We classify our product data into classes and subclasses. Currently, we have hundreds of subclasses. I built a segment to only display data for 21 subclasses, but all of the subclasses are displayed when I generate the report. This is a snap shot of the last seven dimensions (subclass) in the segment I built: But, you can see the workspace report returns 1,612 subclasses and I was only expecting 21 subclasses. How can I include only the 21 subclasses I need and exclude all the rest? Thank you for consideration,I-5 

I have a funnel for the payment process in our app. I made a segment out of this funnel (using "Create segment from touchpoint"), and then a metric out of this segment (using Unique Visitors).I got the query JSON for this metric and sent it using the "GET reports" API. We use this API for many other reports, and they work fine.The query results were lower than what we see in Workspace. For example, in a certain month I got 8997707 Unique Visitors vs. 9496408 in Workspace.This is the first time we get such differences in our query results, and I noticed that this is also the first time we use a very complex segment - it is composed of many filters: browser existence, component version strings, domain names and more. I came across this question and I wonder if it has something to do with a mismatch of API versions.Any idea why this happens?If you need more details, please feel free to ask.

OS: RHEL 7.6 Server: AEM-6.5.1 SP-6.5.5Dispatcher: (build 4.3.2/apache2.4-linux-x86_64-ssl)ACS Commons: v4.3.4 I configured the clientlib versioning as said in the acs commons site. Firstly it was not working but after restarting server then it creates the versioning as belowclientlib-base.ACSHASH75871bff2d63056d75f1d9fecbfcc86d.js But the problem is, after deploying my latest code then the versioning is not working(the code contains rewrite versioning node). If I restart the server then it is working. Iam wiered on this and I cannot restart my server every post deployment. Please anybody faced this issue or this is the expected behaviour.

I am in a need to change user visited urls (pageURL evar dimention value) need to be changed to show correct data in a dashboard, just need to change a url parameter value alone for old data, is it possible?

We are testing the MSI Outlook Plugin for part of our sales team to use and if we use the Bcc field it will not register in the activity log in SF. If you send and track an email using Bcc, should it register in MSI and in the activity log? Right now we are only seeing it track in the MSI - Email section when we send as Bcc.    We also are testing this using a template we created - not sure if this will make a difference   Update with Answer: We were using the wrong trigger: "Is Sent Sales Emailed" is what was needed along with "create task" in the flow  

We rely heavily on a few fields in Salesforce that are populated using Process Builder in Salesforce.  - Last Campaign (Name of last SFDC Campaign they're a member of) - Last Campaign Member Status - Original Campaign   We're seeing issues from this process builder, which updates the lead/contact every time someone is added to a SFDC campaign, or their campaign member status changes. It seems to be causing problems where we can't added campaign members to SFDC campaigns in bulk from marketo because the process builder fails.    A couple of questions:  - Is there a way in Marketo to reference the most recent SFDC Campaign and populate these fields?  - If not, is there a change we could make to the process in SFDC to eliminate this issue?

Adobe form with reader extensions enabled the dynamic table displays an extra row in reader but not acrobat any ideas to resolve? In designer Row1 binding Repeat Row for Each Data Item is checked as well as Min Count set to 1. When I open form in Acrobat DC the table displays one row as expected but when I save with reader extensions enabled and open with reader there are two rows displayed.

Good afternoon, Does anyone know of a way that we can update a requests Queue Topic after it is submitted? We have a queue that has 2 Topics Groups and 10 Queue Topics, and even with a description of what each is for as a hover option we have requests being submitted to the wrong ones. Is there a ways for either the Project owner of where the queue is housed or others who have manage access to the queue can change those to fall within the correct ones? Thank you,Kristina

Whenever I create an Activity, it defaults to Inactive. These are using Experience Targeting and Json Offers.  Once I create it, I start receiving the inactive activity instantly before I activate it.  This seems to only occur in one of the workspaces that we have setup for testing only.  Is there some sort of configuration issue?  What would cause this?

Hello, I am using AEM 6.5.9 to follow the REact SPA tutorial. I am working on the navigation section. I completed the section but noticed everytime I click on the menu the page refresh and call a  new document, doing some debug, noticed that the CMP-navigation class is not being proxied to the rest of the router components, also the prop isRouted is missing hence, the component is rendering a normal link. Hi everyone, I've created a QA visit segment for customers that have a marketing channel of direct and then a PPC channel based on a query string value. The direct channel is for all customers who hit the site without a tracking code, referrer, and it's the first page of their visit (this is one of the last channels set in the marketing channel processing rules)The PPC channel is based on matching the bit of the query string where we pass the channel name (this is the first rule set in the marketing channel processing rules) I'm surprised to see anyone in this segment, as the only way to trigger the PPC rule is to hit a page with the relevant query string value which can only be achieved by going through a search engine. What this seems to imply is a customer hits the site and then another page in the same visit with a URL containing the query string parameter which, as mentioned previously, would only be available using a link from a search engine. Or a custom

I have downloaded the XD plugin for Workfront. There are a couple of fundamental bits that don't seem to workI am wondering if i'm doing something wrong or if these are to be implemented into the plugin 1) On creating a proof from within the plugin, i am able to select a proof workflow template, but i am unable to add people in to a stage on my templateWe basically have a sign-off 1 & 2 that constantly changes, dependent on brand & Channel. I can select the template ok but have no option to add people in to a stagemeaning that i cant use workflow templates 2) Can I create a proof using a URL Any help or advice is much appreciatedMany thanks Dan
