Hi, Test/proof email is unable to be proceed in production site? Also even if in staging site, I cannot receive test/proof email when I set advanced parameters. Could you please someone tell me the answer? thank you in advance! 

We have a number of Data Warehouse requests that run on daily schedule. The requests were created by one team member who is going to leave the company. Is there a way to transfer the ownership of those requests to another account? Can it be done via UI?

I'm creating an Email Delivery and to personalise content I'm using attributes from custom resources (using "Add data" tab in the Query). This is working fine however because the Test Profiles are not linked to any custom resources it is not possible to preview content with personalisation fields populated as well as send test message to test the personalisation fields and dynamic elements. I know that it's possible to preview the content for each recipient after the "prepare delivery" process however there should be a way to test the content before that?

Hi Team,I am trying to execute a query activity in my workflow, but facing an issue i.e. when I add in the complementary information to the query, the activity is stuck into pending state and does not yield any result.And if complementary info is removed the query is getting executed properly.Any inputs for this?

Hi, When comparing impressions on a user level there seems to be a lot of impressions that were not present on the visit. Perhaps impressions are cached or another problem behind the scenes? Is there a way to change this setting so that we only capture those impressions on the current view.

I have created a custom page action button.I need to show the Action button only when author is on a particular path in sites(http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content) view and hide otherwise. For example: i want this button only displayed when user is at any of the child pages of (http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content).I tried using render condition for this - https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/ui-widgets/path-rendercondition/index.htmlBut the issue is that render condition is getting evaluated only when page is refreshed.Is there a way i can either force re render the action bar in sites view and invoke the render condition every time user select a page in sites view ? without reloading the page

Hello, In Workspace, I am using the percent change column to track YoY changes. I right click on a column and choose the date range I want to compare to, and the percent change column is generated. The percent change column seems to be generated in a way that is hard coded to the two input columns. Is there a way to set up a percent change column that is just attached to the two columns, and is NOT hard coded? It would be much easier to change date ranges and segments if I could do this. Currently if I change date ranges or segments on my columns, the percent change column does not always accurately reflect the change in date range or segment. I know the summary change visualization does this, attaches to 2 cells instead of being hard coded. Can the percent change column do that as well? Thanks!

I have set up the campaign tracking codes classification on our production report suite. One of our advertising agencies suffix their UTM parameters to our code before sending out ads. The RegEx I have used is ^(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)\_(.+)$ Some of our reports are now capturing our tracking code suffixed with ?utm_content and this is breaking my classification reporting due to the underscore. Could anyone please help me figure out a workaround for this? Is there a way we can omit the utm_content from getting captured?Thanks in advance!

Hey guys,  we have created a segment in the Adobe Audience Manager, which just includes this trait:  So, as you can see, this trait includes and "AND-Condition" with the domain (evar3) "www.handelsblatt.com.  Now, what suprises me, if i put this segment into Adobe Analytics and make a breakdown with domain (c3), how is it possible, that this breakdown includes all the others dimensions and not only the domain of the trait "www.handelsblatt.com"? Because the Trait Rule is, that Domain is "www.handelsblatt.com".   Thank you very much! 

Hi, I need the evolution of the monthly returning visitors in the Workspace. I created a segment to have the returning visitors. But if I select a period that contains several months, I will get the number of visitors who return on the website during the entire period, not the monthly returning visitors.How can I get this information in the same table ?  

Dear Experts,I am working in our company to provide a ingestion solution to get the Adobe Analytic data in to our cloud env. We explore the Adobe Export Guide, but not really understand how the whole thing works.Our business has requested an Adobe hosted FTP account which used to temporarily store the reports. And we also set up FTP server to pull the report from the Adobe FTP server. We would like to make sure our understand is correct:1. Push Delivery - my understanding is Adobe loads the reports to the Adobe server (in which we had our account set up) , then via Data Feed as a pull delivery, those reports can be sent to our company server endpoint ?2. Pull Delivery - We (our server) can connect to the Adobe server directly to get the report whenever we need ? But in this case, is that different folders in the Adobe server holds different report suite ? there is abrupt traffic spike on particular day from one campaign. this campaign is running since 5 to 7 days. But on particular day traffic sudden shot up. what can be the reasons i saw that beacon request is happening properly. by breaking down the data of this campaign got to know that it has come through mobile device & it is from typed/bookmarked. My point is from where traffic is coming i can see that I want to know the reason why it got huge spike in visits.

Hi, I need to remove a redundant folder in URLs in mega menu. For example:I have a page called MyPage in top Nav with URL www.example.com/mypageunder this pages I have the following URLs appearing in the drop down:Page A     www.example.com/mypage/page-APage B     www.example.com/mypage/page-B I would like to remove the "mypage" folder in the URLs in the mega menu drop down, example:MyPage in top Nav: www.example.com/mypageto show the following dropdown URLsPage A     www.example.com/page-APage B     www.example.com/page-BEssentially the URLs for "Page A" and "Page B" showing in the mega menu under "MyPage" will be at the same folder level.  Please if you someone could let me know the best approach to do this in AEM it would be greatly appreciated. Thank youB

Hi  AEM 6.3 I have set "Alternative Text" under Accessibility tab of image component to mandatory (required true). On form submission field gets highlighted but form submission continues. Any help to fix this? i want to make Alt text field mandatory for image component. image supertype: /wcm/foundation/components/image

I have extracted the figures for a single campaign from both of the above tables and was surprised to see that the Consolidated Tracking table is reporting click figures quite a lot higher than those found in the Recipient Tracking Log.Is there any reason why this is the case?

I have a Apache Sling service-user-mapping setup, mapped to a system user. I then create a system user. My Sling Servlet is working as expected, able to get content via ACL rules. A couple of days later, it the Sling Servlet returns an error in the log. The error says "service-user-mapping found, but system user cannot be found". I restarted AEM and it worked again... What OSGI component will I need to restart to refresh the system users entry? for me not to get the error of system user cannot be found?

Hello,I'm trying to set-up a lead nurturing engagement program where once a lead is added to my smart list. In my case, after their status is updated in SalesForce I want to send them an email in 6 months, and then they will receive weekly emails for several weeks. It appears as though I cannot set my stream cadence to activate at different times for different leads, so how can I set up the flow in order to be contingent on when a lead is added to my smart list?
