We are doing some behavioural analysis and want to look at the type of visit a visitor is making in the lead up to a purchase. To categorise the type of visit we want to do it on behaviour and the interactions, for example- low quality (< 3 page views)- infomation gathering (product views, file downloads, search, etc) - building a shopping list (add to carts, saving lists)- ready to purchase (start checkout, place order) We have quite long consideration times and so many visits can occur in the lead up to a purchase. We've built visit and visitor segments to look at the different types of visits a user makes but it's difficult to see how this plays out over time. As a result it would be good to use the Flow visualisation to see how a visitor uses different types of visit in the lead up to the "ready to purchase" visit. This would require an eVar/prop being set based on behaviour, but as you can see from the definitions above, this evar could be set multiple time durin

We have Marketo engage, the request is to increase a score as people move down the page. I have a feeling this may need GA.  Can anyone give any suggestions so, we can use that. perhaps a GA goal and then that might be used to trigger an increase in score. I am sorry I am not a GA expert. Perhaps we could use a time on site element as well Any suggestions or solutions, systems would be be very much useful!

Hi, We are currently working on a product which uses Marketo APIs to GET or POST data (e.g. Leads). As part of the product performance testing we run endurance tests which need to run for at least 3 hours. But we are currently unable to run these tests due to the Marketo daily request limit of 10000 requests. We hit this limit with in first 35-40 mins and cannot proceed with the test.  Also observed that the API access per instance is limited to 100 calls per 20 seconds. Is there a way to increase these limits? E.g. the daily request limit to 100K and the API access per instance to 1000 per 20 seconds (or a equivalent limit).  

This has been answered on the Campaign Classic board but the solution isn't available on standard as far as i can tell... I'd like to send an email to a group that just contains plain text, no html elements. I was curious to know how the recency period is evaluated in Segments. If there is a rule based trait being used in a segment, that has a recency setting as <= 1 (within 1 day) and frequency set as => 1 (1 or more times). I'm creating a dashboard that covers the Financial year 2021 to be July 1, 2020 to June 2021. I have created a report that gets the overall visits for the whole current Financial Year FYTD = (July 1 2020 (rolling yearly) to end of current day (rolling daily). I have set my date duration from Jul 2020-June 2021.  My issue is that since my financial year is not the same as the Calendar year. I cannot set it to always get the first date of the Financial Year For 2020, FYTD custom date duration is from July 1 2019-June 2020. Then, when the current date is July 1 2020, The FYTD custom date duration should be from July 1 2020-June 2021. Then on July 1, 2021, the FYTD custom date duration should be from July 1 2021 - June 2022.  Is there a way to set this is rolling dates that the Start of Financial year will dynamically change based on the current day and not the current year.  Or is there a way to set the date duration depending on the chose

Hi All,I've developed an Adaptive Form to capture details from User in different panels and i have includedadditional Panel "Review" to display the details they have entered in all the panels in non editabletextfields and user can click on submit button in this Review panel.I'm using the Adaptive Form Layout as "Tabs on top".I have included all the fields in this Review Panel and when user clicks on "Review" tab at the top iwould like to get the data entered in other panels and assign them to the fields in Review Panel.So now my question is how do i capture the event when Review panel is clicked from tabs at the top.We have Panel Events "Initialize" and "Visibility" but they get fired only once when the form loads.I don't want to write Rules for every field to copy the data to its respective field in Review Panel and instead want to write all this logic in a single function like when Review panel is clicked/visible. As always thank you for your assistance. Thanks & Regard

We are on AEM 6.5.0 and have a content & XF structure as below /content/abc/language-master/en [Blue Print]/content/abc/us/en [Live Copy] XF/content/experience-fragments/abc/language-master/enIs it possible to create live copy for experience fragments (/content/experience-fragments/abc/us/en)-When I select experience fragment and click on create, I see an option to create variation-as live copy, but that creates the live copy in the same hierarchy. But my requirement is to create the live copy under us /en . I want the live copy relation b/w the two (as we maintain the relationship in content pages). This is doable on content pages but not an experience fragment.I mean under content, I can create one page under /language-master/en, and live copy config can roll out the same page in us/en language. I can see indexed data in Reports -> Data view, when I try to access the XML response it shows 0 results. I have created a pre-search rule, if query parameter has "Site=aemquickstart", then use a different template. Morning all, has anyone else noticed that making a change to a webhook does not update it immediately?    I've had several instances where I've updated the payload and/or the URL for a webhook, and then gone to a test record and done a campaign request for the campaign where I have a call to the webhook in question siting.   it is quite clear that the URL and Payload haven't been updated (just go to the campaign and look in the results).   This seems a terrible flaw.   Thoughts?   Regards Jo

I'm currently building out programs for training by license. I want to be able to share those programs only with people who have that licence, but other than making new groups I'm not sure how to do that. Is there a way to share these programs with users by licence? And how do I create a report where users can see programs shared with them? Anyone have any ideas?

If I have my Webinar channel tags set up like:  10 - Invited 20 - Waitlisted  30 - Registered  40 - No Show 50 - Attended 60 - Attended On-demand   Now, if I wanted to add 4 new statuses will that shift any of the historical data? I have like 150 programs that use this channel tag and I don't want to break any historical statuses / reporting. The proposed new statuses are below in red:    10 - Invited 20 - Waitlisted  30 - Registered  35 - Registered Paid 40 - No Show 45 - No Show Paid 50 - Attended 55 - Attended Paid 60 - Attended On-demand 65 - Attended On-demand Paid

While data cleanup process, our team focus is to remove the data whom we have not target in last 2 years.  And as per https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Knowledgebase/Marketo-Activities-Data-Retention-Policy-Overview-FAQ/ta-p/250750 data retention policy we came to know that it deletes activity after 25 months for Email send.   Problem- In lead activity, we still see email send details in 2016. We found this when setup the filter "Not was sent email" is any. How can I justify this activity in Marketo?

We are not doing any migration, but only importing this package.
