I'm adding a feature to some longstanding, complex integration code in AEM 6.5 and discovering existing problems with invalid resource resolvers. Adding the feature is making them worse. This is some of the oldest code in our system, and has gone through several rounds of refactoring and other updates.I'm unclear about the best way to manage the resource resolver and associated objects, especially as control goes from a service to Sling models that use a resolver or session to traverse or search the JCR. I'm hoping someone can review my code and give me some advice (@joerghoh , possible to get your thoughts?) Here's the general overview, followed by VERY stripped-down versions of the classes involved: We store a hierarchy of inventory in the AEM JCR, and update it with messages from an upstream system. Hello,   I needed to swap an Email1A in an active nurture to an Email1B. What i did was create inside the nurture program a default program, image below with the smartlist: I´m just not sure where should a put this default program in the stream - should i add it below Email 1? And also, should i deactivate the Email1?   Thank you

Is there a way to see who changed the name of a Project (and/or Task)? This information doesn't seem to be captured in the Update feed of a Project (and/or Task).Ideally I'd love to be able to see who changed the name, when they did it, and what the project (and/or Task) used to be named.Any ideas?

Trying to do something that should be pretty simple.  Any help is appreciated.  We have a datastream configured from a website.  Services include Target, Analytics, and AEP.  There is only one schema for mapping.  In AEP, we want to send just 7 attributes from web events instead of all the attributes that get sent to Analytics.  Is each target dataset in a datastream all or nothing or how can we filter/subset the data to just send the needed attributes to the AEP dataset?

Is there any way I could also retrieve the former value in that field? Currently we do not have an easy way to find who has been assigned to a project within proofs by their name and associated role without backing out of the proof. We would like a way to see the assigned person’s name and their associated role under workflow. This will eliminate the need to back out and into the actual project to find the name and role(s). Currently, if within a proof you hover over a name assignment under workflow, it will show the email address only. Why is this important? Because if there are around 20 or more tasks on a project, it becomes challenging to find the proof person associated to the task that generates the proof.  

For one of our reoccuring email program sends, we have been seeing a huge spike in metrics, due to bot activity. We implemented a recaptcha form per Marketo's suggestion and we've seen our numbers stabilize for our website opens, clicks, and form fills. However, we are seeing that metrics for clicks to external websites that we link in our emails are still super inflated. Since the recaptcha only applies to our company site/form fills, how can I prevent seeing this bot activity on external links we're promoting? If there's not a solution to prevent external bot activity, what is the best way to exclude it from reports?

Hey I have a common page view rule, firing when "DOM is ready". The console shows me that the rule fires and all actions within the rule will be triggered: set variables, send beacon, clear variables. But the actual network requests is missing, so the tracking call is somehow buffered.  When I click somewhere on the website, I don't even need to click a clickable element, the network request will be actually fired.  So, somehow my setup is buffering the request. I did not made any changes to the page view rule itself, but some click events. What I did: I disabled ActivityMap and ClickMap in the Adobe Extension and I updated the Adobe Analytics extension to version 1.9.3. Right now it seems there's not even a change log for this revision. Rolling back to a previous version of my tag container does not fix the problem, so I assume it's not connected to my rules.  Right now I am not sure if this is a bug in my setup or if it's caused by th

I came across this option about AEM GraphQL hybrid filtering which combines both JCR filtering with AEM filtering. Hi All, Kindly let me know how to decrypt an encrypted parameter passed in URL and then it should be decrypted in jssp or webapp. Tried using decryptPassword as well but no luck. Hi, When I perform the undo action after making a text change it seems to remove the component from the page within the author. From the logs I can see that when I perform the undo action it removes the old node and re-adds the node and sets the property, however it doesn't set the "sling:resourceType" so it looks like the component has been removed. Has anyone else experienced this?

For a month now, we detected random delays in the delivery of the emails they are sending from the Adobe Campaign platform. we escalated the problem to our email administrators, after analyzing several emails, and the reason for the delay, They identified several servers adobe responsible for these delays:  Why are emails blocked on those servers before they go out for server? Has anyone been affected by this kind of  problem?

Can anyone helpout with below?We have two forms available for content downloads, and there is a scoring campaign in place for content. In this campaign, we used the trigger "Form Name Contains = content" to score on the form the submissions. However, we have realized that for those two content forms, we forgot to include "content" in the Form Name.   As a result, it has come to our attention, after four months, that the records filled out using these two content forms did not get score upon content form submission.   Now, we intend to rectify this by awarding a score of +25 to these records. Additionally, we want to verify if a person has achieved a score of at least 40. If this condition is met, we will mark them as "Is MQL = TRUE" and MQL Date with the date when the lead reached a score of 40.   Herein lies the challenge: we need to check the person's score before their submission of the content form so that we can ascertain if the lead had already been scored previous

I have created 2 contexthub, and a new editable template. I created page out of this template and in the page properties > personalization tab > i have added the path for the segment and the contexthub.I can see the contexthub on the page.I have also created segments.I have created the activity as well based on my segments.But, when i select the option Targeting and get started, i dont see Target option enabled for my components.I also added OOTB Target parsys and container components to my template's allowed component. Do i need to explicitly drag and drop the Target parsys on the page and then add my custom comp to it?

I want to update the password of database in ACC as the account password is reset. (MySQL) I have update the new password in the config-instance file. but now i an getting below error if i try to check connection  >>> INT-150012 The HTTP query returned a '' type error (500) (iRc=-53)>>> SOP-330021 Communication error with server: please make sure it is configured correctly.  i also see the password in the config-instance is encrypted , but i have updated the unencrypted password. can this be the reason ? if yes then how do i encrypt the password.  

I created experience fragments using naming pattern "word2-word2-word3_word4", but the node name that is getting saved in the CRX is:  "word2-word2-word3word4". Underscore is getting ripped off of it comes after in the naming. But these work: "word1_word2", "word1-word2", "word1_word2-word3".I noticed that after 19 letters in the naming, the underscore gets replaced by empty string.Is this a product bug?

We have a JS file that is stored in the dam. We have an page template that calls that file like this <script type="text/javascript" src="/content/dam/path/to/script/file.js"></script>. When I run the app locally I get this error "The resource from “http://localhost:4502/content/dam/path/to/script/file.js” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff). This works in production but I've got no idea how this was achieved.This is on AEM 6.1.
