Hi, just wanted to confirm a very quick thing   If we just drag a default program from 1 folder to another to keep things organized. Will it affect or change anything into the program that we moved?    Example:  Folder 1 Sub-Folder 1 Program 1 Program 1 folders Sub-Folder 2 Folder 2 Sub-Folder 2 Program 2 Program 2 folders   Here I would like to move Program 2 to Sub-Folder 2   Looking forward to your suggestions, Thanks

Hi all,   Looking for your recommendations on the following scenario: We've a default program with 5 emails which is being sent on a weekly basis every Tuesday. This program was created around 3 weeks ago so old members might have already received 3 emails out of 5. Now, if we want to add new members to this program and want the emails to be delivered in the same order starting from email 1. Ever wondered how Marketo Measure (fka Bizible) decides which Contact records are eligible for Attribution credit for a given Opportunity?   There are 3 options:  Account ID —> This is Marketo Measure’s most “inclusive” method as it looks at all Contacts who are tied to the Account that the Opportunity is tied to. Contact Roles —> This only looks at Contacts who are defined as Contact Roles on the Opportunity. It is a more selective option. Primary Contact Roles —> This is similar to the above option, but it’s only looking at Contacts who are marked as the Primary Contact Role on the Opportunity. Therefore, the most selective option. I have a guide template that i'm creating with a timeline element. Today, the primary way to Sync CRM Campaign Data to Marketo Measure (fka Bizible) is through Custom Campaign Sync Rules which you would build in your Marketo Measure instance. However, before the Custom Campaign Sync functionality existed, Marketo Measure customers needed to use a field called “Enable Bizible Touchpoints” on the Campaign Object to select to sync either All Campaign Members or only Responded Campaign Members. Hi All,    I've read through what I can find about RSS feeds in Marketo Email on here and searched in Google as well. But I have a very specific scenario and was hoping to get some help from the experts! I've only been using Marketo for around 4 months.   My scenario: I have a list of Candidates, which is basically a list of resumes, in an RSS feed that includes several custom fields. I send an email each week with the latest 10 listings in the RSS feed, regardless of if we have sent them previously.    I also have an RSS feed with a list of job vacancies. This is sent daily but only with the newest listings since the last send.   We actually send approximately 248 RSS generated emails a month as we filter our RSS feed by location and industry e.g. Candidates in Coffs Harbour with experience in the Aged Care industry get sent Aged Care industry Employers in Coffs.   My question: I've been investigating the easiest method to implement this in Marketo a

We recently began using lead source and lead source detail. We now want to implement UTMs. We're thinking these will somewhat work together but need some help. We plan on using UTMs in emails, social, content syndication, etc. when we are not adding unique content to an already existing LP or web page. We want to have a flow like "change data value: person source = {{lead.UTM source}}" to pull from our UTMs. My question is, how do we write to update lead source to a picklist value if we do not have UTMs on a given link?

Installed MSI 1.7 in Salesforce and users with small screens are not able to send Marketo emails.  The Marketo Sales Insight section just gets cut off on the right side. Turning on scroll bars or changing size settings on the visual force page has no affect.

Has anyone else experienced an open rate decline in Marketo?I have been racking my brain trying to figure out where we have gone wrong. I thought it was a deliverability issue but I recently discovered a significant discrepancy between Marketo reports and Email on Acid.According to Marketo, a recent campaign we deployed was 25.6%. Email on Acid on the other hand shows 42% which is along the lines of what we should expect.

Hi, my Marketo program and SFDC campaign sync seems to have stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot by "adding to SFDC campaign" in the person record. I am getting this error message. Curious how users are looking to utilize or implement Program Member Custom Fields.   What are some suggestions on how to best put this new custom object to work?

The clear use-case for me is to target those who are not yet opt-ed in for email communication. This is a perfect way to reach your audience in another form when not allowed to email them...which requires access to custom fields for GDPR compliance.

Since we launched the Email bot activity filtering feature on May 12th, 2021, we have seen tremendous adoption and following are some interesting stats:   3500+ customers have enabled and using this feature Avg. 2Million+ bot activities per week are being captured (across all customers) 1500+ customers receive more than 100 bot activities every week   We have curated a few FAQs w.r.t to this feature in this link. Although these are great numbers, we totally understand there is a lot more to be done.
