Quick Question: I have a process I'm building out for creating Issues from a CSV file. Most of it is pretty straightforward and simple...except for when it comes to multi-select fields. How would I take a list with commas, grab those fields, and have Fusion apply them for that field?   This feels like it should be easier than it is...but welcome to Fusion. 😄  

I need help creating a view or filter All my projects have several Parent tasks - when others filter by just there assigned tasks - they often get confused to which parent it belongs to and the other tasks under that parent    Is there a way to have a filter that shows all my current tasks - their parent's task names - and any other tasks under that parent? 

There is a namespace replication issue when trying to replicate an image as an admin user from author to publisher. There is a transport user created in publisher for replication and the read,write,modify and delete permission is set for /conf, /content, /tmp, /var -.  But still facing namespace replication issue. Given is following situation: In my project exists some nodes they have in property 'sling:resourceType' the value "c109_video". So I created two queries to find those nodes.Query one: SELECT * FROM [nt:base] AS n WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE(n, [/content/sites]) AND n.[sling:resourceType] like 'c109_video' ORDER BY n.[jcr:created] ASCThe result list contains more than zero hits.  Query two: SELECT * FROM [nt:base] AS n WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE(n, [/content/sites]) AND CONTAINS(n.[sling:resourceType], 'c109_video') ORDER BY n.[jcr:created] ASC The result list is empty. Which reasons are responsible for this difference?

I've spent quite a bit of time on this trying to figure it out myself as I find it the best way to learn, but I'm not having too much luck. Apologies if the answer is obvious.I've written a script to populate part of an email based on the funds that a user is subscribed to. I've included an example of what this looks like below, while substituting the data for mock data. Basically the script uses #foreach to loop through a list of funds that the user is subscribed to receive information about (the info is stored on our own in-house CMS and pulled from there - $lead.fundcode). It outputs HTML which contains links to a fund page and factsheets. There can be as little as 1 fund output, or as many as 22 for select users. Hi! This has been bugging me for a few weeks now -- I'm editing Marketo emails in Chrome and some of the images stopped being displayed out of nowhere. It doesn't affect all images, but always affects the footer social media icons and a few others. Example of how it looks in Marketo editor is on the screenshot below; in Gmail open in the same browser, the images are just missing. The problem doesn't seem to exist in other browsers or under other OSs. I'm running the latest version of Chrome on Windows 11.  Did anybody have the same issue? What could be the reason?   

 

Hi All,   I am creating a Preference center in Marketo and have 2 scenario's to deal with  Scenario 1: If a person (who is not in Marketo database) lands on my preference center page via a "Forward to a friend link" , A “not you?” button can take the person to a clean, uncookied form to fill out from scratch - It should be fine and doable.   Scenario 2: What if the preference center page cannot determine who the person is when he/she lands on the preference center page, do we have any option to redirect him/her automatically onto our form fill out page which asks for first name, last name and email address of the person ? 

I want to use bulk importer to import assets from Azure blob storage. I can see bulk importer icon in development environment (Tools > Assets > Bulk Import) but this bulk importer icon is not present in stage environment.I dont see any doc that tells how to install bulk importer tool. Do I need to install any package to bring Bulk Importer tool ? 

We are looking to create an approval process where once a task status is changed, a task approval gets sent to anyone assigned to the task. I see there are other dynamic choices such as Project Owner or Project Sponsor but nothing for task assignments. 

Hello,   We are working on edge segmentation. Our use-case requires both the server API as well as the web SDK for the edge data collection. My understanding was that the edge segments should get computed on the edge server and we should get the segmentMembership in the response to the interact call. But that is not happening. Is this understanding incorrect or am I missing any config?I followed multiple step-by-step tutorials and nothing worked.   Regards Abhishek

Hi Experts,   The tracking log for a recent e-mail shows that the same person clicked several links in the same e-mail in the exact second. For example, for the e-mail "Get With the Program - SE WOW Aug. 12, 2022 (DM18194)", the tracking logs show that user mcarric@bgsu.edu clicked five different links at 9:00:28 AM and that user coeg@bgsu.edu clicked five various links at 9:00:29 AM. Other deliveries in which this occurs are "Hype/First Announcement -SE - Jul. 20, 2022 (DM17919)" and "Parking Permits STUDENTS - PK - Aug. 1, 2022 (DM18025)". It should not be possible for someone to click many links within the exact second. Are the tracking logs incorrectly reporting clicks, is clicking one link being logged as an event for all links, or are click events being logged with the incorrect time?I appreciate the help.Thanks   

I've noticed an odd problem: if I get Google results leading to Experience League articles, I'm not able to access some of them. I'm logged in to my AEM account, and some of the pages seem to display as expected. When I ask for a page that does not display, I get the following error message: This site can’t be reached The webpage at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/administering/operations/external-link-checker.html?lang=en might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_FAILED   I'd appreciate any explanation or ideas that might solve this issue. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide!

Hi,   I'm trying to understand what is the cause of failing SMS deliveries with status 'Refused'. In the Delivery Log Qualification I see many of them with the similar message:  SR Generic UNDELIV {number}|#MESSAGE#, where {number} may be different.   All the entries, which I checked have also Qualification status 'To qualify', which in my understanding means that nothing will be done with them.    My question is, what to do is such case? Does the change of Qualification status manually to 'Keep' makes any sense? I want to learn why they are refused and, if possible, to prevent being refused in the future.   Thanks for any cues.   Best, Dominik

Hey everyone, I am looking to do the following. I want to have the following fields exist on opportunities in salesforce1. First Touch2. Pre-Op Last Touch Marketing3. Pre-Close Won Last Touch MarketingHowever, I am now seeing in the documentation that Marketo can not update opportunity fields in salesforce.All of this data would in theory be coming from the main contact role on the opportunity. So is the best solutions, to have all of this information live on the person level in Marketo, and see if I can make an automation in salesforce to grab it from the primary contact role on the opportunity and place it onto the opportunity in salesforce? Thanks!
