Is it possible for Adobe to count download link clicks as Exits, especially the file opens in a new window.  i realize that Adobe should first and foremost count the download link because its linktype = d, but i don't understand why i see exits measured against download urls.  i'm trying to understand the scenario of why.

Hi all Anyone can tell me the definition of Users (Mobile) and App User how are they counted?I see the number, at least in our case, of Unique Visitors is the same than Users (Mobile) and App User, so I checked the definition of Unique Visitors: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/metrics/unique-visitors.html?lang=en#unique-visitorsBut, it is not clear how these metrics are counted. Hi, We are able to see different version of URLs. In workspace, Example: www.example.com/home.html > proper one we also able to see www.example.com//home.html (with double slash because of Typed/Bookmarked dimension majorly. Some traffic from referring domains too. It not only displaying for home page. It is coming for category and sub category pages too.  NOTE: Adobe image request/call is happening even with double, triple, infinity slash for all the page in the website. So that we able to receive data to ADOBE workspace with different version of URLs for same page. I hope, this can be avoided by configuring under DOMAIN level going forward. Example kind of 301 permanent redirection or any other URL structure setup. Please let us know whether I'm on the same page or is there anything can be done under tool end too. I hope CMS- domain level change is pretty straight forward to avoid this type of issue even with other tools. Thanks! @

In a landing page with Marketo Form, below JS is redirecting to else condition only. Does the SDK support AT implementation on in-app TV and set top box? I saw there is a success story of SKY that did it for set top box, but I don't know which version of SDK has been used.Thank you in advance.

Hi Community,For one of our client email address is not receiving scheduled or adhoc deliveries, they just get the api triggered messages. I checked the sending logs it showed unreachable, inbound email bouce rule.The email was seen in the Quarantine list, so I changed its status to valid but still it's not receiving deliveries. Anything else I need to update?

Hi, I have setup ClickSend as an external account using their guide:https://help.clicksend.com/article/l6hbrh9y82-send-sms-with-adobe-campaign I've sent them our IP addresses provided by Adobe Support to have them whitelisted.  However, when I try to send an SMS, nothing appears to happen. I've enabled verbose logging, however, when I look at a delivery log, I don't see anything in the log.  Are those logs stored somewhere else?  Any tips on what I should be looking at to debug this further? Thanks,Chris

Question: We have various Adobe Analytics Users with the AA Product Profile of: 1) Super Admin.We are considering removing this access from select users whom we do not intend to have Adobe Analytics Admin access, however we are not sure if doing this will carry over implications to other Adobe Platforms. Can you please advise, if we remove the Super Admin access in AA from select users, could their access to other Adobe Products such as: Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe APIs/AWS, etc., become impacted or deprecated? Also, are there any other impacts which might be experienced which we haven’t considered?

Has anybody tried implementing Google analytics on authoring environment itself. Yes, sounds crazy. However as aem OOTB doesn't provide any information related to concurrent users and active logged in users, pages authored most etc.., thought why not implement GA on authoring environment.  Any thoughts on how to implement.

I have a scenario regarding translations and I'm not sure what the best practices for handling it is. Here is the scenario: 1. We have a page in English2. We create a translated Language Copy of the English page in French3. The translated French page is later edited to add France-specific content to an existing Text Component after the page was translated4. We decide to change some content on the English page in that same Text Component5. The page gets re-translated into French to include the new English content6. The French specific content that was added in Step 3 is lost. How can we maintain content that gets added to a translated page after the page goes through another translation?

Hello, We use Adobe Campaign Classic. We have a few workflows that run quite a bit of data through them (over 5 mill records).  We are splitting out by recency in our database and have multiple deliveries (with sometimes AB testing).   Once in a while we get error message:Status: Personalization or Count FailedError message: The delivery has failedXSV-350122 An error occurred and the process has been stopped. Hi,In our lower environments, we would like to restrict the SMSes from being sent to unauthorized number. Is there a way I can force/implement that whitelist in ACC?One solution I can think of is to add a typology rule that checks for specific phone numbers. It seems that uber-jar apis is not available after version 6.5.5 Version 6.5.6 (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/adobe/aem/uber-jar/6.5.6/) doesn't provide uber-jar-6.5.6-apis.jar. Neither does the following versions 6.5.6-1.0 nor 6.5.7  Is this on purpose? Should we depend on another library instead of the 'api'?

I have made some modifications in one of my forms in Marketo and now, all the landing pages that used this form appear with a yellow and green icon.  What does this mean exactly? What happens if I leave it like that? Would any workflow stop working? Thanks in advance for your answer

HI , I need to set date type programmatically  in crx repo so that it should work with both classic and touch UI datepicker.Currently I am setting up as a string "Fri Dec 04 2020 13:08:08 GMT-0700" which is working for classic but not for Touch UI.I have tried with using SimpleDateFormat (below format) to format string (eg) "2020-12-23T03:15:00.000+05:30"  it as date object but getting as null in crx.yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSXXX Please let me know how to proceed here.THanks

Hello Community - We have a JSP based template which needs to be converted into HTL. Currently we have planned to move all the business logic in Sling Model. Can you advise the best approach to handle the below in HTL. A) <c:set var="runMode" value="uat" scope="request"/> - We can use <div data-sly-test.runMode="uat"> to assign a variable name, which can later be used like <div>${runMode}</div>. If the assignment is for few variables, we can use this approach, but this is not a best approach. Is there any better solution to handle this ?B) request.setAttribute("isProductActive", isProductActive); - In the current implementation, we are setting the values in request. How can we handle this? If this has to be done in Sling model. How do we use this in HTL.C) pageContext.setAttribute("fetchData",fetchData); - This is also required to handle in HTL.
