I am using ACS AEM Commons report builder and specifically have references column. I am running it on DAM root folder which has around 2000 assets. I am getting an exception of too many calls per request. To fix this, I had to increase the number to 15000 in org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingMainServlet . Are there any cons of increasing the number to such a high number?

Hi,I'm having trouble changing the favicon for a Campaign Landing Page.  I've tried: <link rel="icon" type="image/png" href="./img/favicon.png"> <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" href="/libs/settings/wcm/designs/default/canvas/content/campaigns/.../_jcr_content/importer/img/favicon.ico">and this seems to work in some Browsers (e.g. IE11, Firefox). Chrome instead uses the default favicon for the AEM instance. Is there an AEM setting/config to define the favicon for a Landing Page?

Hi, I am pre-populating the multifield values in the dialog using listeners in classic ui. But when i drag and drop the component in the page, those values are not getting displayed. But when i open the dialog and click 'OK', then the values are getting displayed. So what i need to do so that values will be displayed as soon as the component is dropped on the page.Can someone help me on this. Thanks,Maheswari

Even though the Multi Resource Support is activated for the workflow, once I select multiple assets from the dam and trigger the workflow it launches n instances OR it throws an alert if selected assets exceed 15. How to enable multi resource support for DAM asset or entire asset folder ? Or is there any other workaround to trigger a single workflow instance for multiple resources.

I want to check access credentials within an action of a firefly app. I can see the bearer token in the params, but how can I exctract any information about the user or access credentials? best would be to know what product profiles the user has to make a check against needed permissions. is there any way to retrieve more information about the user to which the bearer token belongs?

Hi community, we have a custom field in a task custom form to capture notes. Is there a way to only display the last xxxx number of characters entered, and not the whole content entered in the field? as more notes get entered, it is getting quite long when it displays in a report.I know how to do that on the Last Note - Note Text from the updates, but cannot figure out in a custom field. So I am trying to create a script that I though was going to be simple, but its not working and I have no clue why. I found this article (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Marketo-Whisperer-Blogs/Basic-Email-Scripting-Examples-for-Marketers/ba-p/245747) and was trying a similar if then script. But when I run examples through, if the value is null for the SMS number, it doesn't display the "Default SMS Number" and instead still displays the Text: but without a number since the owner sms field is empty.        #if(${lead.Owner_s_SMS_Number__c} == $null) Default SMS Number #else Text: <b><a href="tel:${lead.Owner_s_SMS_Number__c}">${lead.Owner_s_SMS_Number__c}</a></b> #end        

So I have been asked by our Marketing VP to see about auto-filling an interested product field on our forms based upon the page the user is currently on. The idea being to limit the number of fields they have to actually fill something out. I know this is possible, but the question I do have is if the Javascript can be set up such that the form is autofilled with the displayed name of the product, but still actually capture the stored value upon form submission. 

I'm trying to integrate our Launch and AEM instances. See below:The Adobe IMS Config for Launch is setup in AEM (below screenshot):Question 1: Where do these configurations above come from? It seems I'm choosing one that "could" be the right one. Probably a bad question, but here goes. Suppose I have a web page that fires two beacons in very close time proximity - within the same second, let's suppose.  Is the order of processing on the Adobe Analytics side guaranteed (in terms of hit number)? We have a situation on a website where our Adobe Target developers are doing something that is causing two Adobe Analytics beacons to trigger on the entry of the visit.  At the same time this Adobe Target change was implemented, we're seeing a moderate spike in "Internal" marketing channel traffic, which I strongly suspect is due to this new behavior.   In my testing, though, the first beacon always seems to have the proper referrer setting.  However, if the second beacon (sent in very close time proximity) were to be processed first, then the referrer is the site's own domain, which would land the visit in the Internal channel.  Just wondering if hit order is guaranteed on Adobe's end. Thanks,

A designer on our team is asking us to modify our Title component to allow the use of bold formatting on part or all of the title. Bolding the whole thing would be easy enough, but it's the partial bolding of text that I can't figure out. I've tried switching the field to richtext and then eliminating all plugins except the bold formatting. But the problem there is that now I have a huge text entry box and I can't figure out how to make it one line.  I'm wondering if there's a different approach - all of the OOTB Title components don't allow rich text formatting, and none of them seem to have single line entry fields that allow rich text, either. 

I am trying to extend core image v2 component with some additional properties in the edit dialog. Everything works fine. When we try to modify something in the design dialog ( for ex : Check "Get alt value from DAM" in the design dialog). The same property is not checked in the edit dialog in edit mode. Similary, i disabled "allowUpload" property in design mode, still I get the option to browse file from system.How do I enable or disable these properties, in the template design so that it reflects the same in edit mode? P.S : We are using static temp Below is the image in design mode  Below is the image in edit mode lates.

We recently added munchkin code to our support pages (this site uses a single sign on to access).  We were tracking perfectly fine until one of our customers complained that when they log in, the site uploads over 50kbyte.  That customer's IT department blocked their users from using our site.  Once the code was deactivated, it was under the 50KB limit.  Is this something that is common?

is it possible to access the data saved in the .env file within the app? eg. I have a screen and I want to access data saved in the .env file - basically to make a check. or do I really need to write an action for this?

I have AppMeasurement 2.17.0 and it sometimes sends beacons as (1) AJAX POST request and sometimes it dynamically (2) adds <script> to the page (with the same URL as AJAX request) and that results in a GET request.   In case of 1 the data is encapsulated in the request body, and in case of 2 the data is sent in request parameters.Why is that so, and is it possible to configure it to always send the beacon as AJAX POST? I would like to have it that way, because it makes testing track calls with tools such as Cypress easier. Cypress, for example, is capable only of detecting AJAX requests.

Is there a way to adjust table cell widths without impacting all columns?  I tried grouping as a section but that does not work. 

Hi, Once I publish the content on the author instance changes are not going directly to the publish instance, I had to install the package on the publish instance then only changes are reflecting. Please suggest.  Thanks,Heena

Hi, I have created a workflow using admin credentials and I have created group/users like the author, editor, legal to approve the content.author -> create/edit the contenteditor -> if the content if fine, forward to a legal personlegal -> verify the content and publish All steps are working with notifications for different users roles, However, I am not able to start the workflow with author credentials, it is working only with the admin.Could you please suggest, if this is the correct functionality?? and what are the minimum permissions required for author, editor, and legal Thanks,Heena

Hello everyone,I experience an issue where an user is not being able to add or modify any workflow but few days before was able to do those actions in a daily basis. From the user view, it looks like this, mentioning that the campaign is in "read only" mode and has the activity options disable.Can't access those options and not being able to modify the workflow.What is causing the issue and how to fix that for this user ? Where is the options to solve the problem ?Thanks in advance.
