Team - In the past, we used Replicator (com.day.cq.replication.Replicator) to activate pages programmatically. Currently, I'm trying to publish assets and pages in a custom workflow in AEMaacS.    AEMaaCS does not use the replication agents used in previous versions of AEM. As I understand it, content in AEM Cloud Service is replicated using Sling Content Distribution to a pipeline service that is not part of AEM.   Could you please tell me what APIs should be used to call appropriate distributions to publish a specific asset?    

Hello, i need help in using cq:dropTarget for multifiled. 1. i have a dialog multi filed for content fragment. 2. i want to use the drop target for this multi filed to drag and drop multiple content fragments on to component on the page. but one content fragment at a time i can drop on to the component. is there a way to achieve my requirement?   my dialog is as below:   Primary section: with one path field for content fragment. Secondary section: with multi field for content fragment.  

Hi,  I'm designing a form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4.  I have a static table that has two columns.  There is a row with merged cells.  I have two check boxes wrapped into a subform.  One caption is wider than the left column, so when I try to add the subform with the check boxes into the merged cells, the merged cells act like they are not merged, it expands the merged row like I'm adding the subform to a non-merged column.  Is there a way to add objects to a merged row in a table and keep the table size what it should be?    

In AEMaaCS, I would like to move 10GB of assets from development to production. Can I move 10GB assets from the dev cloud to the production cloud using the package manager? I would appreciate it if you could suggest an alternative method.   Do we need any CSE help to deploy the package in AEMaaCS as we do on AMS?

Hello - is there a reason why the City of London (i.e. financial district between Westminster and Tower Hamlets, as opposed to the Greater London city region) is not available within the Cities parameter in Analytics? Other London boroughs and urban centres within Greater London are (e.g. Islington, Bromley, Wimbledon, Twickenham), but not the City.   It would be very helpful to be able specify this area, particularly for B2B use cases as it is one the UK's most important financial hubs.

I have created an action in JO, however while making updates to the Payload Attribute I need to upload a new JSON file. But while uploading JSON file it was throwing error "Paste a payload with a Valid JSON format" Even the JSON format which is correct. Kindly help me in same. 

Can we use queries to fetch segment's all attributes in AEP ?. and I also find some auto suggested table name in Queries like (segment_ingestion_dataset, segment_export_dataset) where does it come from as there is no such dataset present with this names.

I have a form which is updated by users all throughout the year.  They have been instructed to add payroll classifications in order of seniority.  If the form was completed and saved at the beginning of the year and then later in the year a new classification needs to be added, to be kept in order they add the new classification where it fits in seniority.  This might not be at the end of the form.     When a new classification is added within the current classifications, this messes up the payroll classification summary on the last page of the form.  So in this example of a completed form, the user has entered 33 payroll classifications but only 6 show up on the summary because all but those 6 were not entered at the end.  I.E. # 3, Real Estate Specialist was apparently physically entered after #2, Principal in Charge instead of at the end of all the other classifications, causing it to be ignored in the payroll summary page.    

So I recently received a picture of a handwritten list of attendees at an event we had...not cool. It's 2017 so I knew there was a better way. It didn't take me long to figure out Marketo has an events app - what is your experience with this app? Pros and cons? Looks like from just going through the docs pages that it doesn't work on phones, only tablets. It also looks like you can only mark people attended, not any other statuses.If not the Marketo app, what other apps do you use?

Hello All,   I am working on ACC v8, and have a custom table with both Staging and In Cloud ( FFDA ). The issue is when I insert or delete data in the Staging table, and invoke the replication strategy on the table, data sync happens correctly between them.   But if I lets say, update a field in the staging table, and then invoke the same replication strategy, the update is not reflected back in the Cloud table.   Can somebody help me understanding the issue and what needs to be done   Regards, DG

Is there a way to persist a context data variable across screens using a function in the SDK? Similar to how the getPreviousValue plugin works for the web. To provide a specific example... I want to track how users got to a specific screen and which button or link they clicked to get there. Currently, we are using a trackAction on the link click to get that information, but this approach is causing us to go over our server call limit as two calls are being fired for each click (trackAction on click, subsequent trackState on screen load).Our approach to reduce server calls is the following...1. Onclick of the button/link, store details on which button/link it was2. Remove the trackAction on the click3. Hi,I have a form component on our page that is breaking the author page. If I update the required mailto field with an email and refresh the authoring page it returns blank (including the component field on the left - no components shown). If I close and re-open this page it will still be blank. Only way to get it working again is to remove the form component in dev environment and import it back into prod. Any ideas on what I can check to correct this?

I'm trying to pull hours & minutes between actual start and actual completion on an issue. I see a field for "Actual Hours", but it pulls all zeros. Is there a code to pull hours/minutes between start/end? Is it possible to create chart using custom column?   I created a calculated column using text mode to calculate efficiency. I want to create a chart for average efficiency across my team members which I want to include in the dashboard. Currently, I am seeing that only pre-made columns can be used for charting. Is there a way to work around this problem? 

I am using AEM as a Cloud Service and running the 6.5 quickstart jar locally.  Not sure which archetype version was used but it's recent (earlier this year)   I have followed the documentation here: Using with Maven (adobe-consulting-services.github.io)   I am trying to set up the 404 module but it's not working at all.  I suspect that my issue may actually be that ACS Commons is not installed on my local instance.  How can I confirm if the ACS Commons package is installed?  I don't see any logical change in the administration section, for instance...

I am using the workflow and javascript in the online documentation here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/a-b-testing/use-case/a-b-testing-uc-script.html?lang=en as a basis for setting up automated A/B testing using CTR as the indicator.   I have a requirement to split the winning delivery into multiple deliveries using a segment value.  The workflow looks like it's working correctly and is splitting the segments with the correct record counts in each path.  However, the audience in each delivery ends up the SAME audience - not just counts, but actual recipients.  In the screenshot below the "Segment2" audience is used for all 3. Hi, I am trying to complete a translation job on my local instance, I have created the language copy of the WKND reference site but it fails to translate with message 'failed to start translation' and status remains 'translation in progress'. It should get automatically to the 'Approved' status as per the AEM tutorial. Is it a config issue or perhaps the local instance / sandbox doesn't support this?  

The report suite id that we are using is  “eycomglobalproduction”. Though we were able to create a sample report in the adobe Datawarehouse (using this ID) with the required  “custom elements”, while we try to access the required custom elements through API we are facing issues right now.  We use the below API to find the id’s corresponding to the elements:   https://api.omniture.com/admin/1.4/rest/?method=Report.GetElements&reportType=warehouse&reportSuiteID=eycomglobalproduction But we are not able to find the name of these custom elements in that API response without which we cant proceed with the automation   Area (User) , Sub area (User) , Service Line (User), Sub Service Line (User) , Country (User), Rank (User), Experience Cloud Visitor ID.   Request your assistance in resolving this issue ASAP.  

Hello, I'm trying to import a package from UAT to Prod but running into errors when running the import wizard in campaign. Does anyone had similar issues with package import (See log below).   Error log: 10:01:31 - An element with schema 'xtk:folder' and key(s) '/@name' of value 'qFolder138' is missing in the instance but is a prerequisite for the package.10:01:31 - At least one element is required by the package but missing from the instance. Hi,   We have integrated AEM Insights to track the asset clicks and impressions from AEM. I can see the events are firing when I refresh the page with images and clicking the images which had links. But this data is not updating immediately on the analytics side. Is there any setting needs to be updated on the report suites to get real time data?   I am experiencing below error on some occasions. would like to know what could be the cause for this.
