I have had this problem numerous times, where the parsys drag-icon doesn't show when a component is empty (i.e when you just created it). My code returns existing items (from the previous component version - backwards compatibility) and otherwise you have the option to add new ones via parsys.A teammate of mine pointed out this is an issue caused by flexbox, but I am not sure about that. He recommended using this:Personally, this has never worked for me (but tbf I might have just done it wrong as well). Either way this is a persisting problem across multiple components I've written (they all use flexbox) and it's annoying me. Any ideas why the icon doesn't show? For Reference: the class that contains my parsys item is styled using flexbox. Update: I've tried setting flex-basis 100 for the parsys icon and it works for existing components but not new ones. Hi, I have a form created in Adobe LiveCycle, and I need to be able to take this form and merge it with some PDF forms.  When I go try to "Combine Files into PDF" It says the XML form cannot be combine.  Is there a way around this?  Using the "Create a Portfolio" is not an option.I have Adobe Pro XThanks for any assistance you can give on this matter.Connie Bretes

Hi people, I like to create a custom rendercondition for a component dialog, that looks into the content of the actuall instance of the dialog (so what is put into /content inside the DAM) and check for a certain constellation. Problem so far: the rendercondition is not aware of the resource I am working on. It looks like the condition only sees itself and has no information about the component I actually editing. Some technical information:The rendercondition is somewhere here: /apps/myApp/renderconditions/myRendercondition/myRendercondition.jspIt is referenced in a component here: /apps/myApp/myComponents/myFancyComponent/cq:dialog/myItem/granite:rendercondition/myRendercondition And this is basically working. Hi Experts  I've got a few questions i need some help with below; Does Adobe campaign classic have a way of capping or limiting the number of EMAILS sent from Adobe Campaign to Acoustic(EMAIL PARTNER/VENDOR)? For example, if we have an incorrect campaign that pulls 5M members to email when it should be 500, does Adobe Campaign have a way to add a control to the campaign itself that will prevent and cap the number of emails? Such as in this example, if we intend to send to an email to 500 members but Campaign has 5M email that it prepares to send off to Acoustic we would want some way for the campaign to stop and prevent sending those 5M emails to Acoustic.Same question as above but instead of emails we want to know about SMS texts? For example, if we run a campaign that we want to send 500 SMS Texts to members on. Adobe Campaign currently sends those off to our SMS provider named Relay. Im curious if anyone has a use case for setting up and managing a preference center in AJO. I have a client who has multiple email preferences (newsletter, events, products, education) as well as a global opt out option. I created a journey in AJO to send an initial email to allow users to update their preferences, and using a condition, send them a follow up email confirming their preferences. The issue im seeing is when I reference the segment for the subscription list. The segment created by the subscription list is batch evaluation, which means a wait step of 1 day is needed in the journey in order for the evaluation to complete. Every time I test the journey flow, the follow email step is never reached. If anyone has any best practices for creating and managing a preference center in AJO, that would be super helpful!

Hi, I am trying to edit the Display name for one of the fields in a Schema but I am getting an error - There was an error validating the schema. About the schema -  It is Enabled for profiling, there was a dataset also associated to it earlier (but it has been deleted), dataflow is Disabled as well. But still i am not able to edit the Display Name. any reason why?  Thank you!  Regards,Mansi Bedi    

I am sending emails to end user by using Adobe Campaign. I want to know the status of email sent for example whether email was delivered, open, etc. How can i achieve that.

初めまして、先月Marketo導入を開始した者です。 トピックの立て方が不適切でしたら申し訳ありません。   元々は他社のメールツールからメルマガを配信していたのですが、当該メルマガを今後はMarketoで送ろうと思っています。 ①当該ツールでメール作成 ②HTMLをエクスポートしてMarketoのテンプレートに直貼り 一旦は上記のようにしようと思っているのですが、 その場合、HTML中の画像URLは元々のツール上で生成したURL（元々のツールの画像ドライブに格納→URL化してHTMLへ挿入）になるかと思います。 これは問題ないのでしょうか？ それとも、画像はMarketoのデザインスタジオにアップロードし、そのURLを使った方が良いのでしょうか？   初歩的な質問で恐縮ですが、どなたかご回答いただけますと幸いです。

Hi there,   I'm a product manager at an events company, and we are building an integration with Marketo. One of the use cases that we are solving for, is that once a Marketo Program is connected with out Event/Webinar, we automatically pull all the Program Member data to our database and register them in our systems.    I wanted to understand if there's a use case for deleting Program Members in Marketo and what are the scenarios where a marketer would do that.   If there are valid cases, then we will proceed to build the integration in such a way that if a Program member is deleted in Marketo, then they get automatically deleted in our events platform as well. Also allows personal assistant to access account via web. for some reason one recent document never reaches in inbox on the web portal, from their screenshots they have put the correct email ID that they’ve always used for years. what on earth could be happening?

marketoを導入し、ある程度成果も出てきて、これから長期的にどう運用していくか、を考えていこうと思っております。 marketo導入時には、ITの知識等が不要でも導入できます、ということも聞きましたが、 日々のデフォルトプログラムの作成や、メールプログラムの作成、といったことは問題なくできるのですが、 SFDCを導入したこともあり、運用が複雑になってきました。   例えば、 ・marketoで既に設定などをしたLPやMPなどで不具合が出たときの対応 　　ITの知識等がなくてもできますが、やはりmarketoの中身がどうなのか、がある程度わかっている必要があることと、 　　どう対応するのがいいのか、どんな解決策があるのかは、若手には考え抜くことが難しい。 ・SFDCとの連携で、サポートに問い合わせをしても、細かな回答までは得られない 　　当然のことなのですが、その中でヘルプ等を検索して回答を導き出すのは、若手には難しい。 などがあります。   みなさまはどんな運用をされておられますでしょうか。 全て自社でカバーしている、 一部外部委託している（詳しく、どういったものを委託していて、どういう内容をどのくらいのスパンで教育していこうとしているのか、など）、 などをお教えいただけますと幸いです。   どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
