Hi all,   I'm a developer of a Mac product that batch exports InDesign files to various formats.   A customer just told me that some of their files will be soon hosted on AEM DAM and asked if it will be possible to still use my product to automate their processing.   So I wonder if there are API options that allow third-party developers to implement any of the following operations:   -Let user select desired InDesign files  -Open those files in InDesign -Export as PDF and save the PDF files on the DAM server -Save the source InDesign documents   Thanks for any info that points to the answer to these questions.   Leo    

Several thumbnail renditions of the original image will be created by the workflow. And once they're published, I can download any of those thumbnail images by adding "/jcr:content/renditions/<thumbnail_name>" to the end of the original file's path.  Example: /content/dam/mysite/images/image_001.jpg/jcr:content/renditions/cq5dam.thumbnail.48.48.png My question is, does the jcr part (the bolded part in the example), except for the file size and extension, always the same for thumbnails of any uploaded image files? Where can I find the rules for generating the thumbnail names?

Hi,  I am attempting to use the Velocity date scripting to show specific event times based on the month.  Currently the actual month is October (10). Dear All, I would like to understand more on how we can use the old plugins which we used for Appmeasurement.js into AEP Web SDK via Adobe Launch through Data Element (or) Rules under Action. Because I am wondering if we move from AA Legacy to Web SDK migration then what ever we used those Adobe Plugins under the Appmeasurement.js custom JavaScript will no longer in use as this pointed to "s.doPlugins" (or) s.*** related function. As the subject says - we have a QA team that uses Project Griffon, their access was provided via adobe analytics, but now Assurance is the new Project Griffon and I'm the admin but trying to determine what is the minimum requirement to grant access to Assurance? Unsure what permissions to switch on in AEP for this particular group of users that only needs access to Assurance.

Hi all, when creating and sending an email in Marketo, if we enable ' track link' on a link in the email, the link always redirects to our home page, regardless of where the link should go. This happens whether or not the 'Include mkt_tok' option is also selected. If 'track link' is de-selected, the link works fine. Any suggestions? Here is an example of a tracked link that should go to a demo form landing page, but re-directs to our home page:  schedule a demo

Hello everyone. I am an advanced user of Marketo and I have used it for many situations for over 7 years. This time I am trying to use it for an internal process and I'd like to set up a trigger on an alert email, so the person that receives the alert email can click on an email and then "something happens" / flow starts that actually replies back to the lead that filled a form.   So far trying different ways I have not achieved it. Do you have any ideas how to achieve this? I'm happy to read work arounds.  Thank you, Denisse

How do companies incorporate a data quality review (DQR) into Workfront? We've had them in different systems but I can't find any documentation on it for Workfront. Here are my requirements:   1) Data on CUSTOM FORMS needs to go through a DQR 2) DQR cannot be done before intake but needs to be performed before project is complete. Yes, we should trust data at intake is good but projects change. So, we want to confirm attributes before information is sent off to second system. 3) DQR process must be one that can live in an automated, repeatable way. For example, it sits on every single project of a certain type (maybe certain template)   My ideas are as follows: 1) Intake manager creates and assigns an issue with a checklist form. - Pros, it solves for #2 above. Cons, it's my understanding you cannot raise an issue in an automated way so that all templates have the same issue. 2) Create a report and have the custom form have a y/n field called "DQR". I recently converted a set of json generating servlets to use the jackson sling model exporter. Previously, I used gzip encoding and wrote the http entity with a gzip writer after I had constructed the json objects myself--not a very fun or concise process.   I am thrilled with the clarity and brevity of the jackson exporter version's code, but the tradeoff is that the file sizes have increased greatly (sometimes by a factor of 10) since its no longer compressed. (The particular sticking point is with a list of 900 of our university's programs, which is 9.7MB as raw json, even if I cut the individual json objects down to only display the necessary information for my front-end code, it's still very large ~6MB, so I really need to compress.)   Is there an easy way to tell my servlet to export as gzip? Neither the sling docs or the jackson docs point to any simple solution such as exporter options or any other annotation.   I am currently trying to write my own gzip json ex

With Adobe Target lacking frequency capping capabilities, we were hoping to develop a workaround via page visits (where the adobe experience would be) in an AEP segment.An example suppression segment query for seeing an experience 2 times in 5 days would be the following:Include audience who have at least 2 Any events where (page_url contains exampledomain.com) and occurs in the last 5 day(s)   The issue with this is when a user visits once everyday, he/she never falls out of the suppression segment. Is there a viable workaround with Adobe Journey Optimizer instead?

We tried changing filters.any  Added 2 rules   $include "./default_filters.any"   /0100 { /type "allow" /path "*/bin/querybuilder*" /selectors "*" /extension "*" }   # allow non-public content directories if this isn't a production environment by uncommenting the next few lines/0304 { /type "allow" /url "/apps/*" } /0305 { /type "allow" /url "/bin/*" }   but no rule is allowing us to access /bin/querybuilder.json on publishing instance, we get "not found"     Thanks

Hi, I'm a bit of a data sources novice and struggling a bit to understand how they work. I've set up the import (i.e. date, dimension A, dimension B, metric C and metric D, transactionID) and I can see the data has been uploaded to my set up, so I can now build a table in Workspace for the totals for any of these dimensions against the metrics. Which is great.   However, what I can't then work out is how to cross reference these with any other existing dimensions? So, for instance, say I try breaking down dimension A (a data source dimension) by Mobile Device Type (an existing dimension), it always defaults to 100% 'Other'. Similarly, with pages, browsers, etc. Does the imported data source information not get tied to the existing user information using the transaction ID as a join? Or is there something I've done wrong?   The other question I have is, in order to troubleshoot and check that the imported worked correctly, I wanted to create a simple report in workspace or war

Hello, I want to synchronise all user within the instance to particular time. Normaly doing a scheduled job by creating a service and an appropiate config. But how can I achive it with a jmx service? In example synchronsing groups and users from ldap seems only be available as jxm service.
