Hello everyone,I have a recurring problem on the account table "Account"This happens especially when I load the delivery logs of the "Account" table, that I enrich and change dimension to the "Account "table. So far everything is fine but when I want to make a split using a variable of the "Account" table, I have this error message: Attribute AccountsKey1 unknowYou can see the logs of the workflow here :This is what the workflow looks like and the issue coming from the slit activity :What can I do a resolve this issue ? Hi All,We have setup new DEV and QA AEM instances along with dispatcher for author i.e. https://dev-author.xxx.com.But we are unable to upload assets using author dispatcher url, could not find any errors in author dispatcher.log or AEM server logs related to this.The same users are able to upload images using author ip address.In author dispatcher filters, we have allowed all but denied admin tools related url.Are we missing anything? Any inputs on this would be helpful. ThanksSrikanth Pogula.

Hello 🙂  We use _satellite.track to track pageviews in the Single Page Application while the Adobe script loads asyncronously. As expected, sometimes we get error message: _satellite is not defined. It means that the _satellite.track had been fired before the script finished loading. What is the best way to solve this issue technically? Is there any method recommended by Adobe?  Thank you in advance.Galyna

Hi all,   Unfortunately, the org. I work for manually processes the data we collect in MKTO before transferring it to our CRM. We are using MKTO forms for petition signing, and a Thank You email from MKTO, and want to take the valid emails out of MKTO for our CRM.   Question - I just ran a test entry using @gnail.con email address, to test how long it would take MKTO to flag that it's an invalid email address, or even bounce. I thought it would be near instant, given the TY email that is sent automatically would surely go nowhere..   I need to find a way of allowing MKTO the time to figure out the bad emails from the good, before I hand over the form-fill data to the data team to import into the CRM.   Any tips? After I installed WKND to AEM, I noticed that I don't see some of components. I got the error after I added the "byline" component.   Then, I found I have some dependency issues. I went to http://localhost:4502/system/console/depfinder I was looking at other article, and tried a command from a terminal console (Mac), it didn't fix it.          mvn -PautoInstallPackage -Padobe-public clean install I deleted all installed WKND packages from a package manager (http://localhost:4502/crx/packmgr/index.jsp) and deleted the WKND bundle from OSGi and started over to install WKND files, but I got same issues.  I appreciate if you can find out what I need to do. I'm a beginner of AEM, Java, and Eclipse. how do I find out my account ID to connect Adobe Analytics, and we do not have access to the Account ID in the UI.

Hello!   My team and I just started using the Marketo Calendar and I want to see future Engagement Program casts, but there is an old engagement program we are no longer using that's still showing up on the calendar. Is there some way for me to "archive" this program, so I don't have to delete it totally, but also not have "future casts" (that aren't actually going to happen) show up on the calendar anymore? Do I need to set up the Calendar filters in a certain way to exclude this inactive stream?   For additional info: I've already archived the emails that were in the stream, I set the cadence to "None", everyone that went through the stream is Exhausted, I set the Program Status in the Setup tab as "Off", and we have no plans to use this stream again but I'm hesitant to "Delete" it completely so we can still go back and see the engagement stats.   Thanks in advance!

Hi All,I have created a content fragment using a content fragment model. I have added that fragment onto one sample page using content fragment component and I can see the content on the page.But whenever I am trying to access the content services for that particular page or content fragment, I am getting below error : I am accessing page as : http://<serverip:4502/<contentpath>/123.model.json Invalid recursion selector value 'model'Cannot serve request to /<contentPath>/123.model.json in org.apache.sling.servlets.get.DefaultGetServletI am not sure if I am missing any configuration here or it is something wrong in my sling mapping.Thanks

Hi Community,   I set up one email program with one smart list yesterday and that went out successfully. Now I have to send the same communication to a different list. So I cloned the email program and set the smart list. (Example: Smart List A and Smart List B) Now I have to make sure, I don't send the same email to members who already received the communication in Smart List A.   So far I have added the filters as mentioned below: 1) Member of Smart List - Person in (Smart List B) 2) Member of Smart List - Person not in (Smart List A)   Is this the right logic? Please advice.   Thank you.       

Is there functionality with in Adobe Analytics to log annotations? Specifically creating an annotation and having it show somehow as a warning on charts showing over time. Have a few instances where this would be critical for historic records.

What training courses you would suggest as I am new and learning Adobe Analytics? Should I enroll in al carte courses or join a 1 year subscription online learnin subscription program. New to digital analytics. 

HiTesting team in our organization runs test scripts in production to consistently check certain functionalities/features in our websites. As a result all such hits from such scripts are getting registered inside our Report Suite. Any idea how to exclude all such traffic from Report Suite level.They have a specific email id that is used to login to the site and run the scripts. Thanks in advance.Roy

Hi,  I have all of the prerequisites listed to have experience cloud:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/components/segmentation/segmentation-workflow/seg-publish.html I have on this enterprise Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, and A4T. Additionally I have admin access, the report suites are set up, I even can see the check box indicating I can publish to experience cloud. But when I try to publish, and save, a segment in workspace, I get an error. I would create a support ticket but creating a ticket makes an error occur too! Has anyone run into this? Does this organisation need Adobe Audience Manager to accomplish this? Thanks, Cameron Tarle

Hi Team, I have imported the SAINT classification files in Adobe Analytics with same key value with different data sets as shown like below: KeyProductProduct Code123Books10123Pen15123Bag20 When I checked in the report, I could see the data of last row only i.e.Most recent value in the report and rest of the Product and Product Code with same key is ignored in the AA reports like below. KeyProductProduct Code123Bag20 Could you please let me know how to include all the data sets in the report. Appreciate your help! Thanks!

Hello everyone, I added a new evar( customer id) to the Report Suite in production but the rule that will hit this evar is not active yet. I noticed that this evar has undefined value for each beacon has been sent to the Report Suite. How can I avoid to populate this new evar with undefined value until i dont bring in production the rule will hit this evar?Thanks

Hey guys,I often work in workspace with complex segments (many containers or/and sequential segments), which do have only partial differences (eg visitor vs visit scope) or additional conditions. Is there any possibility to copy segments and adjust the copied segment without any modifications of the original?==> at the moment I create every segments from scratch. Would be very efficient to have the possibility explained above. Best regards

I have 20 "markets" I want to report on as a dimension.  A "market" is a derived value when looking at several components of a hit.  For example, if the user's Geo Country=France, they go into the market value of France.  If they are visiting our site's French domain (site.fr), then they go into the market value of France.  Lastly, they could potentially have a subscription to one of our services with the preferred language set to French, and we also want to track them in the market value of France. I know how to create an individual segment to capture all of this for France.  But we also have 19 other "market" combinations to track.  If I want to display a table in Analytics Workspace with the "market" as the 1st column, I would have to individually build all 20 segments, and then manually stack them into the panel.  (sample image attached)  Is there any way to build a dynamic segment using the logical operators in calculated metrics t

On Workspace freeform table, I have Last touch channel vs key metrics set up. There are rows of last touch channels that show up even though the key metrics column come up as "Invalid" or a zero. How do I stop this from happening?  

Hello Adobers.I am trying to analyse referrals from social networks sites and see how many of them places an order etc.But the only metric that is currently working is "visits" - all other metrics displays 0.I have a B2C segment which is working fine. I negated that one and created a B2B segment, however, the B2B segment does not work.I have tried to troubleshoot the segment without luck and I have looked through forum for a solution, but now I am truly stuck.I checked with our soME team if we did infact had made sales - and we have.
