Hey Community!I'm struggling to identify WHY my data enrichment/normalization campaign is not processing qualified people. Here is the setup:- Smart list: Function is empty or "other/unknown" AND Job Title is not empty.- Flow: I have put 20+ CDV flow steps shown in the attached screenshot.- Schedule: "Set to affect 60K people" - each person can run through the Flow every time, and there is no campaign limit. The first time I ran this, it processed 30% of the people, and now when I run it, it skips all the people - please see 2nd screenshot showing the campaign Results tab attached.And btw, earlier today I received from Marketo a notification saying that there was an "unexpected hiccup" for this campaign and that some flow steps may not have succeeded... - see screen attached. This is quite weird.Any advice please?        

Hi everyone While setting up the Experience Cloud ID Service I ran into an issue. In our configuration of the extension we left all the checkboxes blank in de "Pre Opt In Approvals?" setting (see screenshot). By testing the implementation in the Launch development environment (debug) we noticed that the ECID is still being set, even if the checkbox ECID is not activated. I also tried to set the Pre Opt in explicitly to false ("ecid":false), but the issue remains.European privacy legislation prescribes that we can only use the ECID after accepting a consent.  So what is the use of the ECID checkbox? Is this an issue or is this expected behaviour? thanks in advance

Hi Team I have a sling model which I am using in htl file but I few values are not getting printed.  <sly data-sly-use.helper="${'com.****.aem.****.helpers.SampleModel'}"/><p> address is ${helper.deliveryAddress.firstName} </p> My deliverAddress() method is having some address details like firstName, line1, line2, streetI am able to print firstName and line1 but not line2 and street.  There is another sling model which is able to retrieve all  firstName, line1, line2, street which I used that sling model in my htl file it is printing however printing in some other htl file. Kindly help me if I am doing any mistake. Also let me know how to take value from sling model to js so that I can see what deliveryAddress() is printing. Thanks and RegardsPrashanthi

Hi ,There are two tabs in my dialog box with multifield in each tab. Assume, in first tabs multifield there's field with navigation title, link, and count also like how many multi fields that much count will generate i.e.. 1,2 & in 2nd tabs multifield there's fields like select id number & custom class.I want to compare two multi fields and if count number and id number are same then in custom what we are writing that will get added to that li only.

Hello, i have installed AEM 6.5.0 in my pc. I have downloaded the main file from herehttps://github.com/adobe/aem-guides-wknd My versions:Maven version: 3.8.6Java version: 11.0.15.1 I inserted mvn command "mvn clean install -PautoInstallSinglePackage -Pclassic"i have changed in the pom master file the version of core component. The version before war 2.19.2, i inserted the latest 2.20.6. The version 2.19.2 was in similar error. Here the line in my POM file master: core.wcm.components.version>2.20.6</core.wcm.components.version The build was fine, but i don't see the component and pages! Our sales team uses Calendly to schedule product demos and meetings and I've just set up the integration from Calendly to Marketo so we can use a Marketo form and landing page to capture lead details and then sync the Calendly event with Marketo.   In testing this I can see it's recording the details against the person activity log but what I can't figure out is how to trigger a smart campaign based on them booking a meeting as the Calendly activity fields aren't selectable as triggers.   I know I could do this based on them submitting their details in the Marketo form but I don't want to prematurely trigger this if they don't then complete the meeting request via Calendly.   Is anyone using this and know the best way to go about this?

hello.I have a question while constructing the segment.I am trying to measure external marketing performance through tracking code, but in the two cases below, there is a difference in “visits” and “orders”.I wonder why this difference occurs and I would also like to know which of the two measurement methods should be used to obtain more accurate measurements. Case 1) A segment whose dimension consists of only one tracking code and includes Hit.Case 2) Case where tracking code and campaign click-through exist and are measured by visits value Because the explanation is insufficient😓, I am attaching images of the case 1 and 2 segment composition.

Hi,   Sorry all this isn't 100% Marketo related but I'm reaching out to the Marketo community for some help cause it always pulls through. We use Marketo on the b2b side and Iterable on our b2c side. Iterable mimifies our emails and are executed through mailgun. Our emails for a particular population have not been performing well and I question the deliverabilty. We mostly have emailed a client population and are whitelisted on their email server but the particular population that isn't performing well has personal email addresses where we can't be whitelisted.    We use Everest for deliverability and sent some tests and the Majority have performed terribly, scoring between 13% and 24% with 75% to 80% missing. We've had some that have scored in the 90s and found a common trend in character counts.   I ran a character count on some of the emails and found the ones that performed better were around 40,000 characters on one line and the others had > 60,000 characte

We have our proofing workflows set up with two stages: Internal (Private) and Client (Not Private). We have automation setup so that once the internal stage has been marked approved, the proof automatically sends to the client. The problem we are having is that sometimes there are comments made in the internal stage that the client needs to see, and there are comments we don't want the client to see. We tried @15076311 someone in the internal stage comments that is part of the client stage hoping that would give them a notification that there is a comment for them to review, but because the internal stage is private and they are not apart of that stage, they don't receive a notification. So, my questions is, is there a setting where you can have it so that comments in a private stage can be viewed in a public stage if a member of the public stage is @16034 in the private stage? Or, if not, does anyone have a workaround they have implemented for something like this?

I am finding the new personal homepage to be excellent, particularly the to-do list widget for personal tasks.  I understand that the to-do list should be available for all user levels.  However, a number of my colleagues are receiving an error stating "There was a problem creating your to-do, please try again soon." if they try to create an item on the to do list.  Is this a system issue or is there a permissions issue that might be causing this?

Hello All,Am facing few issues with the AEM smart crop :1. We have dynamic media settings on, Still am not able to publish the images. 2. Am not seeing any image profiles, though i have created many till now. Updating Media3. In the dynamic media component when am selecting the smart crop and returning back the smart crop is not selected anymore.   Sorry so many issues, I feel this smart crop is so painful

Hi. I'm documenting the emails that have been dispatched using query parameters. Within the marketing channel detailed report, the number of visits surpasses the count of visits in the evar that includes query parameters. Is it a regular occurrence for the marketing channel to display higher visit counts? The counts of unique visitors are nearly identical.

We've been able to set up various fields to appear in the project update tab, but have not figured out how to get changes to the description field to appear. Is there a way to track changes to the description field in a project?
