Hi All, I was performing some checks on the categorisation of cookies and wanted to know if Adobe target cookies fall under which category. We have these categories - Essential cookies,  Analytical cookies, Functional cookies, and Advertising cookies. I am doubtful if it will fall under Essential cookies OR Analytical cookies and hence looking for some help from the community.   My query is specifically for at_check and mbox cookies.   Any guidance or pointers would be really appreciated!

I currently have a segment at the VISITOR level where Page Name DOES NOT CONTAIN pricing. However, when I build a freeform table in Workspace, and break down Page Name by Unique Visitors, pricing pages still show up. The only way to get the segment to work is at the hit-level, which makes no sense since Visitor is so much more broad. What can be the issue here?

I want to hide certain experience for 30 days from a user on click of a button (say no thanks). I want activity to reappear after 30 days for the same user. I can do it easliy via cookie code but I want to use the profileScript capablity here.    Any help highly appricated. 

Hi Team,   We have to recommend the products on the website which were most bought in their geo location. For E.g ABC is a most bought product in US but not in UK so we have to recommend ABC product for US visitors as Top Sellers but not for UK visitors. orderConfirmMbox doesnt take params other than id, total, productPurchasedId so could not pass the user country info in the orderConfirmMbox. Trigerring user's country location in the entity mbox could help in this? Any suggestions around this would be really helpful .

Hi Team,   we have used Recently Viewed User Based criteria in one of our recommendations activity.   Expectations : After viewing few products on the website. When a visitor comes back to website, the visitor should get the recently viewed products. Please note, entityId is triggering on each and every product page.   Scenario 1 : We tested this after we viewed and closed the products page after 30 minutes of inactivity of product pages. We viewed the product  in different tab but same browser. This way each viewed product had different sessionIds   Scenario 2 : We tested this in same browser and same tab and closed the browser after viewing each product. We did not wait for 30 mins of inactivity.   In both scenarios. returned products were not the one we viewed. Every user is getting the same set of products recommended no matter what they  view.   I am not able to understand this behaviour. Can someone advise me something on this ?   Than

Hi all,   Interim goal: Get landing page performance report type of stats on each of our (100+ ) JS variations we have for each of our landing pages.   Ex. "our.company.com/lander1?utm_x=1" has 100 page views this month vs. "our.company.com/lander1?utm_x=2" has 200 page views this month.    End goal: pull this data via API/ Integration to be combined with other company data across other tools.   It doesn't seem like my end goal can be reached via the API. If that's the case, any recommendations for 3rd party reporting visualization tools that'd get us to our goal? We're looking at Tableau currently but not loving it.

Is there a way that previously deleted people that are added back to Marketo, get unsubscribed? Or is there a smart filter that can be used to omit them from being delivered emails?

I wonder where I can see in Adobe Analytics (Admin Rights) which attribution modell is in use?Or did I understand another user correctly who said that the attribution is based on how I create the metrics.But isnt there also some kind of overall setting which says e.g. "attribution modell is last-touch"?Thanks!

We're running AEM 6.5.13. As normal users, we can lock and unlock pages within the site manager - e.g. from within /sites.html/content/<site>/en/test.html We cannot unlock pages within the editor - e.g. we cannot unlock pages from within /editor.html/content/<site>/en/test.html - though we can lock them here. I don't see an error in the log files when trying (and failing) to unlock pages from within the editor. The same is true when logged in as the admin user. How might we remove either or both of the lock opportunities (i.e. from site manager and or from the editor) from the Touch UI display?  

I hava page in AEM that has a fixed component B and can have one or more components A. The value (multifield paths) of components A (@ValueMapValue) are then used in the logic of component B.  Components A and Component B are not nested components. They are separate components with their own dialog and values. Component B has to iterate through all the components A that are configured on the page and use the values from components A to build its business logic. What would be a suggested way to solve this?

Hi team,   When you use the AEP Web SDK to collect data and get it forwarded to both Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, does the ML (Auto-Target) algorithm automatically evaluate the XDM fields/values we're sending to the Edge or do we have to explicitly pass (someof ) them as page or profile parameters?   Thank you! Hi everyone,  I am setting up an Engagement Program and would like to skip an email for members in the stream that meet specific criteria. I know that I will need to add a default program with an email and smart list with that criteria. I believe that the campaign needs to be set as a batch, not triggered off the previous email sending, correct? I am wondering what I need to do to active the program and ensure the email is sent at the same time/day as the other emails in the stream. Would I schedule a recurrence for the same time/day as the cadence of the stream or schedule recurrence for daily?  

In our instance we often convert requests to tasks for completion. Requests are retained and used for customer communication. The task status and request status do not synch perfectly. I'd like to map the custom task status to the custom request status. In this example "Awaiting Feedback". Is there a way to map this relationship?

I have a journey, sending an email on an event , if email opened by user, then send second email.  Journey holds event, email 1,event reaction- Read, Email-2 . For example, first email received by user at 10 AM and opened immediately, how quickly Event open reaction is realized in journey and move towards sending second email.

Hi everyone!   Have you ever had trouble starting the lead conversion due to clicks on external links or PDFs in emails?   It seems that if a client clicks on an external link or a pdf in an email, it will not be taken as a valid activity to start the lead conversion.   Thank you!

Hi All, I am not good at English, so I apologize if there are any inappropriate expressions.   ■ What we want to do・Conduct AB testing using Adobe Target・If the test pattern wins, we want to reflect it on the production site built with AEM.・Review and analyze the results of the tests conducted with Adobe Target.   We are asking a third party to help us with our marketing efforts this time, but we are not sure which permissions to give them.   [1] What user permissions should we give to the third party to perform a series of tasks, such as running a test on Adobe Target and applying the winning pattern to a site built with AEM?(e.g. AEM -> edit permission / Target -> publish permission)   [2] If a third party runs a test on Adobe Target and needs to use Adobe Analytics to review the results of that test, what user permissions should be granted to the third party?

We are on Classic 7 (ACC). We are implementing SMS for our marketing org.   ACC Recipients table won't save a mobile phone number with a + sign.   It originally was saving it with a 0 and we were able to get past that.   However, that means all phone numbers are submitted through the SMS connector without a + sign (e.g.  +15554443333).  If we manually add a + sign the SMS connector won't take it or process it.  SO mobile phone is stored without a +.   This has been working this way for 4 years and no issue.   All our SMS has been transactional through message center.   For the MARKETING instance though, we need to be able to relate the responses in the inSMS table to a recipient.   The way to do this is through a link to recipient on a field.   The best field to use is ORIGIN in the inSMS table.  Origin stores the mobile phone number.   HOWEVER, the mobile phone is being stored with a + in th

I need a report to capture the % complete of a task as of certain dates.   I've done this previously by creating a calculated custom field on a task custom form using this code: IF(ISBLANK({% complete as of 9/30/22}),{percentComplete},{% complete as of 9/30/22})   This worked great, until today when I noticed that when it was being added to new tasks it was calculating the percent complete as of the day the task form was added to the task.   I need to do this same scenario again so that I can capture the % complete as of today, 3/1/23. How can I modify this code so that it will get the data for today but not for a future task entered after today? Maybe I've been staring at it too long but I can't seem to figure out how to get it to not capture tasks created after today 

I appreciate any help the group can provide.   I'm interested in a method to identify the price of an individual item within an order total and then return the number of orders where the item in order was $x.   We have items generally for sale on the site, but depending on a promo code applied, discount, etc. that individual item could be $19.99 in the cart or sell for $24.99 for example. Even though the order total could include accessories, warranty, and assembly I'd like to know if the SPECIFIC ITEM in the order sold for $19.99 or not.   Custom segment, metric using a canned formula, other ideas?

Due to some implementation glitch we didn't track around 1000s of Orders in adobe analytics. Is there a way to import it something like classification? I know we can do classification but the issue is we have lots of variables tracked on product purchase.
