What is import UGC and what are its usecase.

Hi,We have no numbers in the dynamic reports from the 29/6 and onwards. Are there any known issues currently existing or could it be something happening specifically with our environment?/Filip 

In subscription history, the number of recipient who has subscribed to the service is 1,52,685 . While in worflow, i am targeting 13,880 .I have tried truncating and then re-running the worklfow. I am unable to resolve this conflict. Kindly help.

Hi All, I am working on a headless AEM implementation using the assets API. One of the CFMs that editors can create CFs from contains a rich text section. If the editor enters an image into this rich text section, I am not sure how I can make this ada compliant as the <img> tag doesn't have an alt-text property. Any suggestions folks? Thanks,

while creating brochures, business card, merge, flyer ,ad, post card  there is not templates available so how to create brochures, business card, merge, flyer ,ad, post card  templates in AEM.The template option is not visible here. 

hi, I have a problem accessing AEM. I try with my devices, a Lenovo laptop and a Macbook pro, I tray with ethernet cable and with wi fi.Every time when I enter my username and password, while I am writing, the page refreshes and the initial login button appears again.I have tried with edge, chrome and safari. Hi there!!    We are looking to build out an attribution model in 2021 so we can begin to more accurately track mktg contribution to sales pipeline. Recently our org just adopted Tableau and we were able to set up Marketo and SFDC integrations. Our hope is that we would be able to leverage Tableau to build out these models using data from both Marketo and SFDC.   I am working on my analytics skills, but there is a lot left for me to learn. We are looking to bring on some additional help to build out these models. So far, I have chatted with Perkuto and Digital Pi, and it seems like this ask is harder than we anticipated.    Has anyone built out an attribution model / reporting in Tableau? Any recommendations on where to start or who to partner with to help us build this out? To be honest, I have no idea where to begin!

Hi, We are trying to pull the collection value in an event condition on the sandbox environment, but it is showing as disabled, while hovering over that collection, its giving a popup to switch to advance mode. But advance mode is not showing in that condition, Can anybody suggest why?  

Hi, I just activated an activity with AT as reporting source. I have QA to verify the expected experience. The primary goal is a lightbox clickthrough.My team has performed some lightbox clickthroughs on the live site. However, after an hour, I still do not see the conversions in reporting. May I know what is the latency for conversion data to appear in reporting?

Hey! I think the image explains my question....my pages reports do not match up with my fallout report data. The first page is always the same, then it differs dramatically. No segments have been applied, this is just basic data.  

What is the difference between PageURL(v7)  and . RootURL(v18).??? Pageviews, Visits and Unique Visitors shows different numbers  Thanks,Alfonso

Hi, I know there's a few threads about this and I've tried following the solutions like the one here: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/subscription-preference-center-page-forms-and-unchecking-all/m-p/310820#M175490 but I can't work out what I'm doing wrong with the code to make this work.   We have a preference centre for subscribers to opt in and out of our various emails and when they visit it's pre-populated with ticks for their relevant subscriptions.  When they check the 'Unsubscribe from all' I want it to untick all those boxes, I've tried the solutions in a few threads like the above from @sanfordwhiteman but it's not working for me.   Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong from this page: https://go.wilmingtonplc.com/Axco-Manage-Your-Communication-Preferences.html

A similar question was asked 6 years so I'm wondering if there is an updated response to this. How can I report on progressive profiling to see if it is successful, for example how much extra data did we get on specific fields? Any insights please

Hello, I'm running into issues with the Naming Convention in the Data Extraction activity.  We host our Instance On Prem and I can get the file to extract to the appropriate folder with this JS in the "File Name" input:<%= formatDate(getCurrentDate(), "%4Y%2M%2D_TEST") %>.csv&<%= formatDate(new Date(), "%4Y%2M%2D_TEST") %>.csv What I'm having issues with is that I want to add a day to the file name, I've tried :<%= formatDate(getCurrentDate() +1, "%4Y%2M%2D_TEST") %>.csv, adding a JS activity before the Data Extraction to call a date variable with the "+1", and adding the date variable in the initialization script in the advanced tab of the Data Extraction activity with no luck.  I'm getting errors regarding the "+1". Is this possible to name a file a future date within the Data Extraction activity?  Thanks in advance and feel free to reach out with any questions if needed. Thanks,Shaun H.

I'm trying to see if there is a way that I can breakup the picklist values for a single field on a form.  Basically we want to group a set of values under one section and then a separate group of values under section two. So it would look like this to the user:   Section A -Choice 1  -Choice 2 -Choice 3 Section B -Choice 4 -Choice 5 -Choice 6   But both sections A and B would be the same MKTO field -- and to my understanding you cant add the same field to the form more than once. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to accomplish this?

Good morning,I would like to upgrade the Dispatcher from version 4.3.3 to version 4.3.5. Reading the documentation I can't understand if I can copy the configurations from version 4.3.3 to version 4.3.5 and everything continues to work unlessDispatcherRestrictUncacheableContent ? Could you tell me if by copying the configuration files from one version to another everything continues to work ? Thanks

Hi team,  I have a scenario where three dropdowns and inside first dropdown 3 options are there. Each options are having a multifield. As well as another nested dropdown where five options are there. Each five options are having different multifields. As well as another nested multifield which is having another one multifield. When I'm trying to author the dialog , at some stage my multifield add button is disappearing. But when I go to configMgr-> Apache Sling Main Servlet->Number of Calls per Request . After changing the value to 6000 "Number of Calls per Request" My author dialog working fine with those multifields .Any input highly appreciated. Dialog hierarchy as below
