We are a small team and we don't use the resource tools hardly at all so I'm wondering if there are other people who are small like us with small creative teams who wing it more than plan it. I have a new person who will assign work for the first time since we launched 2.5 years ago and I'm re-evaluating how they are notified that someone needs to be assigned. Currently we have 2 tasks in every project that says "Assign designer" and "Assign Copywriter" The Design Director says that's the only way he knows that there's a new project to assign someone to. Even though he is a Resource Manager in the project, he says he gets no other notifications when a project is launched, and he puts those notifications in a folder if he doesn't action them immediately. This works for him, but I also find that I'm constantly marking his "assign designer" task complete because he forgets/doesn't get back to it (and he's the sweetest mos

I'm stumped - I have an email newsletter that links to a Marketo landing page, and when I click through (the real email, not a test), the mkt_tok doesn't appear in the URL.  This is problematic because we're hoping to pre-fill form fields on the landing page.   I've confirmed that pre-fill is enabled on the form fields.  Plus, the other non-LP links in my email DO have the mkt_tok appended.   I did try to also use query parameters to pull in the data (like &First={{lead.First Name}}&Last={{lead.Last Name}}&Email={{lead.Email Address}}) and that didn't work either.  When I remove them, I still have the same problem.     What am I missing??

Hello -We use Marketo Sales Insight exclusively within Salesforce. We currently have a few Salesforce reports that breakdown contacts that have been sent Marketo emails sent, opened Marketo emails and clicked in Marketo emails. This report is driven from the Activities object.My question:Is there a way to create a new Salesforce to show contacts that have unsubscribed from Marketo emails?If not, is there a work around we could set up within Marketo itself to route via an email subscription to a particular user?Thanks in advance!-Chris

Hello I have a question about the below error seen multiple times in our prod logs. Our's is a DAM implementation project. The reason for this error is specified as below: "The actual issue is AEM could not resolve the servlet and assumes it as a resource path but this is not a valid resource path, the below exception will be thrown when AEM tries to set the property values." Can someone help understand if this is a OOB servlet call and how to trace the servlet details? Hi I have a question about publish later.  Does this work alongside page versioning? Use case - Someone schedules the publish later for 30th Sept midnight for the current version.   In the meantime someone else makes a general edit and publishes the page.    At 30th September midnight - will AEM publish the version of the page that was set at the time they scheduled the publish or will it publish the latest version of the page with the extra edit? thanksKeeley

I have a funnel for the payment process in our app. I made a segment out of this funnel (using "Create segment from touchpoint"), and then a metric out of this segment (using Unique Visitors).When I choose a date range of 31 months (Jan 1 2019 - Jul 31 2021) I get 9511871 Unique Visitors for July 2021.When I choose a date range of 24 months (Aug 1 2019 - Jul 31 2021) without changing anything else, I get 9453538 Unique Visitors for July 2021.This is strange, because the amount of Unique Visitors in each month should be completely independent of the other months (the metric I created does not have any reference to the date, nor a "Then" clause).Any idea what might be causing this? 

He creado un formulario pdf con Adobe LiveCycle Designer y he insertado un campo de firma con la opción de que sólo bloquee algunos campos tras firmar.Todo funciona bien e incluso el campo firma si se completa el formulario con Adobe Acrobat Profesional o Foxit reader (lector gratuito). La idea es que funcione con Acrobat Reader para dar más versatilidad al documento, pero el al intentar firmar en el campo firma en Acrobat reader no ocurre nada, ni tan siguiera aparece el menú desplegable con los certificados que tengo en el equipo. Como ya he comentado si se abre el mismo formulario pdf con Acrobat Profesional si  funciona ese mismo campo de firma.Muchas gracias!

While creating i18n keys, I see that for some i18n keys the value of jcr:primaryType is nt:folder  whereas for rest of them, the value of  jcr:primaryType is sling:MessageEntry. Why is this difference ? And will this have any impact ?

Hi there, I have been setting up pre-event promotion emails and promoting the lineup of individual panels, presentations etc. Under each of these individual events there's a CTA to 'Register' but they all go to the same landing page/url. Is it possible to tell which event generated the most clicks to the landing page without building unique utms for each?

I noticed that the Activity ID is visible for some activities, but not others, in the Activity Overview screen.What steps are required before the Activity ID displays on that screen? Do I need to take the activity to a certain point in the process?

Hello Workfront Community, Is there a way to to categorize issues for reporting. We want to be able to create a report that groups issues based on a category or type. This way we can see trends and provide training to resolve certain types of issues that occur frequently. If we can't categorize issues, is that a way to group them in a report based a word or phrase in the description that we can group in a report. Thanks in advance for any help! Hi All, Could you please let me know if Adobe Analytics data is available in snowflake ? Is data sharing an option to access the adobe analytics raw data feed ? In our current process we extract the raw data feed through ftp and load in to the SQL DWH. Since we are migrating to Snowflake, I was wondering if Adobe Analytics raw data feed is available in Snowflake and if Yes, is data sharing possible from Adobe's snowflake account to any other snowflake account. Thanks in advance. 

Currently we have a process where if our record count exceeds a certain value, an email will get sent to the general login account and every user has to log out of their own account to log into this one to approve the exceeded count.Is there a way to have multiple assignees, but only need one user to approve this step?We don't need multiple users to approve one workflow, we just want to have multiple users so then anyone can approve this step.
