Hello, We have updated AEM 6.2 to AEM 6.5. Some client libraries are missing from the new upgrade. What is the most efficient and best way to check if a client library is missing client libraries as dependencies?

Hey! We are experimenting with Nested programs during our Free Product Trial.  We've created an Intro program, which following 2 days will add users to a stream within an engagement program.  If they spend under a certain amount of time in our free trial, we want them to go into a re-engagement stream, else they go into an engaged stream based upon their persona.  Right now our nested programs sit outside the engagement program, if we keep it this way, what do we set our cadence to?  We also have a separate program that removes a user from the re-engagement stream into the engaged/persona stream, should this be done via a transition rule? I have a feeling we may have over complicated it, so open to ideas to simplify!

Hi thereI am currently building out an email campaign, and my list of qualified leads have duplicate emails in there. This is because for this particular audience we're marketing too, they may need to use the same generic email address (info@business.co.nz). However, we need to be able to send an email to each of the leads, even if the email is duplicated.Any ideas what I can do to set this campaign up to send to duplicate emails? Appreciate this goes against Marketo's core functionality but it's the only way to automate the process.Thanks,Katie 

I am creating an html email with a few rows of table cells containing an image and a piece of dynamic content (text).Is there a way to hide one or more cells if the dynamic content is blank to avoid displaying empty cells?

We set up data value change so when someone fills a comment section it adds to the exixting data if they're a current lead. Does Marketo provide any advance authentication methods  beyond basic?  I was not able to find any reference to any advance methods and want to make sure I am not missing anything. Thank you.

Hi there!I'm trying to send an email alert to 4 email addresses after a lead fills out a form. This should be intuitive, but for some reason only the first and last person in my list of emails is getting the alert emails.Here's what I'm doing:IN the "Send Alert" flow step, I select the email, select "Send To:" as account owner, and then for "To other emails" I enter: "Email1, Email2, Email3"I've also tried "Email1; Email2; Email3", as well as putting quotes around each email, but no formatting has so far successfully delivered to all 4 email addresses!Any help here is much appreciated.Eric

I am unable to get the reference of the OSGI Services when ran through Mockito. Do we have an OOTB feature to convert AEM page into PDF?. Users who access AEM page can click on a button to download current page as PDF.  I am going through PDFBOX api, but not sure if I can create pdf out of AEM page.Thanks,Kishore

Hi guys, I created an exclusion from Recipient Delivery Log schema vs Recipient tracking Log schema from several deliveries to get the "No Openers". Now I have received a list that was uploaded into Recipients schema and I need to exclude this list to the No Openers result. I have tried Change dimension or Enrichment to find a workaround but either I get errors or the exclusion throws 0 results. Do you guys know how to solve it? Regards,Raúl

Hello, I'm starting to use launch to implement Google Analitycs pixel by using adobe launch rules. I'd like know if it's possible to actually see the pixel ID number by using the gtag extension?  By now in the console I can see that launch is working, and I can see all the rules there but can't see the pixel ID number. Hope you can help me, thanks!

Hi, we don't have any experience with AEM Forms, but we thought, this could be the tool to solve a task for a customer.He want's to have 2 dropdown fields, which are connected together:This is the first problem: the values of Department should change if the country is changed. This MAY could be resolved with a huge list of departments, which are hidden and only the one, that is related to a country, will get visible. But I really don't think that this is best practice. The second (bigger) problem: the e-mail has to be generated trough country and department. There must be anywhere a list from the customer (third problem: the customer should be able to configure this list easy and not in a developer way).  We don't find a solution with OOTB tools from AEM. The when condition from the rules only affects 1 field, not more. So the second problem couldn't be resolved. Does anyone has experience with this kind of problem or a better solution than AEM Forms? Best

Hi, we are using data warehouse requests and everything works fine. Unfortunately we put a lot of ressources to unzip the exports 😞 Is there plan to change the compression type or add gzip compression in the next future? Like in Data Feeds, where bigger files are automatically splitted into smaller ones? ZIP it's not a supported format by Snowflake, Athena, etc .... Instead of unzip -> gzip -> load, we would like to load the exports directly. Regards,Piotr 

I'm looking for some help in getting counts for records in Campaign.  I have an external transactions database that I'm querying as the target and filtering dimension.  Within the table is a field (MemberID) that can be duplicated across multiple transactions, so after I have the transactions returned that i'm looking for, I want to have a count of the number of times the Member ID appears.  Example:TransactionID (Key)MemberID111111222222311111422222533333 I want to get a count of the number of times the MemberID appears, but I'm having issues because the MemberID is not a key.  I have no problem doing counts other times with counts related to the table keys, but I'm lost on this one.  I'm looking for results like: Member IDCount of MemberID111112222222333331 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When clicked on "Salesforce CRM Configuration wizard", we see below error in logs:<faultString xsi:type='xsd:string'> SOP 330011 - Error while executing the method 'sfdcTableList' of service 'nms:extAccount' </faultString><detail xsi:type='xsiLstring'> -60 </detail>. Did anyone come across this error in the past? I'm building a report where I want to see how many Page Views per Visit happened among people who viewed a particular page. I have a Calculated Metric for Pages per Visit, which is Page Views / Visits. When I apply this metric to a page, it calculates based on how many page views that particular page got. I want to see how many Page Views happened across the entire Visit where a particular page was viewed. This can be done using a segment, but I can't reasonably create a segment for each of the pages I want to measure this for. You can see the difference in this screenshot:The top table shows measurement by page. The bottom table shows the measurement by segment. I want to get the bottom number, but without building a segment for every single page I want to measure. Is this possible? For reference, here's the segment I built for this example:
