I was wondering where I can get a clear definition of trusted versus untrusted source. Particularly, what is considered as "untrusted" according Marketo? BTW, I've not found the definition on this page, so please don't source this: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/administration/field-management/block-field-updates-during-list-import-from-untrusted-sources.html. Maybe it's just me.   Thank you!

Hi! We are attempting to export nearly 400 images from Design Studio on one MKTO instance, then upload them to Design Studio on another instance.    I generally followed this article: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/export-design-studio-assets/ta-p/299249 with the intention to collect all file locations in instance #1 and use Microsoft Excel Visual Basic to download the files into a local folder, then upload to instance #2 through Design Studio. Rather than using a scraper for steps 1-5, I followed this article https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/export-design-studio-assets/ta-p/249458 to get the URLs via Marketo's REST API folder browse feature (using Postman). That worked great! Now I have the URLs for all the images in instance #1. However, I ran into a bit of a dead end with actually downloading those images. The form has Signature fields. Server is LiveCycle ES 2.5, Turnkey.  Windows/JBoss/MySQL. Client computer has the latest Acrobat Reader X (10.0).   After the form is saved in the ContentSpace, I download the .pdf form file from the ContentSpace into a folder on the C: drive, open the file with Reader, and there's a Green checkmark on the top, it says everything is valid. All looks good.   Then I log out of Windows, log back in on the same computer, using a different Windows account, open the same .pdf file with Reader, this time, there's no green checkmark instead, there's a warning message on the top of the Reader win

Hi, I was checking for campaign data which was run by using DV360.As per the configuration and expectation the referring domain should be googleapis.com.But along with googleapis.com the amazon-adsystem.com is there in the report for the same campaign.Can anyone help me to understand why this is there and should I include it in reporting or not ?

I have 2-3 component node which are not required. I am writing workflow to check those node. How should I delete the node using Java. Eg: Node1- ExampleNode2- Test If I find the resource.getName() as Node1 delete that node 

We have a live content recommendation activity which is serving the most popular content viewed across our website within the previous 7 days. I have set the activity so that the primary metric is 'clicks on recommendation' and the activity uses Adobe Analytics as the reporting source. I can see within Target and Analytics the number of times recommended content has been clicked. However, I can't seem to find a way to determine which of the content recommendations were actually clicked. Is there a way to find this info? Ideally I'd like to know how many times a piece of content has been served within a content recommendation and how many times it has been clicked.

Hello!   Can I get some clarification wrt to how to connect AEP and Target?  From what I gathered, currently AEP has to leverage Audience Manager?  In the absence of Manager, it can work with tag extension as well?  With the beta release, I'm assuming the connection becomes automatic?    Thanks!

Our creative director mostly spends his time in WF reviewing and approving tasks and documents. The "log time" option doesn't appear on tasks or documents he's sent for approval, but we want to capture the time he takes as its a large portion of his billable time. Right now he can manually search and add projects to his timesheet, but since he works on a few dozen a week, this is really cumbersome and we run the risk of missing large chunks of billable time. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi All, I am hoping one of you can offer some insight into something we've noticed happening (somewhat) recently on our file uploads into the Dynamic Media Classic system.  When we upload psd templates, instead of simply overwriting the file as it previously did, now we're seeing versions of the template files.  The file names are appended with -1, -2, -3, etc.  Is that what the purpose is of this newer functionality, to provide versioning of image assets? Thanks much for any thoughts!

Hello, We are using the AEM CMS for our website  We have a consent component on AEM linked to our GTM and we are not using a CMP.  On this consent we have 3 buttons :-Accept-Continue without accepting-Configure We would like to know if we can have the data of people not giving their consent when entering on our website (clic on "continue without accepting" button). In fact when a user give its consent, we have this information on Google Analytics yet not when they are not giving it. Could we have a documentation ? Thank you 

We are setting our environment to send 1 email per day to the recipients. Now we do have certain campaigns that due to legal reasons cant be throttled for Customer Optimization/Fatigue. So whenever a delivery for those campaigns is executed, using a expression, we prevent that campaign from getting "Optimizied".Now the question is, let say we have a very imp campaign which is weighted very high in the Pressure rule. But due the fact that this earlier mentioned campaign already executed without "Optimization", now my Imp Campaign will get suppressed as the recipient already received their 1 email per day.Is there any way ACC can ignore sent message from certain deliveries when it considers the "Maximum number of message" an recipient can recieve.

Hello, I have a Header component that I am using in a experience fragment, my Header has a responsive grid inside because I want to be able to add modular Header component like Nav Items:<sly data-sly-resource="${resource @ resourceType='wcm/foundation/components/responsivegrid'}"></sly> This seems to work fine and I was able to create a experience fragment for the header with a .xml file but when I try to add navigation items from the XF Editor I don't see the option to add my Nav Item component, it looks like I can only add the regular groups, it currently looks like this: But what I need is for it to look like this: I thought this could be done by only modifying the policies so under ui.content/src/main/content/jcr_root/conf/kg-commons/settings/wcm/policies/.content.xmlI went and added two new policies like so: But this doesn't seem to work, any ideas? We have a page in language masters under say folder "A". Now I move that page to folder "B". When I rollout the page, it does not execute the move in the child page - it still shows up under folder A in the child pages. Is this expected or what is the right way so that the child page does move as well? Thanks

This barcode should always have 16 fields no matter how much data is included. In an xslt stylesheet there are attributes like max-symbol-size and min-symbol-size. Is there a way to set this attributes in adobe lifecycle desingner for a datamatrix barcode? Thanks,JS40

Hi All,I have a use case where i need to validate few fields displayed on the form before printing the form in HTML5. I am checking the presence property of the fields and validating if the field has any values. The code is working fine in PDF as i am able to get the number of fields which are mandatory and which are left blank, but the same code in HTML5 is not working as it is not giving me the correct count. Also in HTML5, The form is considering the fields which are present inside the hidden subform for mandatory checks. Is it an expected behavior..?? Can you please let me know if there is a way i can check for mandatory and non mandatory fields in HTML5 form to perform this validation at runtime. ThankPranay

I tried to do this in a free form table by adding the page type dimension to rows, using the metric page views. I then added page types I wanted to see the cross activity for to the segment section above. Instead of getting what is shown in the video, I just get the metric for the specific page I highlight in the segment area. The corresponding page is the only one that appears in the row, unlike the video where multiple products appear in the rows.
