Hi,We’re currently retrieving metric values for specific dimensions through the Adobe Analytics API for individual dates. However, we’ve encountered a discrepancy when aggregating these metrics over a date range. Our calculated aggregate doesn’t align with the one reported by Adobe Analytics, likely due to the deduplication process within the tool. Could someone provide guidance on reconciling this aggregation inconsistency between our calculations and those of the Adobe Analytics platform? Thanks in Advance,Jesbin

Hi All, I have a requirement where i need to reload the component(not page refresh) when changed the tag value. At present i am refreshing the page using window.location.reload();which is closing the dialog and refreshing the page, this is what i don't want. Please advise, thanks in advance.  Thanks,Pradeep

Hi all, we have a recommend a friend scheme which is currently very manual and involves printing out a voucher (who even owns a printer these days?) So, we want to capture details of referrer & referral on one form. to be presented to sales at point of sale. The only people that will have access to the form should be referrer & referee to ensure that people are qualified. We're conscious that  the referrer wont be able to fill out their friends info due to gdpr.what would be the easiest way to do this please?ideally we'd like to avoid a business change here, but i appreciate gdpr is what it is, but a form on a live link with multiple email address fields & salutations' fdor example could work but i currently see no way to do this in marketo. thanks! Mike

Hi  I keep getting into this error where I try to access query service and the "Initializing connection..." message in the terminal never disappear and therefore I cannot run queries. I tried clearing the cache, reloading the page multiple times and restarting the browser, but nothing works. This has happened multiple times in a sporadic way. I check Adobe Status page and everything is suppose to be fine.  Have this ever happen to anyone else? What is the solution? Thanks

Some svg images are not showing up in the asset preview and not working when we drag and drop in the file upload field.

Is it advisable to add read permissions for /conf directory for everyone usergroup. The problem statement is as follows, whenever a new site is developed by creating new set of templates and policies and is replicated to the publishers, the anonymous users are seeing the content getting rendered differently. Upon investigation it was identified that the anonymous users doesn't have read permissions for the new site template and policies. What would be the suggested approach to follow here? 1. Add read permissions to /conf directory for everyone usergroup in the publisher. Noting that there would be more sites that would be developed in future, which would require anonymous access.2. Add read permissions specific to the site templates/policies for everyone usergroup in the publisher. And we do this every time when a new site is replicated.

Hi,  I would like to ask what is the best practice to collect marketing agreements from WWW. I have enterprise customer with multiple businesses and database which will be main repository for all marketing agreements.  From my experience there is possibility that the scripts like WEB SDK sometimes might not work due to ad blockers. I see two possibilities how the data about marketing agreements will be collected:a) from front-end using data-layer etc directly to CDP, b) AEM will send the post request to database with agreements and the this database will send data to CDP Solution A might provide little discrepancy in the long term. What is the best practice from your experience?

Steps to re-create:1. Create a Page: Begin by creating a new page in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring environment.2. Add Containers: Within the root container of the page, add a container component(1st container). Set the offset as 1 and width as 10.3. Add Another rsponsive grid): Add another resposive grid "wcm/foundation/components/responsivegrid" directly within the 2nd container.4. Add Text Component: Inside the responsive grid , add a text component. Now observe this gap, this gap comes by default and it does not allow me to resize text component. 5. Author Text: Author the text component with any random text.6. Attempt to Resize: Try to resize the text component by dragging its handles.7. Observe Behavior: Note if the text component can be resized or if it remains fixed in size. By following these steps, you can determine whether the inability to resize the text component is a bug in the existing AEM product or if there's a specific configuration

Hello, I am looking for some ideas on how to achieve the following... For the production of different assets for a product launch we have to accommodate different dates in Workfront. 1st sale: as the name describes, the final date, which is important for the customerdue date: the date our marketing team needs to provide the final assetsstart date: the date the marketing team needs to start working on the assets Therefore we create a project template for the product launch and tasks for each step / asset type: Project: product xyTask - Product imagesTask - FlyerTask - Online BannerTask - ... The due date and the start date can be calculated from the 1st sale date using constant durations, whereas the durations do differ depending on the task.So 1st sale would live under the project and due date as well as start date are specific for each task. I am aware of the fact, that for start date and due date the system fields planned start d

Can I make custom emails as notifications?  I don't want to customize a current email.  I want to create my own email.  I can't find any information on how to do so.

I have a user that is getting the old reports and analytics interface on logging into analytics.  It is the screen under workspace when clicking on that option.

Good Morning Everyone,I have  a question regarding the pre-hiding code snippet which is required when deploying Target via Launch.  We had to remove the code snippet as it was causing a 3 second delay in page loads.  Has anyone ever come across this issue?  If so, how was it resolved?Thank you very much,Alex

Does AEM support using Nginx as a dispatcher server?

Hi all,When trying to send out emails via AEM using message Gateway service (Emails configured via CQ Mail Service)  when inspecting on web mail applications there are lot of nested <div> which have no occurrence in the original html.any suggestions on why this would be happening? @arunpatidar, @estebanbustamante, @raja_reddy

During Adobe Summit this year, a couple of presenters that produce high-volume webpages in their AEM  websites referenced creating "lo-fi components." I listened back to a presentation where I know this was discussed and they talked about using AEM sling models, or as they called it, Markdown for AEM components. Does anyone else use these and do you have positive experiences using the models? We don't think we have access to build these in our version of AEM.

Hi,If a Smart List is used to add recipients to an Engagement Program stream, is the recipients criteria reevaluated at each step of the stream i.e. can someone drop off the stream because they no longer pass the Smart List criteria?  I think I have read that Subscription status is reviewed at each step, but I wasn't clear if all of the Smart List criteria is.Assuming that the Smart List criteria is applied at each step, is it best practice to populate a static list and use that to add recipients to the stream? Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to edit allocations beyond the 3 months in Workload balancer. We have a couple of projects on the go with tasks exceeding 3 months in duration and need to edit the allocation accordingly (the default even split is not working out for workloads and projections) any suggestions?

Hi, We have a project working with Uberjar 13 and we want to go to 20. What is holding us back is that on every newer uberjars up to 20 I get an Error when trying to instantiate Tika. Create a unit test and just put this in it  Tika tika = new Tika(); // throws java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tika/metadata/filter/MetadataFilter Looking at javadocs and the decompiled class there should be this package https://javadoc.io/doc/org.apache.tika/tika-core/latest/org/apache/tika/metadata/filter/package-summary.html This screenshot shows it is missing from the uberjar itself Adding tika as a test dependency solves the problem <dependency> <groupId>org.apache.tika</groupId> <artifactId>tika-core</artifactId> <version>1.26</version> <scope>test</scope> </dependency> We would prefer not having to do that as it becomes a manual maintenance step as new uberjars come out

I created a dynamic subform which flows and repeat subform for each data item. I also put a summary next to it.One page can only contains 30 rows of the subform, and if row number is bigger than 19 the summary will flow to the second page.My question is , I want to put empty rows into this subform. For example if 20 rows come in, I need to put 10 empty rows into the first page and put 19 empty rows into the second page.Is there any functions in livecycle desginer could realize it without script? If there is no way,how to make it through script?

It seems that for a week or so now, there are odd transparency issues in Adobe Analytics.  Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this before I create a bug ticket.   You can see when you right click on any table, the resulting dropdown is transparent.  In some cases, this is really hard to see when overlapping with something else beneath it.   Might just be with dark mode?    This is not consistently happening and seems to only occur when starting a new report in Workspace.

Is there any insight as to the cause of this error that popped up when saving an email draft in Adobe Marketo Engage? "Unable to create draft version. The email name exceeds the maximum character limit. Please shorten the name and try again." The email name was relatively short, and no longer any eixsting. The error simply resolved itself after trying to save again.  There does not appear to be any documentation regarding this error. Thanks!

Hi community! I have an active integration with Appcues and was wondering if there is a way to see what records were recently updated/sent to the Appcues integration from the Marketo side. Thanks!

We recently received a notification from workfront to add new IP addresses to allow list. Our Help Desk wants to clarify if the IPS need to be inbound or outbound?
