Hi Team ,   We have been integrating the Ad manager in our AEM site to display the sponsored ads on the page .But when there is no sponsored ad returned from google , an empty slot is being occupied due to the custom css being applied in the div element section.Could anyone please suggest how to get rid off the empty slots when there is no ad being returned from the Ad Manager.Any idea on this please?   Thanks in Advance!

Hi Team, we are migrating from 6.3 to 6.5.13. We changed path of clientlibs from etc to apps. In some Js files we are fetching design path(which is now under apps) from page properties . Since it is under apps images are not showing up on the pages(path of the image is becoming like this in js /apps/projectname/clientlibraries/resources/icon.png (i.e designpath obtained from js+relative image path already in js code )). Previously it was under etc so it worked fine. If path is referring apps/projectname/clientlibraries/resources/icon.png it is not working. If I change manually to /etc.clientlibs/projectname/clientlibraries/resources/icon.png then it is working. In page properties for content authors we are giving an option to select design path which will be showing apps/projectname path. Is there is a way to change automatically from apps to etc.clientlibs after submitting page properties?

Hi Everyone, The BPA is giving me LUI type error for page core component (/apps/core/wcm/components/page/v1/page) or even for (/apps/core/wcm/components/page/v2/page). Also the same error is showing up for all the base page components in my project whose sling:resourceSuperType is referring to above core components.   Error: A legacy foundation custom component was found at /apps/core/wcm/components/page/v1/page. It is deprecated and should be modernized.   How can this be resolved?

We currently have Campaign data sending to Analytics. Is there a similar connection to send data (like send count, open/click rate, etc) from AJO to Analytics?   Update: We're looking specifically for Adobe Analytics integration.

We have created an AB test activity using a URL let's say - https://www.domain.com/category/abc. Now when we go to the page delivery settings, we see https://www.domain.com/ as the activity URL instead of the actual activity URL. There is no redirect applied to the activity URL. We tested two different scenarios as well. Scenario 1: We made the modification using custom code (refer the image below). After saving the activity:The activity URL changed to the homepage URL in page delivery settings.In VEC, instead of the activity URL page, the homepage loads.  Scenario 2: Using VEC features, changed the h1 heading. No custom code used. After saving the activity:The activity URL changed to the homepage URL in page delivery settings.In VEC, activity URL page loads every time you click on the Edit Activity. Although, in both the scenarios, we could see the desired experience, but we want to understand why the Activity URL is changing itself in page delivery setti

My A/B test has been running for quite some time, I have decent visit and conversion data, and I'm utilizing the "Auto-target for personalized experiences (50/50 split)" traffic allocation.  When looking at reports I'm seeing green checkmarks so the algorithm models have been created. Automated segments and Important attributes reports are showing an error message when trying to pull up even though I have the report dates as either 15, 30, or 45 days. Error message reads "Automated Segments and Important Attributes not available for this date range". Any ideas what the reason for this issue is? Possible solutions?Thanks-Ben

Hi,   We are using the data providers function to call an API and pass through data to Adobe Target.   https://developer.adobe.com/target/implement/client-side/atjs/atjs-functions/targetglobalsettings/?lang=en#data-providers   If I want this data to be appended to the profile. Can I just pass the profile.[param_name]  in the call back?   E.g.  Instead of: callback(null, {t1: 1, t2: 2, t3: 3});   callback(null, {profile.t1: 1, profile.t2: 2, profile.t3: 3});   Thanks    

I had setup a MVT test for a client and observed that the experience report is getting populated and even A4T confirmed that data was loaded in to Adobe analytics as well.However, the report data value is not present in the location contribution report for that MVT test in Adobe Target Report. Any idea on why this is hapeening? Any help on this is much appreciated! Thanks.

Let’s say I have a segment defined as visitors who used X feature in the app then I segment a panel using this segment, i.e. only filtering out users used X feature. Then if I do a daily breakdown on unique visitors count. Does the daily number equal to visitors used X feature on that day (segmentation happens on daily level) or visitors did anything on that day but have ever used X feature (segmentation happens on panel level)?   Similarly, if I define a segment in a metric definition and do a daily breakdown of that metric. Will the segment I defined be applied on daily level or the entire data in the panel.   Thanks

We are using a view, sent when a user adds an item to basket, which triggers a recommendation modificaiton in an A/B test. However, the changes in the recommendation design are only being applied on the first view. Any subsequent views do not trigger the changes made in the recommendations design. I am certain the view trigger is working as it works on the first event. We have also applied CSS changes via the custom code modification and these are also firing on subsequent views, however the recommendations design does not fire more than once. Is this behaviour expected? Or should I be able to trigger the recommendations design multiple times?

Hello, I am trying to figure out the best way to go about this. I am currently trying to update a header tag with different text content using an html offer. When I do this, it's not working. If I just use the text offer to do so, it previews in the composer just fine like it's suppose to. I want to use an html offer though so that I can track that element. What is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance. 

Hi everyone, I saw that the counts of inbound transition into my Email Delivery activity is less than the counts of delivery activity. This never happened before because i am using typologies as well. One reason that i can think of is seed lists i use, but I'm not sure about it as well. Can someone please explain what are the possible reasons for this?

Hi,   I am in a situation where I need to record/log the response from the "actions". I have action in my journey which connects to the third-party system via API call, now after this action step in the journey I need to update a field based on the response from the successful action call(API).   Is it possible in first place? If so what configurations need to be done or is there any Out-of-the-box schema that AJO already supports to record this kind of response which we can utilize?   Thanks in Advance!

Hi, I get 504(timeOut) errors when calling Adobe Campaign api on endpoint /soaprouter.jsp.The error recurs every day for approximately 10 out of 100 callsIs there a parameter to modify in the conf file serverConf.xml to increase the timeout? Hope it helps. Thanks,Maro

Hello.Could you please tell me how to properly adapt the Resource to the ContentFragment in the tests. Since I do, I get null all the time, but the resource content fragment is not null. And in the class for which the test is written, adaptation works correctly.

Today after making some modifications in Adobe Analytics extension, during code review one of my colleagues noticed a strange addition which I haven't done it.  Who manages the librarycode metadata and what is it for? My company has just launched a site and is using the telephone number field in one of the forms that can be submitted to us. The site is focused on APAC countries and some of the phone numbers there have only seven or eight digits total. When a user tries to put in one of those numbers, they get an error code that they have to have 10 numbers. My developers tell me the 10-number minimum is baked into AEM, but I'm wondering if there's a way to override that setting so that there is no minimum to the numbers you can post in the telephone number field.   Thank you in advance for any information you can share!
