Hello, Hopefully I have selected the right post location for this. I've seen a few community posts on this, but I have not yet been able to wrap my head around it with those resources.   I am creating an email template and I am having trouble understanding "mktoActive" and "mktoAddByDefault" and how they work together.   My goal is to have all of my modules in the sidebar/Modules tab, and then also have a few of those on the "canvas" when an email is created from our templates.   For example, I have a module that I want to be listed in Modules tab and also NOT display on a newly created email using this template.Here is the markup I currently have: <tr class="mktoModule" id="module-name" mktoName="Module Name" mktoActive="true" mktoAddByDefault="false"> With this, the module is not added on creation, but also not in the Modules sidebar tab.   What I found in the documentation: mktoActive: Determines whether this module appears in the list of modules within th

I have read through several discussions on the limitations Marketo has with syncing to SFDC through the use of "Auto Assignment Rules".  Currently we assign leads in SFDC to specific queues by region.  We would like the ability to auto assign but need to understand how we can remedy the current issue of Marketo only allowing the use of auto assignment once per lead.  Also, we have it where a lot of people are known contacts in our system, and the may come in as a lead again.  Will the "Auto-Assignment" fail on those folks (we currently have a generic owner for all contacts).  Thank you for your wisdom community - we are new to all this, so your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Recently I have observed that there is a number of assets in my AEM DAM which doesn't have a cq:name while the majority of the assets does have.My understanding is that the cq:name value is generated by AEM by default, and I would like to understand why it doesn't get added for certain assets.

My team is planning to experiment with our contact us form on our website. We are looking to dynamically update the drop-down options based on a person's account type. For example, if it's a person on our free plan we want the drop-down to talk about upgrades vs. support/talking to sales. I originally thought I could add our custom personal account type field has a hidden value on the form, but that doesn't seem to be working and what I'm seeing online is the order of events would be a field before the drop down that gets completed beforehand. Is there any other way I could accomplish this? 

I would like to track Form submission on word press site using Launch, which doesn't have any direct call rules coming from front end or developer not passing  _satellite.track(“submit”). Form element doesn't have an action attribute either. User can download PDF's on the pages where form is loaded/existing on the same page, user then fill the form & submit to download the PDF. After submitting the form the same page is loaded without any Thank you or confirmation page or message. What are some of the best practices & ways to achieve it?

Hi I am using Web SDK for data collection and then data is being sent to Adobe Analytics and CDP via a common datastream. During data ingestion we are facing data type mismatch error for fields having "true/false" or "yes/no" type of values. Here is one such error message  The message can't be validated due to the data type error: #/_experience/analytics/customDimensions/eVars/eVar62: expected type: String, found: Boolean. The Schema has these evars as String and not Boolean and these evars are getting values from the data element which in turn is using datalayer to fetch the values. We could not find any place where these evars or any variable related to these is set as Boolean on data collection side. Did anyone else face similar issue and found a resolution? ThanksParm

Could you share any tips on how you came up with your naming scheme and how you incentivise/enforce adoption among users? I found an old post from 2017 but the only tip was on getting users to include their initials. 

Hi There,  We have an on-prem AEM customer who likes to use the AEM Communities add-on to move one of their existing communities site (as part of consolidating all their web experience on AEM ). So, the community site has about 1 million users in the database which got us a bit concerned as the users will have to be created on JCR and ofcourse the UGC will be stored externally on mongo/mysql. As per another thread it seems that technically there are no limits (also seen this thread - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/maximum-number-of-users-in-aem/m-p/216170), but just wanted to see if there are any best practices/recommendations to follow and are there any known issues? Note: the authentication itself will happen on 3rd-party (AWS incognito).

Hi  I want to create workspace report for download software. I expect adobe analytics to capture that activity in the form of download and download complete, then on a daily basis, I expect to receive daily data feed of the last 365 days of software downloads for each asset. We did a Proof of Concept where used multiple placement with multiple contents while the url or the page was same. And that worked. However, when we tried in app with similar approach, but targeting multiple sceens within the app - the visistor counts didn't match with what it was showing between Adobe Target and Analytics.  My question: Does Automated Personalisation supports multiple screens in the app or multiple pages in the website within single activity?

Is there a way in Adobe Analytics to prove that a user scrolled down to a certain point on a page and saw a piece of content? Thinking something along the lines of scroll depth like there is in Google Analytics. Is that available in Adobe Analytics?

Hi All, We have a scenario where we have multiple levels of capabilities(L0->L1->L2->L3) L0{    // we can have multiple L1 ’s    Level1{Level2{  // we can have multiple L2’s    }    Level3{    // we can have multiple L3’s}   } Services for these capabilities are provided by multiple vendors( example:the vendors count can be 20) Right now we are authoring the capabilities data using nested multi fields . We need to display vendor details for each capabilities based on the user selection.   Currently we have vendor data given in excel format. Hi All, We have a use-case where we are exposing AEM DAM to an internal 3rd party app. We want to track if assets in AEM are being used/referenced in the 3rd party application. Is there any way we can programmatically update Asset references in AEM? I have already looked into Asset Manager API and could not find a way. We were thinking to expose an endpoint from AEM which would hit by third part app. It would add references programmatically in AEM. Thanks
