Hi All,   Please help me to connect Magneto database with Marketo. How can we do this ? Is there any 3rd party connector required to do so ? or the connector is already exist within Marketo we only need to do some configuration changes to enable it ?   Please advise.   Thanks and Regards, Neelam

If an image is present in AEM,  I am deleting it and then downloading the updated image through assetManager.createAsset().   After downloading, the image is updated: for example: http://localhost:4502/content/dam/torrid/pdp-assets/185/007/18500707/18500707_av1.jpg If I access image through this url the downloaded image is previewed.   But if try accessing the image through: http://localhost:4502/assetdetails.html/content/dam/torrid/pdp-assets/185/007/18500707/18500707_av1.jpg   getting the old image, the one before downloading.   Any help regarding the issue is very much appreciated.   Thank you, Nandan

Hi Everyone, We are encountering an issue regarding datetime in our current solution in both JSSP and Workflow. We are receiving "dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss". However, it seems parsetimestamp or any other functions which is capable to format such datetime data. Can anyone suggest how to use any javascript function to get timestamp from the above formatted data.

Hi, I'm trying to store form field values to session storage and access them on the thank you page, when form is submitted. I tried the attached code in Data Elements. But it's not working as expected. Meaning the values do not appear to be in session storage when i check on thank you page. Any suggestions on how best to do it? 

Hi Friends,   please help understand how we can detect the user session expiration programmatically and show alert box whether to continue or end the login user session?   We have enabled Azure SAML and after session is timed out, user is getting "Authentication Failed" message and nothing else when accessing same page.   How we can detect session expiry or presence of cookie and act accordingly(Redirect the user or some popup with link)?   Please help

Hi Team   I am working on some hide and show logic on form-options-input component. I have written js script in form-options-input.html which is working fine however when I move this script to clientlib it is not working atal.   I can see clientlibrary called in edit mode but I want changes to work in preview mode.   I have created clientlib with categories as cq.include and under items node added properties sling:resourceType as granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/includeclientlibs and js as cq.include.   My clientlibrary is still not working. In this Adobe doc page this is mentioned: scOpen: Increments the ‘Carts’ metric. scAdd: Increments the ‘Cart Additions’ metric. etc But in this Adobe doc there is no reference of how to send these events.   So my query is that while sending these event from mobile platforms (say) Cart Additions events, do I need to map/change that event name into scAdd?

If an organization is not using Sinch / Twilio, what is the best way to configure AJO to deliver SMS messages as part of journeys. My understanding is that this would require using Custom Actions - does anyone have a use case to share where this occurred? Would a new Custom Action need to be configured for each unique SMS message as part of a journey or could a single Action suffice and all custom configuration would be executed within the SMS tool itself (outside of AJO)?

I haven't fully tested this yet, but I am wondering if it's possible to do the following: Can I create a webform that, once submitted, redirects to a second webform, and then ensure that the data from both the first and second webform makes it onto the same lead record? More specifically, what I'm trying to accomplish is, webform #1 will ask for basic info, and webform #2 will ask a bunch of optional product-specific questions. All the questions combined are too big for one webform, which is why I am hoping to be able to split it up into 2 webforms. Also I should mention that these are external landing pages on our company website, not Marketo landing pages. Thank you!

Hey all!  When enabling the Bot Activity filter, you have the option to either "Log Bot Activity" or "Filter Bot Activity".  "Log Bot Activity" keeps tabs on what clicks/opens are bot-generated, but still includes those clicks/opens in your results. "Filter Bot Activity" excludes those from your results.   My question is, when you choose "Filter Bot Activity" are you still able to see the bot activity using the Smart List filters "Opened Email > Is Bot Activity" and "Opened Email > Bot Activity Pattern"? Or is that data no longer stored?   Thank you!

Hi All,I am trying to figure out the best way to pre-populate the email address in the unsubscribe page. So basically, in our unsubscribe page, we want to show the email address to the person who clicked on link but they should not be able to edit the email address. I used default value (email address token) for the email address field but default value will get the data from stored cookie and it might differ in some cases.Is there any way, we can get the email address picked from email?Any help will be appreciated.Thanks,Sant

Hi Team,   Just wanted to check whether do we have an option to restrict an user to few specific smart lists while creating roles/ permissions?. As far as I know, we don't have that option to restrict the usage of smart list for a user. Please let me know whether we have any feasibilities.   Thanks!
