Hi Team, We have a requirement where in we need to ca ll a 3rd party rest api to get a json response based on which we need to construct all the components on the page. So my question is how shall we call the 3rd party api only once and then all the components use the same json response . Please let us know the correct way of handling this scenario.Note: we are not using SPA. Regards

Hi,I am supposed to migrate groups with permissions from one AEM instance to another. Are there any other tested alternatives for the same apart from ACS ACL Packager? The ACS tool does not seem effective and seems to be missing out a few permissions on the destination AEM instance. Please note that these groups are all custom. 

Is there any documentation on how to develop a commerce connector for an eCommerce platform where AEM may not have reference implementation?I mainly want to know how to develop the product importer in terms of the classes to extend, interfaces to implement and general guidelines on what the code is supposed to look like?Is this info available anywhere? Since there are few ootb connectors I would suspect there should be some standard guidelines which the commerce vendors used to implement the connectors.Thanks.

I’d like some clarification on the best way to manage live copy page deletion. language-master  /en    /page1    /page2    /page3And I have a live copy managed by a blueprint that’s simply and exact copyus  /en    /page1    /page2    /page3 First question, if I delete a page in master: language-master  /en     /page1     /page3 That page still exists in the live copy us  /en     /page1     /page2     /page3 Is there any way to “rollout” that deletion to live copies?  I’ve tried syncing the parent page and other rollout method that sound like they would help but nothing does. Second, if I delete a page from a live copy: us  /en    /page1    /page3 That live copy is unavailable for me to rollout a new language-master/en/page2.  The option us/en simply isn’t

Our team has created a Smart Campaign to send out emails, based on several simple choices. Although the Smart Campaign seems to work, Marketo raises a 'Failed: None.get' error for the 'Send Email' flowstep:  Has anyone experienced this particular error before? Because Marketo doesn't provide any additional information about the error.  

I am trying to setup tests for a customer using SoapUI product as a quick test bench. I am successful in calling the session using the admin account and password to get logged in and it returns the sessionToken and securityToken.  I then try to call ExecuteQuery and with the sessionToken that I received from the prior call.  I can and error:  XTK-170019 Access denied. Hi, I haven't come across this before, but I have a Launch property showing the Target extension greyed out with an orange warning icon. I am able to upgrade/configure the extension, but unsure what the warning/notification is for? Any ideas would be most helpful. Thanks

I have being digging around the documentation of Platform and I haven't been able to figure out if it is possible to create different entities apart from the customer inside Platform. I am thinking for example in creating a entity like products that would have its own unique ID (an SKU for example) but it wouldn't be attached directly to a user.An example of use case of what I would like to achieve is this:Imagine you are a telco company and you have just upgraded one of your products package connection speed from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps. In the documentation[1], it is mentioned that we can activate segments to different adobe platforms using the destination option in AEP. But, when i log in to AEP, i don't see that option. I'm administrator on my instance. Hi, Recently we received an email from Marketo team stating that the domain that was being used for the email marketing campaigns have been listed in Spamhaus DBL. Because of this we had some 600+ bounces related to that listing. Now, we are trying to setup a new domain replacing the old one for all of our email campaigns. In-order for our IT team to work on the setup what all do we need to provide from Marketo point of view?If you can share any document having the steps that would be great.

Like maybe a few of you; we have exceeded the 75 published Segments due to a previous user clicking the "Publish this segment to the Experience Cloud" on over 300 custom segments in a single report suite. I can't wait to audit and turn this off on all but about 7; I'm sure I'll find a way to do it in batches to make it easier. The question though: Is there a way to know whether the Segment is actually being used within the Experience Cloud? Even though our adoption of EC is low, there may be a few of these segments that are being used in Target for promoted test winners and maybe experience targeting. The segments have all been built using Analytics, we do not use Audience Manager (yet); if that helps. Hello, Workspace rows settings doesn't make sense at all, especially for "Show as sum of current rows".As I select certain numbers of rows, the total number is still higher than without selecting any rows at all.  How can it be?

Our website works on Single Page Application and thus we have used Hash Change (Method 2) to fire the Base Site Catalyst variables as in the link Marketing Cloud Help | How to  use DTM for Single Page Apps (SPA)? We are clearing the variables using clearvars(); before the every successful call and thus the base variables & implementation looks fine to us.My question starts here:I did search on my Home Page, lets say with keyword 'Credit Card'. It is captured and stored in eVar1 and against event 1. If i navigate to Credit Card Form Page to complete the lead (event 2), will the keyword 'Credit Card' get credit for event 2? I am asking this because i am clearing variables after every call.From Adobe's site i found that clearvars(); clears the following values from the instance object and not the persistence. I logged into Adobe today and it looked like AA Workspace had some updates made to it.  The first thing that I noticed was that the Titles of the Summary Number Components were being blocked by the widgets for visualization. However, there is no option to hide the widgets, thus hindering the title of the summary number. This is a problem because now recipients of the workspace pdf reports are asking what each metric is being reflected in the Summary Number component. This makes the analyst look bad! 😠   I have attached an image that shows the summary number component from a previous PDF report before this Workspace Update was made compared to the view of the new report that was sent out. Is anyone else bothered by these little design flaws? They have been accumulating for some time now - and I can't help but become a bigger fan of Google Data Studio because designing reports and dashboards are so much easier. 

I've read just about every article about this, and it seems so easy in the Marketo docs, but I just can't get it to work. I'm trying to pass a value into a hidden field on a form via a cookie. I'm quite technical, but I must be overlooking something and I'm getting bizarre results. Here's my issue(s):I set a cookie for anyone landing on the website with a specific parameter. I've verified the cookie is getting set and is present throughout testing.Here is my test:I've created two hidden fields, one that pulls from the URL Parameter, the other pulls from the Cookie Value.My results:When the user comes from deeper within the site (indirectly to the Marketo landing page), and the parameter is no longer in the URL, it is somehow still passing into a hidden field via the Get Value From: "URL Parameter".When the user comes in directly to the Marketo landing page with the form present (and the parameter in the url), it is not picked up by either the "URL Parameter" or the "Cookie Value" - bot

Dear All,We have migrated to AEM 6.4 recently and as part of it we have done the repository restructuring. All the designs have moved to /apps/settings/wcm/desings/default from /etc/designs. However, all the desings are storing under /libs/settings/wcm/desings/default instead of /apps. Generally, if /etc/designs does not exists, it should pick /apps this is not the case with me.  How can i ensure the designs are picked/stored from /apps without using cq:designpath property? Thanks you very much in advance.

We are planning to develop webapp using AEM. Is it advisable to go with AEM? This app will integrate with multiple third party applications using RestAPI and there will be a sizable amount of dynamic Data.There will be content as well like articles images etc.We have already implemented this webapp using react and Java but considering the amount of content we are planing to migrate to AEM.If someone could list out the pros and cons of this approach it will be really helpful.

Hello everyone, We're experiencing issues with a Marketo form on our website that doesn't seem to be listening to the CSS from the Marketo form or our CMS's CSS. It looks fine when it first loads, but the button moves out of place shortly after. We thought it was because we had two forms with different stylesheets on the page, so we removed one form, but it still didn't fix the problem. I would appreciate if anyone has any suggestions or solution to our problem? It's been over a month of reaching out to Marketo support with little help and we feel like we're losing our minds here.  

I'm working on building AEM from a clean install. (for an upgrade) I'm using crx2oak to copy the old repository to the new one.
