How do we remove unspecified completely from the reports?Apart from unchecking 'include unspecified' in the report?

We are having multiple emails present for a single records from different sources coming into AEP, Now if we map multiple emails(eg. email 1 & email2) from AEP to Facebook target attribute (email_lc_sha256) does it increase the match rate at Facebook ?We are not certain if 1. only one email will be picked up at Facebook destination 2. Both emails will be sent out to Facebook or 3. One email overwrites the other? Your inputs are really appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone,   we have strange behavior in a smart campaign. All contacts come via API calls. We have the following triggers and filters.     The strange thing is that only contacts that already exist in Marketo runs through the campaign. New contacts that aren't already in Marketo won't make it through the campaign, even though all the prerequisites are met. We have already tested some changes to the triggers and filters, but so far without success. We have absolutely no idea what it could be. How to handle a user specific session in AEM, Is it fine to use HTTP Session so that i can store some attributes of user using session.setattribute method. Or is there any other way to handle user specific sessions in AEM?

Hi We have configured marketing channels using processing rules and would like to understand how can we test them in lower environment. the website is not live yet Configurations are as below 1. Branded Paid    Matches Paid Search Detection Rules    Search Keywords -> contains -> website related keywords  2. Generic Paid Search    Matches Paid Search Detection Rules -> Does not contains -> website related keywords    3. Natural Search    Matches Natural Search Detentions Rules 4. direct    Referrer -> Does not exists 5. Email    utm parameters 6. Social    refering root domain -> contains -> facebook.com etc    7. Referral    Refering Domain -> is Not Empty 

I am using SAML authentication in AEM which creates user in AEM. I have written a SamlResponsePostProcessor in which I am obtaining the userid and token of the user using AuthenticationInfo object. These details (userid & token) I am sending it to a separate application. The separate application then needs to  makes HTTP call to AEM Servlet APIs by passing this token . Before sending the response I need to validate the authenticity and if the token is expired or not programatically.How we can validate the token authenticity programatically in AEM 6.5 ?

Hi - Can I attach Outlook emails to Workfront Documents (in a given project) through the Workfront plugin on Outlook 365?The plugin only gives me 4 options:  Add to Work adds only a task or an issue to a project and the email becomes part of the task/issue description.Reply to Comment and Submit Request isn't relevant to my question. Update in Workfront adds the email as part of a Project Update. But I'd like the email added as part of Documents in a project. Please assist!  

We have a custom graphql api in local. How can we use this to push products data into AEM product store. I am using venia project as sample in AEM and not integrating with magento.Is there sample products data anywhere to use and test this local graphql setup for AEM product store? Hi, Using AEM 6.5.4Upload a pdf in content dam and edit asset properties, we can see the metadata title and description is picked up from the pdf metadata. Manually change the asset properties metadata title and description and save. Now Uploading the same pdf again, we get a popup for duplicate asset upload, chose create version to continue.Once the asset is uploaded, we notice the asset title and description is overridden with duplicate upload.(from the pdf metadata) and the changed title and description is not retained. How can we reset the metadata title and description in this scenario to retain the updated title and description. Tried adding com.adobe.acs.commons.workflow.process.impl.DamMetadataPropertyResetProcess process step before workflow complete step in DAM Update Asset Workflow. with below process args But still the metadata title and description is overridden with the pdf values and does not retain the manual title and description chan

We've only up until now used Proof Approvals, but now have a need to approve some Excel spreadsheets. It seems rather simple to add an Approver to the document, but nobody is getting any notification that the approval was requested. I checked the universal Email settings and it is checked to receive notifications for document approvals but no dice. Also, it doesn't let you add a message with the approvals so that the recipient can know what it is they are looking at. Does anybody else use this? Does it work? How do you manage the approvals process for documents?

Hello,I have set up several queue topics within a request queue.Now I want to achieve, that some queue topics are only visible to specific users / groups / teams.As I did not find anything to set this up within Workfront itself, I checked the API.Using the endpoint QUET I do get the field accessorIDs showing me a list of IDs. After checking those IDs, I saw, that also users, who are not included in this list directly, nor being a team or group member are able to see this queue topic.Is there any possibility to achieve such a restriction?Thanks in advance.RegardsLars

Hi Experts, After upgrading, we are experiencing an issue. In MOT, the message center workflow - Message Center Execution Instance 2 is errored out. We have reviewed the URL, External Account ID, and the other account information it uses. All seems to be passed with correct values, but still, the WF is erroring out.  Error Message:soapImportBatchEvent    SCR-160012 Javascript: error while evaluating script 'mcSynch_mcExec1/soapImportBatchEvent'.soapImportBatchEvent    SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'LogonToRemoteInstance' of service 'nms:extAccount'.soapImportBatchEvent    -55 I attempted offsetting the mc_sync scheduler to 4mins off the hour and restarting it. but the issue persists. Thanks for the help

Hi, I have a UTM on a QR code, however, no data is coming through for it. We have tested it, so should be showing our traffic at least.Does anyone know of any problems with QR codes and UTMs please? Another dept set one up and their data is showing, but they have used formart of marketing = true, campaign, code, medium and term.Where as I've used source, medium and campaign. Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Experts, I've noticed that number of visits from Natural Search (with applied segment) is different from number of visits from Natural Search Marketing Channel? AEM 6.5.12 & Core components 2.17.14 I need to create an image component that proxies the core component . It needs a primary and secondary image. The dialog is just two fileupload nodes. I can do it with just one image but I can't figure out how to add a second.
