We have a JSON source of data with information on 150 locations. Based on a field ID in a person we would like to load the data for 1 of those locations into an email (Address etc).We see two possible options but are seeing issues both routes:Import the data as a custom object with API into Marketo. Each location is a separate entry. The problem is how in my email do I load a specific entry based on a field ID in a Person?Import all the data as a token into Marketo. The problem I am stuck on here is how can I pull just the location I need (Do I have JSON Path or would it have to be nested array structure). and if the JSON structure were to change I would have to update every single email template (Instead of 1 piece of code for import).

I am looking for a good tutorial or like to help me build date based comparisons in Workspace. In particularly, I am looking for a way to make flexible Time dimensions that i can set once and adjust the date range of the report. Thamlsml

Hello all, I have a web application page to manage the unsubscribers, the URL for unsubscribing is generated with the "customerID" and the "campaignID", in the workflow the "Preloading" activity loads well the "Recipient" object, the question is, how can I get the second parameter in URL "campaignId" and pass it to the form in "Page" activity? am I clear?Is there another way to deal with that? I mean, to know in what campaign the recipient decides to unsubscribe?

Are there any guidelines on what kind of data store configuration (shared between publish instances, shared between author and publish, no sharing at all) is best for majority of the cases?I've read in a no. of places that a store shared between author and publish may be the best choice because of the reduced storage requirements, reduced replication load, etc.Is that the go to approach used these days?

To begin with, since we implemented visitor ID service (and started using first party cookie for visitor id) our cross domain tracking got f*cked. The scenario is- a visitor lands on www.rackspace.co.uk- clicks on start a chat button and a new pop up come up- when a visitor types in something in the chat box event77 fires The issue is that now in marketing channels 60% of event77 go to session refresh channel. This would suggest that the chat window sees it as a new session but I maybe it simply sees it as a new visitor with a new ID. Could someone help out as I have no idea how to fix it.  Thanks for the help!

I have a work program that requires adobe air to run.  it shows it installed but in the setting it shows unavailable.  When trying  open documents to fill out, within our system it shows "error no PDF opener". I have windows 10 on a new computer. 

I use after effects version 11.0.3.6 on a mac with yosemite osX and when importing a quicktime it gives me this message: file ‘[file name].mov’ cannot be imported – this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported. The files I'm trying to import were done in Final Cut Pro by a different user.When I go to my [OS Drive]/Library/QuickTime. to make a copy of DVCPROHDVideoOutput.component to the desktop I don't have it installed. I've had this problem before and I think I already erased it but that did not solve the problem before. I've also tried installing the Apple ProApps QuickTime Codecs 1.0.2 update but that didn't solve the problem either since I don't own Final Cut Pro, Compressor or Motion. I've read this crash only occurs in After Effects CC (12.0) because of some code but that it doesn't happen in older versions but in my case (version 11.0.3.6) it's not working either.If you know what else to do please let me know. Hi guys, having some issues with progressive profiling. Please see my form setup attached below. The idea is to get two iterations:First viewEmail First NameLast NamePhoneNoticeEmail opt inPhone opt inSMS opt inMail opt inSecond viewEmailJob TitleCompanyCountry However, the issue I am coming across is that once the form is filled in, it automatically pre-fills on the second view and never asks for the extra fields. I have disabled pre-fill on all fields, yet, no difference. Any ideas?

Hi,I wanted to take a relook at the Performance Timing Plugin to look at the page performance, but realised that the URL to it has been redirected to to getPageLoadTime plugin.I understand that the plugin was in beta and would be subjected to changes, but is there a reason why the change to just tracking the overall page load time only when the previous documentation breaks down the overall timing into individual performance metrics?

We have a component that runs a query builder to generate an RSS feed of blog posts.  This component seems to work fine on all environments (We are hosted on AMS with a dev environment, stage and production) on both author and publish instances except for our production publisher 1 instance (we have 2 publish servers in production).   This does not seem to be an issue with our component itself as I've tried debugging the query in the Query Builder Debugger and the query works fine everywhere but still fails in the debugger on the production publisher 1 instance.   The query looks like:path=/content/rsadev/en-us/blogtype=cq:PageContentorderby=@publishDateorderby.sort=descproperty=cq:templateproperty.value=/apps/rsa-www/templates/blogpostp.facets=true When I run this on any instance except Publisher 1 I get results fine (the query takes .04 seconds).  When I try and run this on the Publisher 1 instance.  It just gets stuck saying "Running

AEM 6.5.0 We have a requirement like assets to be published only when the asset has a particular value in properties.Let say jcr:content/metadata should have the property approved(Boolean)=true then only the asset should be published otherwise it should show an error popup. Can we customize the existing publish functionality or we have to create a custom workflow? If the solution is custom workflow then still publish menu is allowed to publish.
