Hi, For a given delivery, we have found that some emails with error status (i.e. Mailbox Full) in sending logs but those emails have open/clics records in tracking logs. Is there any explanation?   In a resolved discussion (thread for Campaign Classic7 and 8), it seems that deliveries are not always updated and suggestion is to recompute delivery and tracking indicators. But I didn't find this option in ACS.   Can anyone tell if recomputing delivery and tracking logs is enable for ACS or not? If yes, how? if not, can we consider that a given delivery has been sent to emails which have open/clics records in tracking log even if there are errors status?   Best regards Chiao 

Hi AEM Community,   I have the below redirect rule -  RewriteRule ^/content/brandA/us/en/(.*).html$ /$1 [R=302,L,QSA]   In my network trace, the below redirects are happening - Request 1 - https://www.brandA.com/content/brandA/us/en/index.html This request has a 302 redirect with response.location set to http://www.brandA.com/index.html    Request 2 - http://www.brandA.com/index.html This request also a 302 redirect with response.location set to https://www.brandA.com/index.html   Request 3 - https://www.brandA.com/index.html   As we see this 2nd request is not necessary and should not be there. Hi Team,   In Marketing Channels - Direct is identifies visitors that have no referring domain, which includes visitors that come to your site directly, such as from a Favorites link or by pasting a link in their browser is there is any other way or use case for direct channel? In Marketing Channels - Internal Channel visitors where their referring URL matches the Internal URL Filters setup in the Admin Console, meaning the visitor came from within the site to start their visit is there is any other way or use case for internal channel?   Regards, Mazid Khan.

Hi, I generated code from latest archetype and deployed to aem. When I am restarting the AEM server , getting below error   HTTP ERROR 503 Problem accessing /. Reason: AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request.   Step to preproduce Start Vanilla/New instance AEM 6.5 instance Update AEM service pack 6.5.13 (This is an optional step) Created a project code base by running below command mvn -B archetype:generate -D archetypeGroupId=com.adobe.aem -D archetypeArtifactId=aem-project-archetype -D archetypeVersion=39 -D appTitle="AEM Mysite" -D appId="aem-mysite" -D groupId="com.aem.mysite" -D aemVersion="6.5.0" -D includeDispatcherConfig=n -D includeExamples=n Deploy the code to AEM Stop the instance. Is it possible to track ALL contextData that I am setting like a wild card (i.e. s.contextData.*)? I'm having to add it to a data element which tracks all variables and adding each individual contextData to track.

Hi! In our 6.2/6.3 installation, I had set up a custom template and theme using the process shown at AEM 6.0 Forms Help | Creating custom adaptive form themes​. We had no entry on the "Adaptive Form Theme" property of the Form Container - we would set the dropdown to blank and our template would force all look and feel. Now we are building a clean installation of 6.4, but our above solution no longer works. I don't want to recreate all the work I did in LESS to a new Theme, and I find the the Theme Editor to be very clunky and difficult to use. Is there any way to point the theme to a "blank" theme that will allow the original template to be used? Thanks!

We have an address fragment that we have pulled in twice to a form (address and work address) When we enter the postcode in the 1st instance the postcode field the second instance field renders the same value. We have tried this with and without a schema for the form. Where we have used a schema we have bound each fragment to the specific part of the data model.   When it rendered and you enter data its it repeated in the field for the other fragment The generated input fields have different id and name attributes.   Does anyone know if there is a mechanism to address this?

Hi!I have created a scheduled report. This report is sent in pdf.The issue is that the titles of some summary numbers are squeezed whereas it looks fine in the report itself and even when I download the PDF version from the project>download PDF.The dimension tab is closed and the view density is compact in the report settings when i created the scheduled report.I can't see how I can solve this.Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone,   I am hoping to get some urgent help on Lead scoring. Is there a way to set a flow for leads that have a certain score to be pushed to Salesforce? So example. one filled out form is xx points. We would like to have the lead only to be synced if they filled out two forms.  We send out weekly forms to be filled out so as long as they filled out two we would like them for be synced to Salesforce via lead scoring. ANYTHING HELPS as our Marketo Admin quit abruptly.

Hi! I work at a digital agency, and have a client who uses Saint Codes. They want us to generate them for them to help them track performance on their campaign. Does anyone have experience with these? I'm very familiar with the Google UTM codes and how they work in Google Analytics. But not familiar with Adobe Analytics enough to know how these work. Has anyone having issues with rendering XDP forms as HTML after installing the latest SP14? We are using on-prem AEM Forms on JEE and after patching our lower env. instances we have this problem: XDP forms are not loading (spinning loading loop circle) or showing 404 errors in different browsers (FF, Chrome, EDGE). Hi, I’m trying to set up alerts for any pages of the site that experience a spike in traffic. I have implemented some spam filters in VRS. But I noticed that some pages are still occasionally getting spikes in traffic and I would like to be alerted when this happens so that I can check if it’s due to spam. I’m currently only able to set up alert based on the total number of visits for the entire site or painstakingly filter each page to alert when greater than N visits. The total number of visits for the entire site doesn’t work for me as the spike in a particular page will not result in a significant anomaly for the entire site traffic.  Wondering if anyone could share how you might set up alert for such scenario? TIA!

My CRXDE and VSC are not matching up. How can I find the location of a file that I created in CRXDE on my PC? For example, I created a folder called oceantest and a file called oceantest1.html in CRXDE, clicked Save All in CRXDE and search my Windows folders, but can't locate them anywhere using File Manager.

I have three issues I can’t figure out how to solve when the landing page and form is in mobile view. I’m hoping these can be resolved by editing some custom CSS in the Form Theme as I am using the drag and drop Landing Page editor and am not sure how to get to the code there. (What little I've done to the form is probably not totally correct as this is the first time I'm attempting some customization.)   info.usg.com/newyork-acoustics.html   On mobile:   The left and right padding of the form is larger than the padding of the body the form, so the form looks indented. The “Select…” in the dropdown font gets much larger than all the other fonts I don’t have an image of this, but it has been reported by others that only the font between the form and the submit button is showing much larger on iPhones. This does not happen with the message at the top of the form.     Appreciate any assistance!

I am trying to create a report which will show me the total number of hours logged under each status our projects progress through. Ex. Project A logged 3 hours under scoping status and 10 hours in active status. Through my attempts, it seems I can only get the report to show the total hours of projects with a specific status. Any ideas or recommendations would be appreciated.
