I have s.campaign captured as a data element as bellow and I am using that data element in pageLoad rule. But, I am getting s is not defined in console. Hi, Understand that if customer re-install or fresh install the app on the new phone, a new ECID will be generated and thus counted as a new UV. But what about those cases when the app is transferred from the old phone to new phone, e.g. by using iTune backup for iPhones; using tools like Smart Switch for Samsung; is the ECID going to be unchanged and thus same UV is preserved. Thanks,John

Hello,   Has anyone found a simple solution to simply load HTML containing both fixed images and dynamic images (i.e. images whose url is retrieved in the targeting workflow) into Adobe Campaign? By default, the upload fails because Adobe tries to upload all images, including dynamic ones (img src="<%= targetData.img %>"). One solution is to comment out in my HTML the parts containing the dynamic images. This way, Adobe manages to load the HTML and upload the fixed images. And then I deactivate the upload of the images so that Adobe does not try to upload the images again when preparing the delivery.And finally, I enable the parts that were in comments. It works but it's really not practical and I'm surprised that such a "simple" use case requires such a user unfriendly method.   Thanks in advance

Hi ACC Friends, My Recurring Campaign workflow getting into paused state and in the journal ,i am seeing below warning. 02/20/2023 5:46:02 AM Automatically resuming workflow 82678309 (number of consecutive times: 1).   at the end of workflow, we are calling stop method using queryDef (xtk.workflow.Stop(wf.@id)) . And this issue not happening with every workflow, most of our recurring workflow running fine with above method, but few of them getting paused with above warning no other error. Hi,   I am trying to send some Segments created in AEP to Google Ads Destination. I have created connection with Google Customer Match and Google Ads for this. But while activating the segment, got an error. Please suggest how the Adobe's user identification IDs (such as Hashed ID/ ECID) is readable in Google destinations. Do we need any extra setup for IDs conversion?

Hi all,    Our team was working with tracking code for classifying source, medium & campaign (I know that's not correct &#x1f605) and we are getting most of the data in unspecified (I think due to the 1 week expiry). Now we have set up proper Last Touch Channel Detail based rules for source, medium & campaign with a Lookback window of 1 month and we got properly classified data for last month but the historical data is not classified (that can be for more than 2 years). I know we can only extend the lookback window to 6 months only. The only way I can think of is by exporting all Last touch channel detail data and manually classifying and importing the same. Is there a more effective way to resolve this issue?   Also, I want to know how frequently these classification rules are executed (daily/weekly/hourly)? Asking this because I noticed some campaigns did not get classified after I applied the rules.   Thanks in advance. 🤗

Hello! Im currently building a custom activity in my extension workflow. But where Im stuck right now is where I need to pass on the values that has been put in on the custom activity node to the javascript.    Use-case: We need a new Activity node where users can add title, text, start- and end-date, and some other information that we want to send via an API to an endpoint. These values will then be displayed on the customers private page.   The activity that I have created: Input form: Extension of the workflow schema: And then I have a javascript value that will send the values from the input-form to the API, but currently Im using dummy-data, as Im not able to get the values from the workflow.   So that is what I need help figuring out. When a user starts a workflow and runs the custom activity, I want that specific data to pass on to the javascript file. Hi, Im trying to use the xtk.session.getValue("name") method in my javascript file and also do a xtk.include("xtk:session.js") function with that. But when I look in datakit\xtk\eng\schema the include.xml doesnt exist. And when I look in the session.xml the method getValue() doesnt either.   How can I go on from here?   Best Regards, Martin

Hey ACC community, I'm trying to figure out a method of ensuring that certain recipients are included in the the first wave of a throttled delivery. This organization uses a query to add seed records which were imported into the campaign history table instead of adding them into the seed addresses in the delivery target setup. We would like to ensure these seeds are part of the first wave. Does anyone know how Adobe assigns the send order when generating waves? Any insight or suggestions on how to achieve this is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to set one delivery activity template using JavaScript code by sending the Delivery template internal name or label.    Case of use example:    "I've a list of Recipients with different languages. I loop at them and, for every one, I use an If to select one template name or another. After it, I send it to the delivery activity to have one kind of email or another. "   Also, is there any better way to do this?

Hello, I get this error when creating a v6 survey:  [APP90] :QUE-370030 You do not have the rights needed on folder of identifier 1146958413 (documents of type 'Recipients (recipient)') to complete the operation. XSV-350023 Unable to save document of type 'Archived fields (temp:webAppLogRcpData)'. SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Write' of service 'xtk:persist|xtk:session'.   I've tried to fix this by giving admin privileges to the Web applications agent and personalizing some rights to access the folders but the same message appears.  

How would the data received be affected if I used a different field type in a form than what the default is? For example, changing a date field to a string field, or a boolean field to a text box.  Does this have any back-end implications or will it just accept the data and only mess with the operators?

Hi community! We use a custom dropdown field called "Work Category" on all of our tasks. Often, subtasks or issues get logged on these tasks. I want them to have the same "Work Category" as the parent task for reporting purposes. I think this can be done with a calculated field but I'm not really sure how to do this. Or perhaps this would work as a calculated column since I only need it for the report? Can anyone help? Thank you much!   Melissa Davis

Hi Experts,   We are looking to set up a variable in ACS (using a content block) to deliver an email that directly references the date/time an email was sent. Is it possible to reference the send time in the email?   If they use JavaScript to call out the current date, if someone views the email as a web page, the code will run live and return the date/time that the user is viewing the email.   Thanks,
