shows 3 records inserted with email , firstname & url. However when I use a query activity and choose Visitors schema in both filtering & target dimension, I see records in preview tab but when I run the query it shows 0 results.  Please suggest.Thank you in advance.

Hey all, I have a Target XT activity that is set up to serve one experience to a set of countries, and the other experience is to be set up for countries that are not in that first list. When setting up the audience for the countries that are not in the list, I used the "Includes" "Countries" and "does not match" and then the list of countries, in an attempt to have the audience say "include countries that do not match" the countries in the list. The analytics team told me that that set up is incorrect and does not wok, and that the proper way to set it up would be to have the audience say "exclude countries that match" and then the list of countries. Am I wrong in thinking that these 2 phrases are essentially saying the same thing? Could someone clear up why one set up seems to work and one doesn't?Please let me know if there are any follow up questions, as I would be happy to answer. Thank you and have a great day

Hey there! I was wondering if there was a better way to accomplish sending a single email variant from several branding configurations. Currently, if I wanted to personalize the sender information, I must construct 1 delivery for each branding configuration. So if I want to send an email on behalf of 15 different senders, I must build a version for EACH of them using a segmentation activity to separate recipients. This becomes very time intensive for large groups of "senders". In contrast, HubSpot offers a delivery setting called the "Sender token" which adjusts the sender information based on the recipients "contact owner". When this is chosen, the delivery is personalized so that the "From" and "reply-to" fields are dynamically outfitted to that recipients data schema.  So in ACS, is it possible to set up a reoccurring delivery that's not aggregated by any time period that can dynamically set the branding configuration based on profile data schema.  E.g.

Greetings all, I understand how progressive profiling and known visitor functionality works, but our team is asking if we can create a form that recognizes known visitors of a subscription program vs. the entire database.Example:Visitor A comes to landing page, Marketo identifies them as being a member of the subscription list and shows them a simplified form, such as email address.Visitor B comes to the landing page and Marketo sees they are not a member of the subscription list so they must fill out the more detailed form. Is this possible?Thanks!

HiI have embedded our global forms on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and progressive profiling isn't working. I read in the forum that progressive profiling and prefill don't work on embedded forms.  Does anyone know a workaround to get Progressive profiling working? ThanksDominique

Hello everyone,   I am using Youtube Playback extension to track youtube video. I am able to catch the event but I cannot find the Title of Video if I use %Video Title% data element.  Any suggestion?    

Is it some how possible to track the time for which the video is played on a web page in Adobe? or average time the video is played on webpages. I ahve many tutorial pages where the on-demand video content lies. In this case user has to hit play button to get the videos play. Can we track for how long particular video is played? or average second or minutes the video is played?

Hey all,   I tried looking for documentation or if anyone has experienced the same as what I am but was unable to find anything.    When I enable any of the extensions (YouTube Playback or Video Tracking for YouTube extension), my youtube video disappears on the site. I'm assuming it is something with the markup of how the iFrame/embed is but not sure if anyone can provide any feedback or assistance?

I am trying to set up a GraphiQL endpoint in my AEM instance. I want the data to include the content of the CF but also the list of URLs where the CF is referenced. I found this data within CRXDE -- it exists in AEM -- but when I ask for a GraphiQL endpoint, the JSON field arrives empty instead of an array of AEM page links. Has anyone else experienced empty fields?

Hi, Background: Business-A has asked us to remove all Lead records in Marketo that have the "SynctoMkto" flag marked as False in Marketo.  Having these records in Marketo are causing duplicates in the database since Business-A is creating a new Lead in CRM for every Signal. All Leads in CRM (for Business-A) are associated with a Contact record in CRM(Dynamics 365), which means a Lead in CRM is a duplicate record for Business-A in CRM/Marketo. Ask: Need to Research all impacts to deleting a person record in Marketo and what are best practice steps so that we can clearly communicate what the impact to the business will be when we remove these records for them.

Hi Community, I have three fields that I want to interact with each other. Currency Field: This is just a Text drop down so the user can highlight the currencyBudgets Fields: These are both currently in Currency formatThe user can define the currency, e.g. USD, but the two Budget fields then default and show as GBP. Is there a way to make the Budget fields reference the Currency Test field to pull in the correct currency? If not possible, I could change the budget fields to number format, but would prefer them to be in Currency format.ThanksMatt

Hi, as background I'm fairly new to AEM and have to look into this platform that has been around at the company for over 5 years and changed ownership a couple of times. To me it's a bit of a black box. I have read all the Adobe documentation regarding the architecture of AEM, Hardware Sizing Guidelines, Performance Tuning Tips etc. What struck me is that our instances (both author and publisher) are insanely large (122 GB RAM), which seems excessive to me considering what the platform is doing. If I go by the sizing guideline it recommends around 2G JVM heap memory. I found some IaC templates on Github that deploy an AEM stuck and their defaults have 4/8 GB as min/max JVM heap.   I created a heap dump and loaded it in VisualVM and it's 95% bloated up with String class instances over 100 Mio instances taking up over 30 GB. After calculating references and following them through some referenced hash maps they have some Lucene PropertyIndex as root. I read u

Hi,  We are trying to enable caching of the persisted query on the dispatcher by following the instructions on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/headless/deployment/dispatcher-caching.html?lang=en. However, even though the dispatcher is on the latest version, the global variable is not recognized when set. Can you please let me know if there is a specific section of the dispatcher where these variables need to be set? The document also says "the Dispatcher adds the suffix .json to all persisted query URLs, so that the result can be cached.", this means the request to the publisher is with .json and should resolve the query, but unfortunately, that does not seem to do the trick. It just cannot resolve when the request is with the suffix .json on the publisher.  Additionally, I would like to know how to invalidate the response cache of a persistent query. I'm trying to figure out how to determine the performance of a GraphQL query and can't find any tooling in AEM (Cloud version) that shows an explain plain or even rudimentary performance information for a GraphQL query. What am I missing? Is there a way to get this information? I've seen some questions here that mention query performance, but it's unclear to me where to find this information.

I want to know if it is possible to have multiple AEMAssetSourcing folder for each team, so that the members can upload/download content to/from their specific assigned folders. Also we want restrictions on these AEMAssetSourcing folder so that one team can see only their folder. Looking forward for support.

Hi, Environment: AEMasCS I have a requirement to access the SHTML file using my website domain. So, I uploaded the SHTML file into my DAM, activated to publish instance, and tried to access the shtml file using my website domain. Unfortunately, I am unable to execute the directives inside the shtml file and browser rendering only the static text on the browser. This I am trying in AEM as a Cloud service environment. Does anyone have leads to render the shtml file on the browser from the AEM DAM? On file upload, jcr:mimeType is blank.
