Hi, I have a common piece of code in  sightly html  ,instead  of writing the repetitive  code can i put this in a different file and just invoke are there any other ways . Hi Folks,   I am trying to create 3 buckets of leads based off their web inactivity.   When I look at the inactivity filter for Not Visited Webpage, the In Past Before" Operator is not available.     Here are the buckets I am trying to do: Not Visited Any Web Page in the past 30 - 60 Days Not Visited Any Web Page in the past 60 -  90 Days Not Visited Any Web Page in the Past 90 + Days Any suggestions?   Thanks,Randall

Hi Experts, I understand AEM provides an out of the box utility at /system/console/crypto to convert plain text passwords to encrypted password. However, we have a requirement to convert such encrypted password to plain text password for verification purposes at later point of time by Production support team. So, is there a utility that AEM provides to decrypt password ? Edit - We are using 6.5 SP2. Thanks.

Has anyone had issues with hackers getting a hold of a landing page form and signing hundreds of people up (with real email addresses)? How do you prevent this from happening? 

We have custom built CMS and the page content is actually stored in JSON format. The content structure of these JSON files are very specific to our CMS. Now we need to migrate these pages into AEM. What is the best options/practices available to do these kind of content migration.We can actually convert those JSON files to corresponding XML files (as AEM JCR expecting), but what are the options available to import those into AEM JCR.

Hello, I would like to know if Adobe has any limit on the length of product string in Adobe Launch. I try to implement product impression in Adobe Launch, and notice that if there are too many products (s.products is more than 100KB) the rule fires but no beacon was sent.  

We have one 'lead' that has been spamming our customer team by filling out multiple different forms on our website each day with the same message. This has been an ongoing occurrence (for a couple years), and the message is not relevant to our business.   We have tried reaching out to this person multiple times in the past to point them to the correct business that could help with their enquiry, but this person continues to spam us.   I have been asked by our customer team if there is a way I can stop this person from filling out our forms, or the internal alerts that come with this. I am wondering if it is possible to: a) block this person from filling out any of our forms b) allow him to fill out the forms but stop all internal alerts to our customer team when this person fills any of the forms (we have 10 different forms on our website) c) any other ideas on how to deal with this   Thought and ideas welcomed!

As title says.When I try to add an email script token the script editor the tree on the right just contains a list of items labeled "Standard Objects" that keeps growing as I try to (unsuccessfully) add script tokens.Here's what my editor looks like. Note the growing list of "Standard Objects" on the right, none of which are trees that allow me to drag tokens into the script editor window:If I look in the Console (Chrome 67, latest) I see the following errors when I drag an email script token to the page: I have no ad blockers installed in this profile.Anyone else seen this or know what's causing it?

Hello,    I'm looking to track customer journey within our website after a CTA is clicked. We know where a visitor is 'supposed' to go after clicking a CTA but the number of clicks vs visits to next page where we want the customers to go dont really match. So looking to see if there's a way to track where visitors are taken to after clicking on the CTA.   I've tried using the flow chart, to no avail (since we cant drop a segment as a touch point). TIA!

Hi thereI'm very new to all this and have just started a new role within my company where I'll be working with Adobe Analytics. I've installed the Debugger Plugin (the new version) and logged into my account no problem. But it cannot seem to find... anything. All the modules simply say "Not Found". I've tried closing and reopening the browser, rebooting my computer and I've tried Firefox and Chrome on Mac and Chrome on Windows 10 (on the same computer in a virtual machine and on a separate Windows PC). I've disabled all other extensions, closed every other tab, still nothing. I even tried disabling Firefox's privacy protection features. On the Mac browsers, I see "Not Connected. Reload the tab or navigate to a new page to connect". On the Windows browsers, it sometimes shows as connected, but other times as not connected. And sometimes, a few of the modules will work, but not other ones, then reloading the page will show none of them working. It's very erratic. Is there something

Is there a way to customize the timesheet? We would like to give our users a month long view instead of just by week. We would also like to remove Saturday and Sunday since they tend to cause more harm than good.

Our dev group have found benefits in using the `postMessage` event as a great way to do pub/sub type communication. We'd love to use it in Launch, but don't see a way to make it work outside of Custom Code.  Is Custom Code the only way to do it? It would be great to have an Event Type where we could select `postMessage` and then be asked for a string for it to look for inside of a data, so `siteEventName` in the example below. I have implemented target recommendations to show products and it works just fine.I now want to implement another recommendation not showing products, but other elements (e.g. Categories or Blog posts). How am I able to do that? I guess there must be another feed including all these elements?Thanks in advance

Is there any document that we can refer to as to what different action types mean and how to use them? Currently, we only know to use "Mail". We are hoping to see if it's possible to pass the data without an email.

I've got a direct call rule in Launch that sets analytics variables and makes an s.tl() call.  According to the debugger the rule fires, and I see the image request in the AECD but not in Charles Proxy.  The data never shows up in Adobe Analytics.  And to make matters worse the failure is happening intermittently.  Probably 60% of the time the call is made successfully and the data ends up in the report suite.  I don't recall seeing this issue before I updated to the latest Adobe Analytics extension in Launch, but of course it might be completely unrelated.  Has anyone else seen anything like this? Thanks!

Hi, I need to generate video renditions by providing height and width as an argument . Is there any way to do so?I tried FFMPEG transcoding step , it is generating rendition but not of my desired height and width. Hi All, I am using ootb form submit action - 'Submit to Rest Endpoint'. I am able to hit my post servlet using this submit action.My servlet is returning a response data for eg : "data". It can be any data json or string.On the adaptive form container, I have selected "Use Asynchronous Submission" I am using "Form Submission" event on the rule editor of form container. How can I get the response data in my front end javascript which I am writing in rule editor of a form submission event or if not in rule editor what is the best way to get the response data? I know I can write the rule on click event of the submit button and directly hit my servlet and get the response but I want to use Submit action(post.Post.jsp) to achieve it. Is there any way?
