Hi I am bit stuck, about how to restrict supplier companies to see all request from request queue project setup. All supplier created as a user belongs to their company. And at the each request queue project shared as view to these suppliers. But when each supplier goes to their request tab, under submitted and under filter named "All", then can see all of the rest of cases. In project setup, I have restricted to see the task or project.   Any suggestion from community members????   BR

Hi All,   I have written a workflow which will unpublsih and move node and it's children from payload path to "/content/archived" path. I am successfully able to do,   but the challenge I am facing here or the modification is required here is:   1- All the unpublish and move action should be proformed after some hirearchy, example /content/project/websites/../... /content/project/location/../../../..   it should only perform after level4/--- if the hirearchy like /content/leve1/leve2/level3/level4____ for [/content/project/websites/en-us/a/authors/ {list of author pages and their sub childs} &&  it should only perform after level3/--- if the hirearchy like /content/leve1/leve2/level3/____ for [/content/project/location/en-us/a/location_test/ {list of location pages and their sub childs}   where as in my workflow I have first restricted to rome root path "/content/project" now how to accomodate for the above level..   @Override public void

Hi All,   Once we are doing some changes/modification in the Adaptive form and Publishing it. Then the changes are not reflecting in the AEM forms pages where we have referenced Adaptive forms.   Do we need to also publish the AEM pages as well where the corresponding Adaptive forms has been modified and Published. What is the correct design to handle this scenario.   User Might not remember the page where it is referenced.   Thanks in Advance.  

Hey Guys, I used adobe analysis workspace's new panel "Next or Previous Item" to create a previous page report. The total occurrences are matching with total path views in the flow report but if I check the occurrences for this page in the page report, then the number is way high, and it does match with instances of the previous page report in the reports interface. This means the previous page report in the reports interface was taking account of all the occurrences of the page but the new "Next or Previous Item" panel is not taking all the occurrences of a page while creating the previous page report (same as flow in the workspace). Could you please let me know why this new previous page report is different from the old reports interface previous page report? Thanks, Suresh Choudhary

Hi, I am getting error message on dropdown in content fragments. Its required filed and when open any content fragment its show an error even option is selected. I have checked on AEM-SP-6.5.8, SP-6.5.10 and SP-6.5.12 this error shown on these service packs of AEM. Its required field and I can't change it. Please suggest me solution. content fragment model- Content fragment below- Below Region data saved on crx/content.. for this content fragment.    Is there any way that error message don't come when option selected?  Thanks in advance! @arunpatidar @smacdonald2008   

On a vanilla 6.5.16 AEM instance, create an user who has only read permissions under /content/cq:tags, and read permissions on root path - / Login using the newly created user. From the Start screen (http://localhost:4502/aem/start.html), navigate to Tools -> General -> Tagging - Notice that Create button is visible on load of Tagging screen. (http://localhost:4502/aem/tags). Click on any of the child tags, say We.Retail. Create button is still visible. Click on Create -> Create Tag. Create a test tag. Notice error on creating a Tag. On click of Cancel, the Create button is now hidden. This is on AEM 6.5.16 On Premise & on AMS. Ideally the Create button should not be visible on load of Tagging screen as the user doesn't have create permission.   Please let me know if there is a way to hide the Create button on screen load.   Thanks, Ashwin Raju    

Hi All, Recently we are setting up event registration and using the smart campaign for triggering event registration. Here we are using a Trigger "Program Status is Changed" and a filter "Filled out Form", please see the screenshot below: We don't want the people who filled out form A listed in the "Filled out Form" filter to be triggered in this smart campaign but actually, the people who fill out form A still have been triggered, not sure why? Has any one had some ideas? Or should we not use "is not" but using "Not filled out form" this filter?

Cannot evaluate org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.value.jcr.ValueImpl.toString()   If I evaluate below code, it returns original stream. resourceToRead.getValueMap().get("allFundsDup", Property.class).getBinary().getStream();   what I don't understand is if stream is retrievable , why does first snippet not retrieving Binary object and giving an exception. also when I try getValueMap().get("allFundsDup", Binary.class) same exception occurs.   Any inputs to understand above code.   Thanks, Sri

Hello,   We use a platform we host our website to build and host all the asset download landing pages instead of using MKTO registration landing pages. The MKTO forms are embedded on the registrations pages. However, the challenge is for each asset, I'll have to create 1 individual MKTO form.    We also have different Thank You page for each asset and I want to be able to track UTM values. Is there a way to use only 1 form for all the different asset and route them in MKTO to different programs?   Thank you!

Hello Community Members, A quick question, We have multi-tenant application, where we i18n dictionary for having same keys but different meanings, ex "welcome_message": "Welcome to My Site", in TenantA, where as for in TenantB, "welcome_message": "Welcome to My SiteB", So i dont have any Javabased logic and i am using simple sightly to display them.${'welcome_message' @ i18n} So based on above, i am getting TenantB msg in TenantA. Is there a way to load a specific dictionary values via sightly?

Hi guys, The person before me created a custom object with quite a lot of fields inside it. These fields then show up as constraints inside another field under 'Person Attributes' when configuring smart lists except for two which are 'Created At' and 'Updated At'.As so, we want to bring those over as constraints together with the others, but I'm not sure how this is setup or what I should do next from here?These two custom object fields are already approved at the moment and data have been sent to them correctly when I view lead records. We do also have two normal 'Created At' and 'Updated At' fields (I assume these are the standard Marketo ones) that appear in the lead record info page but these are used to capture a different stream of info. And so, ideally, we just want the two custom object fields appear as constraints like the other fields inside that custom object.I also reached out to Marketo Support and they said I had to create those as link fields inside that object. Hello All,   I am importing some audiences from a SFTP location and storing them in a profile-enabled dataset.   Now, How can I create a segment for this audience in AEP?   I tried creating a segment on batch Id condition, but it does not work.    

I see the trigger history in the campaign and it shows the activation and deactivation timings but doesn't show which user has updated the campaign. Is there a way to find which user has manually updated the campaign trigger activation?

Could you, please, help me with following task: for example, I send out 150 emailings to 50000 people during the year. I need to find out, how many people have opened all 150 emails, how many only 70. So I'd like to group leads by the level of their interest in my emailings. I'd like to filter out the most active leads, which are the campaign members of all campaigns and I'd like also to find out, what groups of not really active leads I have in the database (for example, there are 150 leads, who has opened only 3 emailings during the year, but all these emailings are devoted to one topic - this information could be really important for me).Thank you in advance!

Hello,   The error message is    Rule "Send Tracking Beacon" is invalid because its rule component "Adobe Analytics - Send Beacon" relies on an extension not included in the build   No indication of what extension is missing. Installed are Core, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud ID Service.   I'm just trying to get a MVP beacon for testing on a new site. Firing the beacon is the only rule. No data elements are configured.   Can someone give me a pointer on where to look for an answer, or what extension might be missing? I have reviewed the tutorials and 'getting started' pages and find no information on this issue.   Thanks.   mp

Hi   I'd like to understand if the term "exit" in the flow graph ever refers to either a bounce rate or to "exit from the site". In other words, can exit in a flow graph ever be interpreted as bounce rate of exit rate (from the site)?   I think that if the flow is based on a page dimension for example, building a sequence from page 1 to (any) page 2, any exit from that flow on page 1 would mean an exit from the site, i.e. an exit rate.
