Hi Community, I am currently in the process of developing a workflow for our request queue, which will require approval each time a request is submitted before it can proceed to the next stage. Is it feasible to establish a default approver for these settings? this would entail the automatic assignment of a designated approver, such as Content Director, before a request can be converted into a project.

I don't have a column Year on my data, but I think it is taken the year from my column: "date_creation". How can I remove the miliseconds from my column "date_creation" to avoid this warnings? Or Should I fix this in the source of the data? I get a csv file to upload to campaign.

Hello team.Have a question about best practices on A4T reporting using Activity Conversions/Impressions vs. Activity Conversions/Impressions Same Touch. When you use A4T, the report defaults to 'Activity conversions' based on the Goal I've set up for the test (e.g., click on the button by selecting/highlighting a link/button). If I don't break down the Exp by Canonical URL, it gives a misleading information because the total number of Activity conversions includes other conversions (not the goal metric/conversion) including not only on the activity URL but also other pages  that users view within that Experience. So it is important to actually break it down by the URL to see the true conversion on the activity URL. But also, have an ability to review other URLs in the report in case there is a valuable insight. There is also an option to update the default Activity Conversion to 'Same Touch' attribution model that gives 100% credit to the very hit where the conversi

Hello, After a Purchase event, we'd like to update the visitor's "Loyalty Points" by taking the existing value in the Profile and adding the Purchase amount to it.  For example, if the existing Loyalty Points value in the Person dataset is "100" and they purchase something for "59.99", we want to write "160" (rounded up) back to the Profile Dataset. In the Update Profile action, we select Loyalty Points but that value missing in the Expression dialog prevents us from using the appropriate Math function.  Is this because the Update Profile action only updates values under the OOTB Persons Fieldgroup - meaning it can't update any custom values?  If not, what could be the issue here?

We are on the new UI of datawarehouse.  I have configured my destination and location.  All things are set and yet I do not get a "Save report" so that it will start working.  I was able to set up a new datawarehouse report that emailed to me.   This new report needs to use SFTP.  I am not getting any errors.  I am also unable to see how I configured my destination and my location to see if one of them had an issue.   I tried again and used a new destination and location and still I do not get a "Save button".   Any ideas on what to try next?

We are currently capturing leads via an external form and are using Marketo's API to send that information to Marketo. What is the best way to go about adding that lead to a program? The leads coming through will have a unique lead source.

Recently our stakeholder told us that now they want to use gravity forms in our wordpress pages and we have to do integration between gravity forms and marketo through zapier. I am afraid that they will work similar to marketo forms? Does anyone have any pro and cos of using these forms?1. Does this sync works on the basis of filled out form trigger?2. I'm adding a feature to some longstanding, complex integration code in AEM 6.5 and discovering existing problems with invalid resource resolvers. Adding the feature is making them worse. This is some of the oldest code in our system, and has gone through several rounds of refactoring and other updates.I'm unclear about the best way to manage the resource resolver and associated objects, especially as control goes from a service to Sling models that use a resolver or session to traverse or search the JCR. I'm hoping someone can review my code and give me some advice (@joerghoh , possible to get your thoughts?) What i did was create inside the nurture program a default program, image below with the smartlist: I´m just not sure where should a put this default program in the stream - should i add it below Email 1? Is there a way to see who changed the name of a Project (and/or Task)? This information doesn't seem to be captured in the Update feed of a Project (and/or Task).Ideally I'd love to be able to see who changed the name, when they did it, and what the project (and/or Task) used to be named.Any ideas?

Trying to do something that should be pretty simple.  Any help is appreciated.  We have a datastream configured from a website.  Services include Target, Analytics, and AEP.  There is only one schema for mapping.  In AEP, we want to send just 7 attributes from web events instead of all the attributes that get sent to Analytics.  Is each target dataset in a datastream all or nothing or how can we filter/subset the data to just send the needed attributes to the AEP dataset?

Currently we do not have an easy way to find who has been assigned to a project within proofs by their name and associated role without backing out of the proof. We would like a way to see the assigned person’s name and their associated role under workflow. This will eliminate the need to back out and into the actual project to find the name and role(s). Currently, if within a proof you hover over a name assignment under workflow, it will show the email address only. Why is this important? Because if there are around 20 or more tasks on a project, it becomes challenging to find the proof person associated to the task that generates the proof.  

For one of our reoccuring email program sends, we have been seeing a huge spike in metrics, due to bot activity. We implemented a recaptcha form per Marketo's suggestion and we've seen our numbers stabilize for our website opens, clicks, and form fills. However, we are seeing that metrics for clicks to external websites that we link in our emails are still super inflated. Since the recaptcha only applies to our company site/form fills, how can I prevent seeing this bot activity on external links we're promoting? If there's not a solution to prevent external bot activity, what is the best way to exclude it from reports?

Hey I have a common page view rule, firing when "DOM is ready". The console shows me that the rule fires and all actions within the rule will be triggered: set variables, send beacon, clear variables. But the actual network requests is missing, so the tracking call is somehow buffered.  When I click somewhere on the website, I don't even need to click a clickable element, the network request will be actually fired.  So, somehow my setup is buffering the request. I did not made any changes to the page view rule itself, but some click events. What I did: I disabled ActivityMap and ClickMap in the Adobe Extension and I updated the Adobe Analytics extension to version 1.9.3. Right now it seems there's not even a change log for this revision. Rolling back to a previous version of my tag container does not fix the problem, so I assume it's not connected to my rules.  Right now I am not sure if this is a bug in my setup or if it's caused by th
