Hello,    Is it possible to remove the border of 1 Field Set in my form while keeping the border for a second Field Set.    I used the following CSS: .mktoForm fieldset { border:none!important; } But this removes borders for all fieldsets.    Thank you

Hi Marketo Users,   I recently aborted 2 emails.  Thankfully one was 99.8% stopped in time, the other got delivered to 26%. As I look at the email report, its showing that 74% of my database (149k) "Soft bounced" that aborted email.  I am concern these actions are affecting my sender's reputation. Are these aborted emails really soft bounces or does Marketo just flags them as such?   

I have a potential case where someone who has completed a nurture stream may need to restart the same nurture stream again.     The content in the nurture stream is tokenized and segmented, so the person that completed the stream once may need to go through the same stream again to view the tokens and segmented content updated to new values.   My question is - If a person is added to a nurture program and completes the content in the stream but needs to restart and receive the same stream content a second time, how would this be done? I know that removing the person from the stream would reset their stream status (and lose reporting, but I'm okay with that), but would they receive the stream content again? Would the system prevent someone from receiving the same nurture stream content again if they are removed, then re-added to the same stream?

Email developers, as you know, are forcibly trapped in the 90s when it comes to HTML. (Or maybe trapped in a dystopia where Web-0.9-era HTML4 mixes with some time-jumping CSS3.)   So they’re used to setting the ancient width and height HTML attributeson an element (not to be confused with width and height CSS properties). For example, to give a table cell a certain pixel width: <td width="10">   The rule being a unit-less numeric string represents a length in pixels. A numeric string followed by % means a percentage.   For the longest time, I thought those were the only 2 options, either 10 or 10%, and it was invalid HTML to even attempt to use 10px (let alone other units not supported in HTML4, like 10rem).   Turns out it’s not invalid. Hello, We have a custom sync rule set up to keep various leads and contacts from entering Marketo from Salesforce. This has been working well for us but have run into an issue.   This was primarily set up to keep people without an email address (of which we have many thousands) out of Marketo, but we have a few other rules as well. For instance, if Contact Status is changed to "Past Contact" or "Deceased", Sync with Marketo is set to false.   The issue we are having is that as soon as soon as the Sync with Marketo field is set to false, syncing stops immediately (which is the expected behavior), but the changed field data never makes it back into Marketo; there is no "final" sync. We need these field values back in Marketo so we can remove them from our email sends, delete them, etc.   Short of importing this data back into Marketo or making manual changes, I really nave no way to remedy this. Just because you can serve Forms 2.0 JavaScript enhancements from a Rich Text area on the form — I showed how to do that in an earlier post — doesn’t mean you should!   If you use this method, you need to be sure — much more sure than usual — that your code doesn’t bug out. Once the person checks it and hits Download, the checkbox answer should be sent to a field in our system {{lead.Immediate Project Need}}.   Looks like I can't just add this to the Custom HTML, so I assume it has to be some JS.    Any suggestions on how to do this?   Thanks, Yavor

Hello all,   I was able to integrate Zoom with Marketo and scheduled a test webinar! I used a token  {{member.webinar url}} to include a unique link to each person in a confirmation email, but the link shown in the email is too long and it bothers me. Is there an easy way to shorten the unique links? Or will trying to shorten the link create some problems?   Thanks!  

Hoping that product managers/employees are roaming here. Need to talk about the Marketo REST API documentation and/or APIs.   I'm doing what I imagine is fairly common development against the REST APIs. I'm using the formal Swagger file and documentation (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference).   I have now run into multiple examples where the definition of APIs do not match what Marketo REST services actually return.   Most of them look less like documentation issues and more like bugs in the response type. Meaning, what the documentation says it should return is correct but what I actually get back in the API response is not correct.   A few examples: Asset > Get Folders > ResponseOfFolderResponse > result > folderId > FolderId object returns "Value" property instead of "Id" for the folder id. Hello, I am going to work on enabling 2 Way SMS with integration back into Marketo. I have enabled with Twilio a few years back at another organization but before starting this again I was curious if anyone in the community has any recommended solutions or approaches they have taken.    In addition to Marketo we are going to enable SMS with Chili Piper. 

Hi Everyone,   We have a question about the capability of Marketo to be able to read an error message from Microsoft Dynamics and run triggered smart campaigns based on those error messages.   The example we are looking into is in our Dynamics database, if a lead is tagged as "disqualified," updates to that lead are blocked at that point and Marketo will receive a sync error message indicating the lead could not be updated, in the instance that this lead performs some other activity that Marketo would track and want to update that existing lead.   Has anyone discovered a way to set up a triggered smart campaign in Marketo that could read that error and trigger flow steps off of that activity? Such as changing a data field to update the lead status from "disqualified" to "reactivated" or something of that nature?   Any input would be appreciated but please let me know of any questions or clarification.   Thank you! Hi,   We have two Marketo forms on a page - one on the footer, and another on the body. It seems when we create a form on Marketo by default it is generating same ID's and aria-labels for similar input fields. For example:  First name field is having "firstname" as ID on both the forms, Email field is having "email" as ID on both forms, and same goes with aria labels. My team setup a referral campaign where they used a unique ID as a referral promo code to signup new members. I'm just curious if there is a way of connecting those records in a streamlined fashion.   I have the two fields that match: unique id, and promo code, but is there a way to match those back to each other in Marketo? I'm not seeing a way of saying if promo code = unique id (without physically putting the unique id into Marketo), add to list or anything.    It feels like this should be doable because the data exists... I'm just not seeing a way of comparing the two values.
