There seems to be bug in our project where in I am unable to delete an asset which was loaded without an extension.I tried to delete and we get a console error.How can we restrict uploading assets without an extension to DAM? Do we have anything OOB for this fundtionality?

There used to be an incredibly helpful tool for us under Setup > Audit Logs that pulled an automatic last log in report for all users. It was a quick report button that showed name, date of last log in, and success/failure of log in. My co-administrator and I frequently used it to determine which teams were no longer using WF, or which users had left our organization without updating us to remove them from the system. That report appears to be gone or has moved. We've tried to recreate it, with little success. Can anyone point us in the right direction of where it may be located, or how to build a report that pulls just the last log in date by user? Thanks!

If I've created a collection of assets that I need for our corporate pages, how do I choose assets from that collection while I'm authoring pages in AEM? I only seem to be able to drag/drop from the usual tree structure and can't tap into my collections. 

I have webpages as Single page application (SPA) without refresh. I am getting adobe hit for every URL change with the help of History Change event type. Now I am trying to capture some of the data layer objects on every URL change. For this I created seprate data elements and mapped them to evars & enabled a DOM ready event type rule in launch however, I am unable to get anything in the debugger (looks like DOM reday is not right event type). Any suggestions on this? I also tried changing it to history change but I am facing timing issue. The values of data elements are populating later on, which means data elements of page A are populating when page B or C are clicked.

I'm looking for a report that will show me when users are going rogue and unnassigning themselves from a task they've been assigned by a PM and then reassigning that task to another (equal) member of their team. in the task updates (system updates) it will look like this: [User A] requested that [User B] work on this Aug 5, 2021 11:20 am [User A] unassigned [User A] Aug 5, 2021 11:20 am I understand I can lock down the tasks so people cannot reassign them, but sometimes it is warranted and legitimate.... Hey! I am currently using AEM 6.5 and trying to start working on setting up a form for the first time, but seemingly can't access the url? I tried to reinstall the Forms package and didn't get any success in that. Any help would be appreciated! Hi Everyone,  We have a use case where we need to sort a result by different fields. E.g. In an existing system we have fields named as countryLang or lang or language in different components, we are introducing some enhancements by giving search and sort option to the system. All these fields have same set of data only, we need to sort the result set by considering all these fields of the components. Is there any way to provide a single alias name in Lucene index and query so that all these fields are considered as same? please let me know if there is any other approach to tackle the problem. Hi all,Hope you are doing well!We want to set up other countries/languages based on our Master one. We have header and footer added on our templates. But, when we create e.g. a Spanish page(inside Spanish language root), we can not use the same header as the English one. But, inside templates we have added the header and footer of the English one. What would be the best solution for to manage templates? Should we create templates for each language of each country, and add the specific header to each template? Or is there any other approach? Because, creating templates for each language, by the end there will be a lot of templates. Thanks!

Using Form Composer we are attempting to use Template Literals as part of our code. We have an Campaign Classic (7.0 build 9032) frontal server (hosted on-prem) which runs tracking and web modules only. The DB user for this instance currently has a lot of permissions, but we’d like to reduce them for security reasons. We already tried that, but the instance then stopped working. Is there a list of permissions required for the DB user when we run tracking and web modules only?

Hi guys, I hope everyone is doing good and health. I'm trying to implement an use case that I don't really know if it's possible or if I'm missing something. Let me give a quick overview. I've created a new Datasource (based on Customer ID) to onboard data from the CRM. For the onboarding process I'm basically importing only CRM_ID  TRAIT_ID (ie):1 "crm_user_user"="1"2 "crm_user_user"="1".....The file is process fine:  We have Adobe Analytics on the Website and we have server-side forwarding in place - working fine, we have other destinations. At Data Collection (Launch) we are doing the ID Sync once the user logs in, passing the integration code of the Onboarding Datasource (created above) and the logged CRM_ID for the ID Sync - our understanding it's that this ID Sync will map the AAM UUID with the CRM ID on this Datasource (right?). We worked with Adobe TechOps and created a S2S Destinatios (User DPID segment export) - Already in place.&n

Hello, Got a question about custom functions as I am trying to achieve something. I have a custom function defined with a fixed number of parameters and I am trying to create the possibility for the author to add as many fields as parameters in the rule editor. Is there a possibility for me to accept an undefined number of arguments? I was searching through the documentation here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/forms/adaptive-forms-advanced-authorin... and found a snippet saying: "Allowed parameter types are:stringnumberbooleanAll other parameter types are categorized under one of the above. None is not supported. Ensure that you select one of the types above. Types are not case sensitive." This kind of makes me believe parameters cannot be arrays, but wanted to make sure.I am using AEM 6.5 Thanks,Daniel

I happened to notice that Modal was mentioned in few training materials as part of the core AEM components library. Wondering whether it was ever built and then archived lately. It would be handy to know the structure of this modal component. Also, there is an open issue logged for modal experience fragment, https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components/issues/509. This is also something I am exploring at the moment. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. 

MOPs Pros,We're going to be updating our program name taxonomy and channels soon, but interested in best practices. Here are the options I can think of:1. Update the name on the current program - we can't update channels in this case though so we'll be left with old channel 2. Create new campaign and migrate members from old campaign over - we get the updated campaign name and channel, but will have wrong member status dates as they'll appear as the date they were moved over. Also, need to be mindful of other operational campaigns that might get triggered 3. Create new campaign but don't migrate members from old campaign over - only new members will show under the new campaign name so we'll have a split in reporting in members from that cut-over date   Are there any options or details I'm missing? What have you found as best practice?

We have setup a new MySQL connection and when we test the connection get the following error. The time zone noted in the error is the setting for both adobe campaign and the target mysql db.  I noted one other thread regarding this issue but couldn't determine what the solution was.     The connection is as follows (sensitive data removed). 

Inside our digitalData datalayer we have an Array which captures all the Javascript errors that happen on the page and list them inside it. How can I then take this array and split it up to pass to an eVar? I'm fine doing it for a single javascript varaiable within the dataLayer, just unsure of how to capture each line inside the Array,

Suppose I'm trying to found out the  total number of products purchased on my website, (counting in the cart additions and subtracting the cart removals), would 'product' dimension be the one I go to?Does Adobe do these calculations on backend ? Currently, I'm using approximate count distinct function with products dimension and it gives me all products added to cart without excluded cart removals. Any ideas?

Hi All,  We are using clickstream in some of our reporting.We've set up our identifier within clickstream as suggested by Adobe - using  "VDSID HIGH - VDSID LOW" concatenation.We've also started passing the adobemarketingID value that is passed out of the box into an evar.Those two values (VDS_ID High & Low vs, the evar) do not match - why wouldn't they be the same thing?
