Hi,  I am  seeing  below error for many of the content pages in logs.  Enable JSON and Enable XML are selected for  DefaultGetServlet and I am using AEM 6.5 version. Hi Folks,   I am facing a situation where I need to find the profiles and exclude/include who are already qualified into some other segment.     Found this inside the segment canvas but not sure whether it will work as expected. Hello friendly people,   I've tried to run the flow step "Delete Person from SFDC" on a Salesforce contact and I got the error message "{INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY: insufficient access rights on object id}". That led me to believe that the Marketo Integration User didn't have the appropriate right to delete a contact. Yet, under Profiles --> Standard Object Permissions" in Salesforce, I see that the Integration User Profile has Read, Create, Edit and Delete on the Contact object all checked. Am I looking in the wrong place or do I misunderstand the error message?   Thanks!Michael

Hi,   We are getting the unique visitor count via Apps is 4 times higher than the Customer ID count. which means each unique Customer is being counted as 4 unique visitors. Ideally it should be 1:1 until a user reinstalled the app.Any advice would be useful here.

hii all,   We try to send push notification on android device . when send push notification  and app is open or foreground we able to receive notification  but when app is in background or kill in mode we not able to receive notification    can any one help me to set notification priority on delivery level to high  we using acc7  on app side we getting this error  Error on Mobile App side- Background messages only work if the message priority is set to 'high'   Regard, NB

Hi there,    I copied one report to create a second one, then changed the Page URL quick segment to the relevant webpage, but I noticed that whenever I update the URL in one of the reports the change is somehow applied to the other report as if both are somehow linked.    Does anyone know what's going on and how can I disconnect the reports?   Thanks   N.

I've created a formset from combining a few xml forms all with multiple pages. I'd like the page numbers on the forms to be continuos across the formset instead of 1-x in form one and then 1-x in form 2 etc. I'm unable to find any documentation on how to accomplish this. Has anyone been successful?

Hello,   I'm using Flexible mode mode (opt-in/USE_SOURCES_DIRECTLY) for my dispatcher configs in the AEM cloud, and when I try to add a custom FOLDER to conf.d/rewrites, e.g (conf.d/rewrites/CUSTOM_FOLDER_A/CUSTOM_REWRITE_FOR_A.rules) (conf.d/rewrites/CUSTOM_FOLDER_B/CUSTOM_REWRITE_FOR_B.rules)   I see the following error while executing in the console. "cp: can't create CUSTOM_FOLDER/CUSTOM_REWRITE.rules"   But when I add CUSTOM_REWRITE.rules right under conf.d/rewrites/ it works    The problem only with additional folders under rewrites directory My goal is to have multiple rewrite configurations for each web site and each website should have its own directory under conf.d/rewrites/  Example : conf.d/rewrites/SITE-A/... conf.d/rewrites/SITE-B/...   Do u have any idea how can I resolve this issue?

Hi,  We are trying to use the bulk import service and we want to schedule this every 10 mins. Currently this can be scheduled only to this specific time that is provided OOTB. Is there a way we can some how tweet this configurations? We have also read that this will import around 20K assets/hour. So we would like to import less assets. As per our requirement we need to import the assets not less than 5 mins to AEM.

Hi All,   I have a trigger campaign which keeps the SFDC custom field (Suppression Reason) updated whenever a person's marketability updates. For example, let say a person is marked Email invalid as "True" (with Email invalid Reason text as True) and marked as  Unsubscribed as "True"(with Unsubcribed Reason text as Unsubscribed: No longer needed;). So the current Suppression Reason text field would show as: Now, let say I manually unchecked the Email invalid box, so what should be the campaign logic set in such a way that the Email invalid Reason should be removed and only the Unsubscribed Reason should be populated in the above text field ?   Any help would be very helpful for me. Hello experts,   One of our client has good storage of promotional materials on Windows drive, and metadata is being maintained via MSSQL DB. Customer wants to utilize AEM Forms Document Service API  (OutputService) to print a PDF. While printing the whole PDF customer would like to assemble and merge few promotional materials from Windows drive. However AEM is hosted on Linux.   We would like to know following: What is the best protocol to read promotional PDF via http (such as WebDAV) Can we mount Windows drive on Linux server as a local drive and read PDF using WebDAV Will we need to download PDF first then we can read in Document Service API or after mounting we can directly read from path via WebDAV protocol   Please note we do not want to use smb/cifs http protocol such as WebDAV could be an option we can to avoid latency of download and then read so mounting the drive and reading via WebDAV looks an option   Please share your best practices, thank yo

Rather than adding individual approvers, is there a more efficient way to auto-add everyone? Sometimes we're routing a dozen proofs, each to the same group. It's very time consuming to manually add each individual approver to every asset.

Hi All,   I have created a WebApp, and need to know the folderName and folderId details, where the WebApp exist. As those details are available in the nms:webApp schema, along with other linked schema, I am trying to query them in JS acitivity of our WebApp.   I tried hardcoding the formName value to the webapp internal name. In all the cases the query returns blank. Not even empty XML is returned. Hi there,   I'm currently working on some custom HTML emails for a client and I want to have access to the full width of the email. On most clients, the mail does what I need it to do,  but Outlook doesn't want to listen. In order for me to have full control, I need the table (class="structure_table") to set its width to 100% instead of NaN.  Giving the structure an inline width 100% doesnt help, its the table itself that needs the inline correction.   Is there a workaround for this? Outlook doesnt do CSS styling so any help would be appreciated.

Clicking Enter key to go to a new line retains Heading Tags in Content Fragment Richtext. Is there a way to have a paragraph tag as soon as we click enter to go to a new line (similar to Microsoft word)? Note: Shift+Enter breaks line but retains formatting (AEM 6.5.14.0)

I am trying to upload a PDF with an image on the cover but for some reason when it hits the AEM my thumbnail does not render properly. I have no knowledge about AEM so I would like to know if I am doing anything wrong?Note: my images are rastered, only 161 kb in size, and set up as RGB for digital.

What would be the best way to launch five personalized experiences, evaluate them after a given amount of time, and then cycle in two new experiences to replace the worse performing?  I am thinking about continuously improving personalized experiences this way by adding new content in cycles after removing poor performing content.   How can I know which experiences are performing the worse?  How long should the periods be for each cycle?  Would this concept work in the first place?
