Hi all,i'm trying to automatically publish assets to brand portal when a user upload them to a desired folderBasically i added the following configuration to the Custom Dam Workflow runner  <jcr:root xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0" xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0" jcr:primaryType="sling:OsgiConfig" postProcWorkflowsByExpression="[/content/dam(/.*/)bp-digital(/.*):/var/workflow/models/asset-publish-to-brand-portal]"/> and the workflow models has:Create Version -> Scheduled Publish to Brand Portal -> DAM Update Asset Workflow Completed but the issue is when i try to deploy it with cloud manager pipeline, i have the following validation error The workflow process definition at /conf/global/settings/workflow/models/asset-publish-to-brand-portal/jcr:content/flow/process_1138020458 [Publish Asset] uses a workflow process com.day.cq.dam.core.process.ScheduledPublishBPProcess which is not supported on AEM as a Cloud Service.i

For floodlight we were having the issue that we could see in our console that the rule is fired (so launch setup works fine), however in our debugging tool we see no outgoing calls to Floodlight.For Google Ads everything seemed to work fine.

Hey folks, been dealing with some Adobe Launch configuration issues, and while troubleshooting those, have seen duplicated columns of data in the AEP Debugger. Checked with a few co-workers, they get this as well. Also tried a fresh install of Chrome and loaded the Debugger on my home machine and get the same thing with sites like LibetyMutual.com and SuperPages.com so I have to believe this is something internal to the debugger. I have read the articles that say this could be the call back from the Adobe Server and that the second set of data is not actually making it to the Report Suite. Do we know if this is considered an issue or not, and if it is being worked on? Actually thought most of my Launch Rules were messed up and double firing, now I know to look for sets of four and not two. Any known workarounds? Thanks.

Hi all, I'm interested in targeting users with activities based on the previous page they visited, or the referring page (would be from the same domain).  With audiences using Site Pages > Referring URL, or Previous Page -  it supposedly only works if a user CLICKS to the page.Using Analytics to create a segment introduces too much of a delay. I want a visitor coming from a specific page to be targeted immediately. What's the best way to handle this? Also - how do you QA Site Pages > Previous Page - when you need to CLICK from another page in order to qualify as the audience?    Thank you!    

Team, Any suggestions on how to retrieve a list of URL of pdf links hosted on external server and  available on a HTML page in AEM. Edit:Use case - our authors are adding PDF links to their content (using Content Fragment - RTE), and those PDFs are hosted on SharePoint/Teamsite servers. The business team is looking for a way to create a report that shows these links within the rendered HTML. I'd really appreciate any suggestions you might have on how to make this happen! Thanks

With the latest release of adobe target on 21 Oct 2023 my target activities are not working in VEC. I am not able to create activity in adobe target.After creating any activity when i try to save that nothing happens and give an error in console "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isMultiPageActivity')" and when i try to reload the page it through an error  "Failed to fetch CSS selectors settings." In console i am getting error  Please guide me how to fix this.  

We received this error message for a send from ACC to our SMS provider SMPP Command submit_sm failed. SMPP Channel has a limited throughput. (58) Is this an error with the SMS provider or is this an ACC error?  It is a new one for me.  Thanks in Advance. Ryan

I'm creating a Smart List for scoring purposes and I want to include titles with IT. Examples: Director of IT, IT Manager, IT Security, etc.  Since there are many title variations that will include "IT", I do not want to use an exact match. Is there a way to locate titles that include "IT" but also exclude words with "it" in them? Examples of words with "it" in them that we would want to exclude are architect, unit, critical, etc. There is a way to build a filter formula in SFDC that will include spaces - example: CONTAINS( LOWER( Title ) , " it")  -- Notice the space before the " it".  Is there a way to do something similar in Marketo?

I have one excel which I need to parse and get data and put into the nodes. I was doing some testing on migrating from service pack 10 to 11, after doing so the endpoint option for graphql is gone. The actual page does still exist if I go through the URL. Also the endpoint does still work.So nothing functional is broken but this is less than ideal. Has anyone ells encounter this problem or has the option simply been moved and I just cant seem to find it.

Hi,I need to decrypt the private key for Fire Cloud Messaging authentication. In the UI is hidden:After right-click and selecting 'Edit XML source...' I see that password is stored in attribute fcmPrivateKey. In the next step, I copy the value from this attribute and in use it as parameter in javascript activity in decryptString() function.However, after execution I got the information that: "JST-310040 Function decryptString used to get a password, please use decryptPassword" But when I try to use suggested method, I got the following error: "JST-310000 Error while compiling script 'WKF/js2' line 4: decryptPassword is not defined." Do you know any way to reveal the key? Thanks,Dominik

Hello, I created a summary change visualization and I want to lock that visualization ..when i try to  do so im getting a certain error which says "Unable to render visualization: Please check your columns and rows to ensure they contain valid components". What should I do to lock the visualization. 

I have started a new project with AEM 6.5.18 on-premise solution, created with Maven archetype 41.Deployed is always the .all package which contains the ui.apps, ui.config and ui.content packages.The ui.content module includes source content and configurations under /content and /conf that are rolled out with each deployment.These nodes are set to mode="merge" in the associated filter.xml so that no editorially created content is overwritten on the instances.Works so far.In an old project based on CQ 5.6 there was only one package that was deployed, and it contained only /apps and /etc nodes.Unfortunately the jar files contained in it were not always replaced correctly in the AEM or the updated JARs were used.That's why it was decided to work only with the package version 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT and to uninstall the old oneand reboot the instance before reinstalling the package. Hi Team, I ran into a weird issue where Authors made changes to pages in Author Instance and published them. But the pages were not loading on site and even in Publish Instance. Page Structure:/app/us/en/services/app/us/en/services/manage/app/us/en/services/streaming As soon as this is published, I log into Publish Instance and try to access the page, I see an error on loading the Services Page itself. We tried to republish, invalidate the cache, and Activate the tree but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Strangely, if I manually create a page with Services as Page Name in the publish instance directly even then it throws the same error.The node structure looks fine in CRXDE as well. Any ideas as to what might be wrong here?Any help is appreciated. Thanks,Manasa

I just converted a lead to a contact in Salesforce, and then the record triggered a score update:This is despite having a criteria on our score triggers (which are global, not campaign specific) to exclude the "Lead merge" reason.Funny enough as I write this I've noticed that the Reason value in this latest "Merge" has a different string to the existing exclude criteria, although I was sure that the exclude string I had in place was the correct one to exclude Merges.Can anyone confirm that this new reason value "Merge (leaddb)" is the value for a conversion, rather than a merge?I feel we're deep in the Marketo dark arts here, so please shed some light!!Thanks to all in advance.Sean

Hi, I have a query related to creating alerts on the analytics workspace.So the process i followed to create an alert is :1. Created a dashboard in the workspace2. Then selected the rows and columns i wanted to create alerts for3. After selection it took me to the alerts page, where i can put the condition.4. and add the details of the recipients, granularity and then save5. Next day i got the alert to my inbox, but when i click on the analyze button mentioned in the email, it dont take me to the dashboard i have created instead it navigated to the workspace with visualization in which i dont have the clear information.Please guide me through the steps.Thanks,Udaya

Hi, We have created a new transactional email and we want to use a different sender email than the one we use now. In prod environment, we see that there is no problem to do it, using subdomain setup, but it seems that this can be use only in production environment. Is anything that we can do in a testing environment to have several sender email? Thanks
