Hi Everyone,   We recently upgrading AEM 6.5 to 6.5.12. In Assets page ( /content/dam ), we have sort by option in the toolbar to sort the folder in the assets. Sort by has options like name, created, modified.   Sort by name and created is working fine.   But sort by modified is not working. It gives error "Failed to load data". And this issue is only occurring in "/content/dam" path.   Other paths like "/content/dam/xyz" all the sort by options works perfectly fine.   Only at "/content/dam", sort by modified throws this error "Failed to load data".   Server logs:   /mnt/overlay/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/views/card.0.20.html/content/dam HTTP/1.1] libs .granite.ui.components.coral.foundation.masonry.   Failed to wrap datasource  for lookahead java.lang.NullpointerException: Null   at com.day.cq.dam.commons.sort.impl.ResourceSorterImpl$ModifiedTransformer.transform(ResourceSorterImpl.java:407)     what could be the rea

I'm facing an issue with the Adobe Campaign image component. It works correctly in most of the cases, but when placed inside a 1:1 column and previewed the email delivery on Outlook and Office 365 apps, the image is cut off. Bonjour, Nous avons un soucis d'affichage dans les diffusions. Aucune image ne s'affiche dans les 2 éditeurs (pourtant bien présente dans les proofs), ni dans la preview de la page d'accueil de la diffusion. Je suis sur Google Chrome et j'ai activé l'affichage de contenu sécurisé. Avez-vous une idée de quoi cela pourrait provenir ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide !

How to debug direct call rule like data layer to see what values are available?

Hi there. There are a number of facebook lead ads running on a variety of pages for one of my clients.  The base config is correct in so far as I can see the pages, and I can see leads flowing in to the Marketo instance from the forms.   However, my issue is that a number of the custom fields in the Facebook lead ad forms aren't showing up in Marketo for mapping.  Has anyone come across this issue before and worked out how to resolve?   The field highlighted in RED below being the one of key interest right now. Hello,   I am trying to create a report showing all Proof approvals that are still pending for a specific "Group" within our WF system.  I have reports that show "Proofs *I* need to approve" and thought this would be an easy switch from $$User to Group but I can't seem to get it to work and I'm not great with the text mode. Can anyone give me a push in the right direction with possible text mode options?   thanks

I created a quick insights project where I want to break down by URL, then Account Name, and then Cities. When I drop these into the dimensions category, It breaks down by URL, then account name, but it only breaks down cities for the 1st account name on the list, not all of them. How can I make the third dimension apply to all account names using quick insights? Or is there another type of project I should be creating?

Is it possible to add a column to the Requests screen (that is accessed from the waffle menu)?   I don't see any option to update this screen.   It is currently showing:   Name Converted to Path Status Entry Date Last Update Date   ...I need to add in the Entered by person.

Hello All, Probably bringing back one of the previously asked questions about finding and fixing broken links in AEM. There are some discussions and solutions mentioned eg using groovy script (can't use this currently) and link checker (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/broken-link-scan/qaq-p/220892) and some discussions about disabling link checker because of possible performance issues. I tried using the linkchecker tool in AEM 6.5 and it was showing a couple external links that I authored incorrectly but not the internal link that was authored incorrectly. Hi   I am looking for any alternates to Custom Fields in Marketo. The reason being, I do not want to add custom fields for every Department's Marketo Forms.  We are running Marketo instance in the University and some of the Departments are running Marketo Forms/Google Forms to capture data from Students and want to leverage that data in Marketo for sending notifications/communications/newsletter. These are not standard data and specific to the Department.  Creating a Custom field for each of these departments does not seem to be a good solution, as there are 20-40 dept's each requiring 10 fields and it will be too many on the lead data, which may be of limited use.   What is the best way to store this kind of form data on the lead record?  Custom objects or Program Member data or something else? Best practices followed by people will be very helpful for us to move forward.   thanks -Sree SJSU

I apologize if this is similar to previous questions - but running into an occasional problem: I have a script setup to basically send a "Welcome" email if someone becomes a Member - this looks at their Membership Date, Member Status, etc.   One thing that happens occasionally is that it's possible for multiple Members to be approved on the same day with the same Email Address (a major flaw with our system data-wise).This means that if I've got multiple records in the Lead with the same:01) Membership Opening Date02) Membership Statusthen my "#foreach" loop will obviously pull in each record that meets those criteria. That means using a "Updated Customer Profile Object" will send multiple emails to the same address with the multiple records data.Is there any efficient way to basically say "if multiple records meet the criteria, only print ONE RECORD per email when triggered"? Or am I better off trying to have our data team delay the records updating and do something with the "Upda

Hi All,   Now that WF allows multiple teams to be assigned to a task, I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to group these tasks by teams in reports. Currently I can only group by the first team added to the task, but I want to capture the work for each team assigned (even if it double counts the task in the report).  Has anyone figured out a way to pull this off?  Appreciate the feedback.

I was creating a custom view in the expenses area of a template. As I was modifying my code in text mode. I was locked into this screen.        I refreshed my webpage, went into another browser, cleared my cache, and restarted the computer and nothing helps to remove the pop-up.    Can it be confirmed if I reset my user that it won't reset any other users? I am using my Client's Workfront environment to build their workflow and don't want to change anything on the client side.

Hi all,    I'm researching the possibility of doing calculations with date attributes in AJO (PQL), such as creating a dynamic variable (parameter) for days left until a specific day (use case ex. = expiration date). I've found the documentation for "date and time functions" and "arithmetic functions", but am I able to apply these arithmetic functions directly to date attributes or is there some preliminary conversion that needs to be made to the dates?    Specific use case: date difference ((date_1 + XX days)      ,      today)   Thanks in advance for any suggestions 😁

When we were seeing the data of login initiated, we found a lot of login users who have Pfizer Customer ID have values on “login initiated”. Is that because SSO? I assuming “login initiated” should not have Pfizer Customer ID since the users are not “login”, could you please help to clarify it?

Hi, We are migrating a load of XDP forms from LIvecycle to AEM. There are many Common Fragment XDPs for items like headers, footers, field types etc which are referenced relatively in AEM Designer and currently rendered through LCServer perfectly.   When we load all the XDP files (Fragments and Forms) in the same folder structure as on local disk the Forms fail to pull in the Fragments. The fragments are pulled into the form using subform and usehref such as <subform x="0in" y="0in" usehref="..\..\..\fragments\headers\main-header.xdp"/> If I edit the 'original' file rendition in CRXDE and another level the form renders correctly <subform x="0in" y="0in" usehref="..\..\..\..\fragments\headers\main-header.xdp"/> I wondering if this is because the file node in AEM contains a jcr:content node which is where the sling:resourceType is defined. I would assume that this has come up many times as people have migrated from LC to AEM but I cannot find any documentation to address
