Hi There Adobe Community.  I need to have the slides in my deck not turn automatically when the audio stops.  I have gone into setting and unchecked the "use powerpoint timing for slide timing, changed the slide duration to over 60 seconds and un checked the start automatically check box, but when I preview the presentation in presenter, the slides turn after the audio is finished not giving the audience a chance to read or review the slide materials. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the latest updates from AIR, Reader and Flash Player with no success.  I'm using Windows 7, IE 11, V 11.0.9600.17420.  I just cannot figure out what happened in the last few days.  I tried an earlier system restore point, but no luck.  Any ideas?

Is there a way to see which link was clicked on a page if it exists in several areas of the web page?

Our director really likes the visual aspect of seeing how their time has been utilized the past week. However, since not everyone is up to date on their timesheets we are missing people from that view. We'd like to still display that person's name in the chart (even if empty) so we can clearly see who is not completing their timesheet. Right now the only way to do that is to try and figure out who is missing from the displayed hours. I was successful in getting a report showing no hours - but it does not break it down by week - this only works YTD. Has anyone come up with a solution to this? Hello, In Adobe Campaign CLASSIC we are able to reconcile data directly within the Enrichment activity in the Reconciliation tab.  In Adobe Campaign STANDARD there is now an Enrichment activity and also a Reconciliation activity. Can reconciling data still be done directly in the Enrichment activity? What is the purpose of now having two activities in ACS - both the Enrichment and Reconciliation? Thanks

I have multifield (granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield) in a design dialog.  And the values are being saved in the design template (/etc/designs/<myapp>/jcr:content/<mytemplate>/<mymultifield>/item[n]).How can I access these values in my sightly template.I was trying something like this ${currentStyle.<mymultifield>.listChildren}, but its not workingPlease help.  Thanks in advance.I am on version 6.3

Hello people, I hope one of you will be able to help me. I have a customer who wants to link its Launch to Google Analytics. He wants to send data in GA (and keep Adobe tracking) to better understand the attribution. Regarding this need, I decided to use the gtag specifications withing Adobe Launch. I am struggling to use the 2 extensions in Launch. I cannot save as build what I set up. I tried to disable the extension then re-enable it, uninstall, then re-install... nothing works. Does someone as ever succeeded in using gtag with Adobe Launch please?

Hi, Is there a way in AEM to bulk rename the assets using CSV. Also I would like to know if there is any configuration in AEM to enforce the users to follow the naming conventions in Touch UI.

I have a third party JS to be added to my site. I know such things are done through Extensions - but the JS I am trying to add is from a very custom small third party vendor. So I am not sure , if we will have an extension any time soon. Is using "Extensions" the only option I have ? Or Can i do something here in Launch to make sure that this JS script fires as required. Last option would be to embed the script directly on each page of the site. So , exploring a solution from Launch side. Thanks

I am migrating a property from DTM to Launch.  I have a couple of rules that trigger on Library Loaded that I need to fire early, so I set the Order value to 10 and 20.  All the others are the default of 50.The rule with an order of 10 always fires first, but one with an order of 20 always fires after several of the 50 rules.  This is causing some grief.Why is the order value not honored after the first one?Thanks!

I have a rule that sets variables for adobe analytics on my global page load rule on page top. then I set the s.t() beacon on windows loaded because I have Dun and Bradstreet firing data API collection in between. What would happen if I remove the s.clearvars after the s.t() beacon fires on windows loaded?  The reason I ask is because another extension (Qualitrics) needs access to the global variables here: s_c_il[1].eVar1 but since I clearvars they are undefined after windows loaded. Questions:Do I even need clearvars after I send a beacon for page load collection? wont the values get overwritten on the next page with the new values anyway? I dont have SPA pages so that is not a concern.Can I set clearvars at the beginning of the next page instead of clearing vars after the beacon? I just want to better understand the potential impacts before making changes.

I have set up the dispatcher with Publish Instance and publishing a page from Author to Publish is clearing clearing the cached page on dispatcher, but if I am activating any package from author to publish does not clear its filters from the dispatcher cache. i.e. I have a package with the filter "/etc/designs/PROJECT_NAME/site/example.js, and the same file is cached on at the dispatcher. Hello Team,  In our current Launch implementation we have republished the library but when we check in browser console using satellite.buildInfo command, showing the build date when the library originally published.  Sometime this varies so not sure what happening exactly. Is there any issue with Launch ?  For reference please see attached screenshot.

For AppMeasurement managing the library I think it's a good idea to send the version within a prop to know when the versions change in the event there's some reporting anomalies.  I discovered setting a data element to the value of the s.version only works if the beacon is sent after DOM ready.However, if setting the prop manually within custom code, in the AA ext(enable after settings..) or page top rule this appears to work as expected.  I'm unsure if this is due to a race condition or if this is the nature of how Launch checks data element when using the javascript variable.This also works nicely for getting the RSID dynamically too by using s.account. 

I have migrated properties from DTM to Launch, and when doing so, I always have a host for each environment. When I create a new property and have it hosted by Adobe, do I also need to create a host for each environment?

Some Background My organisation migrated to Adobe Launch from Adobe DTM in 2019. There are typically 3-4 people working on the same Property at any given time. In DTM, our "rule" for editing was:  do not edit any Resource (Rule, Data Element, etc.) where "Status" is "Unapproved" In essence, this enforces the idea that an Approved change to a Resource can only come from a single Editor at a time. Adobe Launch When we started working with Adobe Launch, we assumed there was no longer any need for "manual" rules like our DTM example, because the separate DEVELOPMENT environments would keep changes to a single Resource on different "branches" (to borrow a term from versioning systems). This assumption was proven to be wrong (everyone is always editing the same instance of each Resource, albeit creating new versions as they go), and the need for a manually-enforced approach is still there. I'm currently working with two sites under the same domain and I'm unable to access visitor profile information from 1 of them.  Scenario: User visits site A and performs a series of activities. This triggers an event that triggers a rule in Launch. Essentially, user.accountType is set to something like consumer or business. I'm then using Target to access this visitor profile data and create an audience and experience test for it. I'm able to navigate away from the site or close the site and I'm still able to access this information on site A.  However, on site B, the value of user.accountType is empty. Target attempts to apply the experience and I just get an empty ("") value.  I've confirmed that my visitor IDs are the same across both sites. Both sites belong to the same domain and are configured in Target. Is there something I am missing?
