Hello WF Gurus I have a task report that we have configured to work as a status report for a dept. The assigned users can update their task % complete, update durations if needed, add inline comments to the particular task (custom task field), update a custom status inline (custom task status). I also want to include adding hours (tracking time) to that task via in line editing. Is that possible - i want to avoid pushing them to the actual task on the project - clicking in the updates tab and then adding time or navigating to the timesheet. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi, There is minification enabled in AEM, but while checking content of minified js, I could see non minified content I means its same as actual js file seems its not minified. kindly help us to debug this issue. Please note we are re build the clientlibs, there is no syntax errors. Thanks in advance!

After upgrading to 6.5.5.0 service pack we noticed while activating any page via "Manage Publication" process, It asks for a workflow process, even though the page is not associated with any workflow. It does not show any workflow just a placeholder and the button gets disabled upon click. There is no error in the log as well. Anyone facing this issue?

Hello! A client of our is considering moving to Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP. They currently use Target and Campaign manager but their analytics tracking is implemented with the Google suite using GA and GTM datalayer. Because of this, I am uncertain on the best approach to send web data to AEP. We want to keep the existing GTM datalayer as recreating a new one could be expensive. Our options for sending data to AEP are either to use Adobe Launch or to write custom JavaScript Alloy send event calls directly in GTM for every event pushed to the datalayer. (we can also ask developers to code these Alloy events outside GTM) I’m torn because it seems simpler to use Launch instead of rewriting every event pushed to the datalayer in a custom javaScript Alloy call. However, if we go the Launch approach, we would end up having with two tag management systems. Anyone encounter a similar situation where both Adobe Launch and GTM are placed on the site? Any advice?

Hi- Hoping for some clarification on any errors I may encounter in the following scenario. Say I have 10 traits that are outdated and need to be delete entirely.Each trait is currently connected to various segments.The segments contain other active traits, so I would like to keep the segment itself. Am I able to delete each of these traits, even though they are connected to various segments? Do segments automatically update if a connected trait is removed? Or is it the case that I would need to update each segment individually to remove the connected traits that I want to delete, and THEN go and delete the trait? Any clarification on this process would be helpful. Can we bring in email IDs to AEP and get them encrypted, and when they leave Platform have them decrypted? How and what approach should be followed?

Hi all, I was trying the BAAAM tool plugin to access traits and segments. I have the latest 64-bit Microsoft Excel version and downloaded the BAAAM worksheet from the AAM Release notes.After copy-pasting the information token & ORG id, later I try clicking on "validate token" but keep getting a Token error  -  Token Error: 400 Bad Request {"message":"Strings must not be null","code":"ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT"} Can someone please help how to troubleshoot this and fix it? I've already tried the following:- I have tried it running with and without a corporate porxy server running behind- I have the latest 64-bit Microsoft version- I have saved the file as a macro-enabled excel (.xlsm) Would really appreciate some help on this. Thanks,Jyothi Naik

This QRCOde object is not assigned any default value but we are assign page number and form name to the QRCode using Javascript on layout ready eventQRCode.rawValue = formname+pageNo +" of "+pagetotal this XDP when generated as interactive PDF from formservice.renderPDFForm method and applied Reader extension then output pdf doesnt show QR code on browser.However, when we open the PDF and make any change and save it, thereafter if opened on chrome it shows QR Code properly.Environment: AEM 6.5.8 with forms packageAny guidance? Manu Gupta 

Hi, In Adobe Campaign Classic there are instances where one email is tied to several Adobe IDs.When I retrieve the opt-in status I see the status for all Adobe IDs.  What would happen in the case that I'm updating a field based on the email address. Hi everyone!We have a daily triggered workflow that uploads a list on an SFTP (daily or twice a day) and this is done via File Mapping. The lists are uploaded fine, but when the workflow reaches the "END" activity, it stays in Pause mode. This makes that the file mapping process stays in "In progress" and so the next file is never uploaded. The logs of the error in the END activity are the following 3: 3: SCR-160012 Javascript error while evaluating script2: Unable to move file 'XXX' (-52)1: BAS-010015 Cannot open file 'XXX' with write access (errno=2, No such file or directory) The javascript seems to be fine (it works just as it is in other worfklows). Any ideas on what is happening? Thank you all!

Hi everyone!I have a delivery which I set to be sent in waves. Unfortunately, it was expediently set to send 20% a day instead of an hour. Is there a way to send remaining emails without setting up a new workflow? I already tried to hit 'Restart' button in the delivery dashboard and 'Start' button in the deliveries list view, but nothing happened. I also tried to see if there's somewhere I can remove the throttling setting, but no luck. The problem is it's an A/B test workflow so I used list update activities after the deliveries for later analysis and even though not all emails were sent the full number of emails TO SEND was already recorded in the list. So there's no easy way to set up a new workflow and just exclude people who already received an email AND keep the integrity of the current testing groups.Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Hi all!We are currently trying to figure out a way to track all cell codes, or campaign codes with just one delivery. Right now when we set up a campaign we normally have to set up multiple deliveries if there are more than 1 cell code for our team to later track the open rates and any reporting that they want done to an individual cell code.Is it possible to just set up one delivery and have all those cell codes or campaign codes and create a custom reporting workflow that will automatically give all those reporting details to those separate cell codes or campaign codes with just one delivery step in the workflow?

He creado un formulario pdf con Adobe LiveCycle Designer y he insertado un campo de firma con la opción de que sólo bloquee algunos campos tras firmar.Todo funciona bien e incluso el campo firma si se completa el formulario con Adobe Acrobat Profesional o Foxit reader (lector gratuito). La idea es que funcione con Acrobat Reader para dar más versatilidad al documento, pero el al intentar firmar en el campo firma en Acrobat reader no ocurre nada, ni tan siguiera aparece el menú desplegable con los certificados que tengo en el equipo. Como ya he comentado si se abre el mismo formulario pdf con Acrobat Profesional si  funciona ese mismo campo de firma.Muchas gracias!

Hi There I have form with an repeating SubForm named "AddCont" containing a table named "ContactT. In the table I have a text field named "ContactP" in Row1 of the Table which automatically indexes when a new SubForm is added. I need to get the get value of "ContactP" in the last instance of the SubForm.

I'm trying to dynamically pull forms into our website via the REST API. Currently, I'm querying the Form Fields REST API via the Form Field Controller, but the field ID returned is the SOAP ID, and not the REST ID, so I receive errors when trying to submit a form using those IDs. Is there a way to get the proper IDs from that request? There is no way as far as I can tell to cross-reference those returned fields with the Describe API to pull the proper REST IDs.   Thanks for the help!
