Hiya, We're on hosted on ACC v7 build 8894.  For some reason, when I go to the Home tab and click on Monitoring, I can't seem to view the web (web@default), mta (mta@default) etc. logs for the previous days.  It shows the logs for the current date but not for any other date range I select using the date pickers there.Can y'all advice what could be wrong here? -Harshal

Dear CommunityI've a requirement to hide and show two input fields based on selection dropdown, if the input1 is hidden input2 is shown. But the input is already authored the value is shown when the selection changes. Please help me to remove the jcr value of input1 when it's hidden? Thanks,Koti Syamala

Hello all,I'm looking for a bit of advice on some direction that has been forced upon me through my enterprise licensing with LiveCycle and Adobe in general. Recently, the people who procure our software decided not to include LiveCycle in our Adobe package. This probably is due to the fact that Adobe separated LiveCycle from Adobe Pro and the standalone fee is too high.Ok, so that being said, I started learning how to use LiveCycle a number of months ago and had a lot of success. We used it to build and edit PDF forms that are used by our clients to provide reports on work that they do. It is mandatory that they fill out these forms annually. We had a number of major changes to these forms that we were undertaking when the licensing got cancelled. So, now I am in a bit of a flux as I have unfinished forms and I need some direction on what to do next. I am being relied upon to seek out alternatives. My background in this area isn't strong. Our site does not populate our internal search terms in the URL (not even a coded version that can be fixed by classification rules). Instead, the term only populates in the body like this - H1 class="aafes-page-head-sm">Results for:reebok</h1> Is there a way to have the system search for the string and return the results? Hello,I recently found our internal IP exclusions are inactive. If I reactive these IP addresses will this help filter our internal traffic retroactively from these IPs or would this just impact data in the future?  Also I saw previous AAC posts reference the ability to filter out internal IPs within analysis workspace by using a segment with a prop or evar. If this is true, would someone help me walk through this? Thanks so much, AAC!

does anyone know why the cq: childNodesMapTo property can disappear from the cq: SiteVariant node, what action can cause this property to be removed?

Our custom CRM system contains hundreds of fields (attributes) related to companies and / or contacts. The number of fields is an ever-changing thing, meaning one day we remove some, another day we add some.The overview in the backend is lost, so we need to have another solution for this. We came up with the following, but I am not 100% sure that the ‘solution’ is future proof. At the base we divide our attributes in attribute groups: e.g. machinery (group 22)At the second level we define the attribute itself: e.g. printer (attribute 155)At the third level we define the value e.g. true Our internal notation would be something like [attribute-group];;[attribute];;[attribute-value] -> 22;;155;;true This 1-attribute definition will be part of a far bigger string, values are separated with 2 pipe symbols. ( ‘||’) ( and we use double semicolons to separate group-attribute-value ) The idea is the put the complete attribute string in 1 custom field, something like12;;11

Hi guys, I have an issue where a cq:dialog is persisting the information correctly, but when the authoring page loads the information is not populated back into the dialog. I can troubleshoot issues in my Java code using printlns and the debugger. I can troubleshoot issues in HTL by writing values into the HTML. But how do I troubleshoot issues with the cq:dialog? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, We have a mobile app suite (made in older mobile services UI) and a web suite migrated to Launch. We're trying to get the mobile app data sent to the web report suite but can't get it to work.  We've replaced the RSID of the mobile app with the web RSID and that didn't work. So I changed the mobile app tracking server to the web tracking server, thinking that might help. It hasn't.  I've set up the events and evars from the app inside the report suite admin for the web and although those events now exist in the web report suite, there's still no data.  What are we missing?  Best Regards,Jon Anderson

All am doing research on analytics and looked at few projects now. I have a question on difference between inline java script and using Launch custom code.I have seen projects which are using only data elements with JavaScript Variable and direct call rules only. This is making Launch mostly configuration tool and HTML page is doing lot of work to populate data elements. There are other kind of projects which use all launch features CSS selectors for data elements and rules and perform whole process. This has lot of advantages and decouples the implementation from website. But as per all of your experiences what is the best and most used approach.

Hi Team,We have been working on experience fragments in AEM 6.3 using custom dynamic templates. We modified the cq:allowedTemplates to give the custom template path. Everything is working fine except for one issue which is the following.When I create XF using the custom template, it shows the following prompt.Once I click on Open, I see the there is a console error due to encoding issue in the URL(http://localhost:4502/editor.html%2Fcontent%2Fexperience-fragments%2Ftest%2Ftest.html ) Has someone faced this issue and any piece of advice on solving this would be helpful? kautuksahni​ smacdonald2008​

We have multiple domains in one instance, and we want a single unsubscribe page for each company product so that if they are unsubsribed from product A by brand A they are still qualified to receive emails from product B by Brand B. I was working around with the iterator to list and traverse over child nodes and I'm getting this anomalous behavior where the iterator lists the nodes in different order each time. I need to iterate over nodes as it's present in the crx/de. Is there a way it could be done, to control the order of listing!

Does the security zone package is included by default in Campaign Classic or this functionality is getting removed as we move to cloud from instances? Or do we need to get the Security Zone Package installed explicitly every time?

HiI am trying to upload a landing page that uses SVG images. SVG has been whitelisted. When attempting to upload content, it doesnt return any errors, it just doesn't publish SVG. Is there a setup I am missing or SVG is not supported.

I'm trying to test a PURL page with a person's unique name as part of the URL. I noticed when I preview the live page using any browser, that it only displays the correct dynamic content when I'm in Incognito mode. It never works in regular mode, which is a problem because we'll be sending these PURL links via email. The recipient may not know to use Incognito mode. How do I resolve this?

Hi, we have an existing setup for data insertion api in which we are not using any kind of authorization or authentication token.We are using first party cookie and http post method in it. We are using proxy server IP to open connection and send data. It is working perfectly fine. Does data insertion api needs Authorization and Authentication token? If yes, then how it is working without any token? 

Hi, I have an excel spreadsheet using report builder, the input dimension in report builder is set at A10:A1000 but not all the input cell have content, the last ones are usually empty.  Is there a way to make report builder to skip all the empty cells? 

I have my analytics piece from Adobe registrating some Orders days later than my internal system.  Is that something that happened with someone here? Any idea on why that happens?

Hi all,having a little bit of trouble with a fallout report.We currently have 2 pages with 'next hit' query set between them. the first pages looks right but the fallout is extremely high. In the journey they are directly next door. When creating a sequential segment 'a>b within 1 page view' the number of visits makes more sense and doesn't correspond at all with the fallout report.I appreciate hits and page views are a different thing, but why might this be happening to my fallout report? Is there anything i need to be aware of in my tagging? I cannot see anything firing after page view in debugger. thanks!

I requested that our app developers implement the products variable according to specifications. It looks in the image request that it is formatted correctly: ;Sweet Potato Fries;1;6.25,;Aquafina Water (20oz bottle);1;6.00,;Bud Light (24oz Draft);1;13.50,;Fuku French Fries;1;5.50 However, when I look at the Products variable in our reporting, I only see 'Unspecified'. Do I need to classify the above? Thanks,
