Flow of process as we've configured it:Lead/Contact comes to our website and submits a Mobile Phone Number [9091234567] in our web appWe push that Mobile Phone Number & a Hash of it to a CreateOrUpdate API call for those two Fields in Marketo db [We follow with a Custom Activity API push for the action they just took on the web app into that same Record/LeadID]Contact is then redirected to a Marketo Landing Page with Marketo Form and asked for F_Name, L_Name and Email Address [Mobile Phone Number & Hash are included in URL Query String and captured on hidden Form Fields]Contact submits that Marketo Form and is shown a "Thank You" Marketo Landing PageAs I suspected, the Form submission is creating a new Contact Record because that is first time Marketo is getting an Email Address. We'd like this Form submission to Append/Update the same record we created on the API call in Steps #1 & #2 above.Two solutions I was hoping to possibly work and looking for any guidance here:When

Hello, I'm trying to calculated average clicks (once a visitor opens the app) it takes for a visitor to view a video on an app (Roku, Fire TV, etc).  So basically, how many (on average) module clicks (e12) it takes before someone views a video (e15 is our video viewed metric).  I tried to create a segment using the 'then' statement ("e12s greater than or equal to 1") then "e15 exists", but it does not work.  Can someone help?  Thank you!

HI Team,We have got our S3 account setup for AAM, and when we tried to access the bucket we were not able to make it. We are getting an error called "Could not resolve hostname 'demdex-s2s-clients.com': No such host is know." Connect FailedWe are not sure this is because  with the hostname or something else. I refer in the documentation where it is mentioned to use demdex-s2s-clients for production. Is there a way to cc or bcc a user while using events and transactional emails? I would also like to know if these could be used to send an email to a group of users. This question seems to indicate that this cannot be done however I want to verify that's the case since this is a few years old: Send CC/BCC to individual recipients.​ I don't believe the workaround in the linked answer will work. In the use case I have I would like to bcc different people while the linked one seems to indicate it would be a single user for all emails. Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

this is my adaptive form... the title for the text box are part of the component text field. they are on top of the text fieldwhen I get my PDF this is the way it looks on the left of it....that is because the DOR template has them on the left side. QUESTION:In AEM designer how do I place the title of this text field on top just like the Adaptive form so that my pdf is exactly the same as the adaptive form??thanks

Hello everyone, I am running a workflow using customers data which will be extract with a data extraction (Excel) and I have some issues with the phone number data which sometimes use a "+" in the beginning of the phone number. (depending on the country)For example : I have the use of "320123456789" and "+320123456789" for the phone number field.My request is : is it possible to remove that "+" special character during the data extraction so this character won't be present in my Excel ? This started on 9/9.  A very simple metric that calculates the throughput % in our funnel by dividing submits by starts now always displays zero.  I have reviewed this calculated metric and change a number of things around and it always shows zero (I've since put it back).  The odd thing is the preview displays it correctly, but the report is always zero.  Is there something known that's recently wrong with calculated metrics?

i have a requirement where based on a condition certain columns needs to be exported into file in the data extraction activity. I found that in the Edit XML of column export we have a node - exportcolumn where active= "true" for the selected columns (attached screenshot below). Can you provide how to go and edit the edit source to change the field active = "false"??Please provide any alternative solution if any.

Our customer gave us a design mockup and asked us to develop a template similar (background image, over title, text on bottom) to the mockup.How can we develop an editable template to look like a design mockup? What are the steps/process involved to bring in the HTML and CSS to the editable template?

I'm using Apache POI Library (org.apache.poi.xslf.usermodel.XMLSlideShow;) for creating PPTs with existing DAM images. The code is done. But the conflicts is happening at runtime while resolving bundle .The POI library is part of AEM core library which is resolving dependency automatically with core library as :org.apache.poi.xslf.usermodel,version=3.0.0 from com.adobe.granite.poi (73)The version I'm using in code is POI 3.9 but as it's taking from core library it's not finding desired method giving NoSuchMethodError.Please suggest any way to resolve this.    

GoogleBot accounts for ~17% of all our server requests (over 12 months) which is a sizable cost. I appreciate Adobe still has to process bot activity requests and make this data available for reporting, but is it really needed for GoogleBot ie could Adobe not drop any google requests or allow the option to be able to do so via Processing Rules ?

I have a requirement where i need to trigger a mail when page is delivered to publishing target with the page links and some title and description in the mail body.What is the best approach to proceed in this scenario. I have tried using Replication Handler but that doesn't give me event when the page is delivered to target it raises the event only when it is activated not delivered.Pleas help me to find best approach to this problem.

HiI have a single page application using react js. AA implementation is done using launch. The requirement is to track user behaviour on the site and combine it with offline data. Now i want to populate the Visitor ID into an eVar so that i can link it with the customer ID (hashed email value captured in a different eVar). Can some one please explain how we can pass the visitor ID(its available in querystring parameter as mid) into an evar.

I recently changed my s.ActivityMap.regionIDAttribute to "region_id" but I still wanted activity map to default to "id" if "region_id" was not set. I thought this was the default behavior but I'm noticing activityMap returning a regionID of "BODY" when "region_id" is not defined. Can I pass an array or a delimited string to s.ActivityMap.regionIDAttribute to have it try "region_id" and then fall back to "id" or will it only ever take one identifier?-- Nick

Hi all, There is a workflow with SQL node which updates some fields in nms:delivery table. I would like to start this workflow everytime when a delivery is created (recurring type - to be specific). What is the best way to invoke this workflow? Is there some Campaign procces workflow for delivery creation to put post-processing call at the end? Scheduler is not an option and delay time between delivery creation and table update needs to be as smaller as posible. Give me some ideas Regards, Milan

i want to adapt to sling model from another sling model. While doing so the SlingHttpServletRequest request is always null in second sling model. i tried with @Inject, @self and @@SlingObject. I am able to get request in FirstModel but not in SecondModel, i believe this happens because SecondModel is getting adapted with resource. Hello,I am aware that Event handler has many of its methods deprecated, so I am using ResourceChangeListener to listen the events on a node.My problem is that I need to know when a content inside /etc/myproject is activated to publish instance or detect when this node is modified on publish instance, because the ResourceChangeListener "CHANGED" event catch the event only on author mode.Thanks in advance!
