Hello!In the datawarehouse I have built a report based on campaign dimensions and unique visitors metrics, with a segment based on a hit with url equals to XX. A have the same report in workspace using exactly the same metric and dimension with the same segment, and a have a 10% difference in the results. Any idea if its normal that the data in datawarehouse and workspace is not the same?Many thanks!

For some reason we saw a large divergence in our direct vs natural channels on February 22 according to Adobe. We have checked all release notes and tags to see if anything may have been changed to create this divergence and have found nothing. Also when viewing channels using Google analytics we see there are no changes in the trending of direct vs organic. I realize raw numbers will not match between Adobe & Google but trending should if users truly were coming directly vs searching. So to me this points to a setting in Adobe that must have changed.Last Touch Report Jan 1 2019 - August 21, 2019vs GAThe other curious thing is the referrer report, you can see Google vs Direct maintains a consistent trend, but this report uses instances (not visits) and I assume referrer=google.com would include paid and organic.

Hello,Can anyone explain if it is possible to remove an Audience created for Targeting powered by Adobe Target?Scenario:go to Personalization > Audiencesclick Create > Create Target Audienceselect a Target Configuration (appears if Adobe Target is integrated)create a rule, click Next and save the audienceOnce the Audience has appeared in the list, it's not clear how to remove it. Our web page is build on SPA.  I login, then go to the specific page I want to see my code and the problem is that our code is not being injected there. Hi Community!We've been finding that unfortunately Marketo forms have pretty crappy email validation on them as default. Using the "Email" field means that a user is only required to enter an email with an "@" symbol - they don't need a period "." Hi all, we have noticed on workflow level a bad count in outbound transition when we send Email delivery to Prospects. This is usually case when personalization returns more values per one user but here we do not have personalization.On the picture, count of incoming records is 8.538 and count of outbound records is 69.670.080 after delivery node (Later on delivery level the correct number of user is targeted and notified therefore no need for any concern but this issue of wrong count is present only on workflow level).After analysis, we found that our broad-log table is extended with Account ID field which exist in Recipient table. For real company users this column is populated correctly, but for our prospects this column is set to 0. An Email node in workflow is generating provided SQL code below which returns square number of records where Account ID is the same.(ex. Hello. I created a template for a team in our organization. Every time they use the template I get a notification. I have changed the owner and I have removed myself from Sharing on both the template and custom forms. I don't see myself anywhere in this template except for "entered by" and I can't figure out what I'm missing. If I have the true template owner create a copy of the template, I assume it will complicate things for reporting purposes. Appreciate any guidance.

I'm trying to access the value of an eVar in Adobe Target. Is there a way to do this? I am currently capturing information on the site and passing those into analytics and audience manager. I'm then using these values to qualify for particular audiences. I'd like to switch between audiences. I've determined this isn't possible and you are in an audience until it expires. What I'd like to try is to use the last value of the eVar and access that in Target and inject that into an experience test. Is that possible? 

Hi all, We've had the ability for people from GDPR countries to request for their data to be deleted from Marketo/SFDC since GDPR kicked-in.  If they submit a form, automation deletes them from the system.  So far so good. But, some within the organisation feel that we need some way to prove (in a court of law I guess) that we have indeed deleted someone we were supposed to delete. My stance has been that if we keep a record of the details of the people we delete, then in fact we are still keeping their personal info, thus breaking GDRP.  And if we only keep a token such as their Marketo or SFDC id, then that becomes worthless as proof after the record has been deleted. How do you all deal with this issue? Thanks in advance Luben

Hey! We are experimenting with Nested programs during our Free Product Trial.  We've created an Intro program, which following 2 days will add users to a stream within an engagement program.  If they spend under a certain amount of time in our free trial, we want them to go into a re-engagement stream, else they go into an engaged stream based upon their persona.  Right now our nested programs sit outside the engagement program, if we keep it this way, what do we set our cadence to?  We also have a separate program that removes a user from the re-engagement stream into the engaged/persona stream, should this be done via a transition rule? I have a feeling we may have over complicated it, so open to ideas to simplify!

Hi thereI am currently building out an email campaign, and my list of qualified leads have duplicate emails in there. This is because for this particular audience we're marketing too, they may need to use the same generic email address (info@business.co.nz). However, we need to be able to send an email to each of the leads, even if the email is duplicated.Any ideas what I can do to set this campaign up to send to duplicate emails? Appreciate this goes against Marketo's core functionality but it's the only way to automate the process.Thanks,Katie 

I am creating an html email with a few rows of table cells containing an image and a piece of dynamic content (text).Is there a way to hide one or more cells if the dynamic content is blank to avoid displaying empty cells?

We set up data value change so when someone fills a comment section it adds to the exixting data if they're a current lead. Hi there!I'm trying to send an email alert to 4 email addresses after a lead fills out a form. This should be intuitive, but for some reason only the first and last person in my list of emails is getting the alert emails.Here's what I'm doing:IN the "Send Alert" flow step, I select the email, select "Send To:" as account owner, and then for "To other emails" I enter: "Email1, Email2, Email3"I've also tried "Email1; Email2; Email3", as well as putting quotes around each email, but no formatting has so far successfully delivered to all 4 email addresses!Any help here is much appreciated.Eric

I am unable to get the reference of the OSGI Services when ran through Mockito. Do we have an OOTB feature to convert AEM page into PDF?. Users who access AEM page can click on a button to download current page as PDF.  I am going through PDFBOX api, but not sure if I can create pdf out of AEM page.Thanks,Kishore

Hi guys, I created an exclusion from Recipient Delivery Log schema vs Recipient tracking Log schema from several deliveries to get the "No Openers". Now I have received a list that was uploaded into Recipients schema and I need to exclude this list to the No Openers result. I have tried Change dimension or Enrichment to find a workaround but either I get errors or the exclusion throws 0 results. Do you guys know how to solve it? Regards,Raúl
