I have followed documentation to show inbound offer for anonymous user on website.Created webapp (http://instancename/webApp/APP5) in the same instance and added below code <div id="i_SPC4"></div><script id="interactionProposalScript" src="http://instancename/nl/interactionProposal.js?env=liveVisitor" type="text/javascript"></script> After loading APP5, logged in with admin user, expectation is anonymous offers to load on the webpage, but offers are not getting loaded.PFA screenshot, After loading webpage (http://instancename/webApp/APP5), I see success response from below urlshttp://instancename/nl/interactionProposal.js?env=liveVisitorhttp://instancename/interaction/?env=liveVisitor&ctx=i_SPC4%3ASPC4&z=0.8595316219095246 (2nd url initiated by 1st url) –but the response is empty. Hi,I'm extracting a file and would like to include the campaign name in the filename.<%= instance.label %> gives me the workflow name. This works perfectly.In the script drop down I'm given the option to navigate to the Campaign level and select the following '<%= instance.operation.label %>', however on extract this supplies a blank and populates the filename with nothing.I have the Campaign Name in the target data in the transition prior to the data extract. Can I use this? If so how? Thanks in advance.

Hey all, I'm having an issue with the submit button on our forms and wanted to see if this has happened before or if anyone knows of a solution. Essentially we have some hidden UTM fields on our forms and this is pushing our Submit button well below the form itself (image below) . I haven't edited the CSS on the form itself, but wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this issue with the hidden fields on the forms. If it happens to be something to do with the CSS, it would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the direction of the code to input onto the forms. Thanks in advance.

When i creat a new jsp file and save the file  , i get the following error on CRXDE lite  :  Could not save changes. Received 409 (Conflict) for saving changes in workspace crx.default. This node already exists: /content/TrainingSite/contentpage.jsp Can anybody please suggest the cause of the problem and the meaning of the code.   Thanks

Dear All,Just correct me if I am wrong please!Suppose I have two onboarded traits "ABC" & "XYZ"1) ABC contains signals (test=="1") and I got two users qualified for this trait after 48 hours.2) Similarly XYZ contains signals (new=="1") and I got same two users qualified for this and these users are already in the ABC trait itself.My Case is!Suppose, if we delete the ABC traits from the AAM UI means is this user will be removed from XYZ traits as well?Thanks,Vijay

We are trying to integrate AEP Mobile App with ACS. The current flow if I understand right below is the flow of subscription from Mobile App to ACS: For subscription in ACS "registrationToken" is required attribute as address to send the push notification to. In Adobe Launch, the rule to forward the data to ACS has been configured to below:{"userKey": "<userKeySentByApp>","pushPlatform": "<push_platform_received_from_app>","marketingCloudId":"<mcid_received_from_App>","registrationToken" : "<Push ID received as part of Mobile Core>"}When we post this data to a general event listner, we see all the data as per the JSON.However when we post the data to ACS, the registrationToken does not get updated. Question:Is the above format the right way to send the registrationToken to ACS from AEP SDK Mobile App via Adobe Launch? - Thank you,Ravish Patel

Hello,  I would like to schedule a Workspace dashboard to be sent to several different groups. I have a filter dropdown in the dashboard to change the geo reflected in the data (e.g. United States, Canada, etc.) For group A I want to save the dashboard with the United States filter selected, then schedule monthly delivery to group A. Then for group B I plan to save the dashboard with Canada selected, then schedule monthly delivery. Will scheduling for group B override the settings that were in place when the report was scheduled to be delivered for group A? Basically I want to avoid creating a bunch of copies of the same dashboard just to schedule report deliveries. Thank you.

Hello.I have Target account. I have IMS integration configured in AEM 6.5. I also, in AEM, created Legacy Cloud Configuration for Target (based on IMS). And SP6.5.3 installed. The problem that I want to ask about is that in AEM ->Personalization->Audiences (audience console) when I press button "Create" I can see only one item in select: "Create ContextHub Segment". As documentation states - there should be also another option: "Create Target Audience" - which creates audience for Adobe Target. How to make this option visible? Why can't I see it ? Documentation tells: "You need write permissions under /etc/segmentation to be able to create audiences. The group content-authors has write permissions by default." - I could not find this group in AEM 6.5 in Security->Groups.I synchronize my activities from AEM to Target using "Administrator" user. Hi, We have setup Experience manager to run as a word to PDF convertor on a watchfolder.   but we have found that in the mysql data folder it is generating 1GB files, and now upto 80GB,  how can I stop this as we are not storing anything in AEM? Ash..

Hiya, We're on hosted on ACC v7 build 8894.  For some reason, when I go to the Home tab and click on Monitoring, I can't seem to view the web (web@default), mta (mta@default) etc. logs for the previous days.  It shows the logs for the current date but not for any other date range I select using the date pickers there.Can y'all advice what could be wrong here? -Harshal

Dear CommunityI've a requirement to hide and show two input fields based on selection dropdown, if the input1 is hidden input2 is shown. Hello all,I'm looking for a bit of advice on some direction that has been forced upon me through my enterprise licensing with LiveCycle and Adobe in general. Recently, the people who procure our software decided not to include LiveCycle in our Adobe package. This probably is due to the fact that Adobe separated LiveCycle from Adobe Pro and the standalone fee is too high.Ok, so that being said, I started learning how to use LiveCycle a number of months ago and had a lot of success. We used it to build and edit PDF forms that are used by our clients to provide reports on work that they do. It is mandatory that they fill out these forms annually. We had a number of major changes to these forms that we were undertaking when the licensing got cancelled. So, now I am in a bit of a flux as I have unfinished forms and I need some direction on what to do next. I am being relied upon to seek out alternatives. My background in this area isn't strong. Our site does not populate our internal search terms in the URL (not even a coded version that can be fixed by classification rules). Instead, the term only populates in the body like this - H1 class="aafes-page-head-sm">Results for:reebok</h1> Is there a way to have the system search for the string and return the results? Hello,I recently found our internal IP exclusions are inactive. If I reactive these IP addresses will this help filter our internal traffic retroactively from these IPs or would this just impact data in the future?  Also I saw previous AAC posts reference the ability to filter out internal IPs within analysis workspace by using a segment with a prop or evar. If this is true, would someone help me walk through this? Thanks so much, AAC!

Our custom CRM system contains hundreds of fields (attributes) related to companies and / or contacts. The number of fields is an ever-changing thing, meaning one day we remove some, another day we add some.The overview in the backend is lost, so we need to have another solution for this. We came up with the following, but I am not 100% sure that the ‘solution’ is future proof. At the base we divide our attributes in attribute groups: e.g. machinery (group 22)At the second level we define the attribute itself: e.g. printer (attribute 155)At the third level we define the value e.g. true Our internal notation would be something like [attribute-group];;[attribute];;[attribute-value] -> 22;;155;;true This 1-attribute definition will be part of a far bigger string, values are separated with 2 pipe symbols. ( ‘||’) ( and we use double semicolons to separate group-attribute-value ) The idea is the put the complete attribute string in 1 custom field, something like12;;11

Hi guys, I have an issue where a cq:dialog is persisting the information correctly, but when the authoring page loads the information is not populated back into the dialog. I can troubleshoot issues in my Java code using printlns and the debugger. I can troubleshoot issues in HTL by writing values into the HTML. But how do I troubleshoot issues with the cq:dialog? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, We have a mobile app suite (made in older mobile services UI) and a web suite migrated to Launch. We're trying to get the mobile app data sent to the web report suite but can't get it to work.  We've replaced the RSID of the mobile app with the web RSID and that didn't work. So I changed the mobile app tracking server to the web tracking server, thinking that might help. It hasn't.  I've set up the events and evars from the app inside the report suite admin for the web and although those events now exist in the web report suite, there's still no data.  What are we missing?  Best Regards,Jon Anderson

All am doing research on analytics and looked at few projects now. I have a question on difference between inline java script and using Launch custom code.I have seen projects which are using only data elements with JavaScript Variable and direct call rules only. This is making Launch mostly configuration tool and HTML page is doing lot of work to populate data elements. There are other kind of projects which use all launch features CSS selectors for data elements and rules and perform whole process. This has lot of advantages and decouples the implementation from website. But as per all of your experiences what is the best and most used approach.
